Survive to Thrive: Healing Crisis
Welcome to our weekly meditation. Today is the second meditation in a seven-part series called Survive to Thrive. For this series we are expanding on one of the designs, based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, from my new book, Detox, Nourish, Activate. As we progress through the seven weeks, we will be moving step by step through this triad of the journey of self-mastery so that we can truly embody and actualize our soul's purpose. As a student and teacher for over two decades in the field of alternative medicine, I have come to understand the infinite nature of personal growth in an expansive way. Focusing Inward
Welcome to today’s Seeds of the Spirit meditation and journey on focusing inward. Now more than ever, we are called to shift our gaze from the outer experiences and manifestations of life to our inner planes of creation, conscious and subconsciousness patterning to connect, care and commune with our authentic selves in a deeper way. Assimilating Wisdom
Welcome to today's Seeds of the Spirit meditation on assimilating the wisdom of the past year. Today we will be working with the alchemies of merlinite and sandalwood oil. The end of the year brings a wonderful opportunity for reflection, review and receiving. In truth, it is much more than reviewing the last year. Even that idea is linear in nature. However, from the perspective of earth time, we have markers to pin a moment in time to view from.
Reflecting upon each bounty and win of the year allows us to fully receive the magnificence and vibration of empowerment encoded within. It integrates the experience at our soul level. The same applies for each “blesson” (a lesson that contains an eventual blessing), even if we cannot see the golden nugget of wisdom within the experience yet. Every part of our life, our bodies, minds and spirits that are still calling for our love, our forgiveness, our acceptance and our light are potent areas of reflection that allow us to embrace all of who we are. This is the journey of assimilation.

Alchemy of Better Mood
This meditation transmits the alchemy of better mood. We can all agree that from the collective perspective, we are at an apex of mood-based discontent. We are facing an increase in overwhelm, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and many other mental health challenges. With these influences all around us, how do we consistently improve and balance our mood? How do we tap in and ground into our highest mood regardless of outside circumstances, most of which we cannot control? The Alchemy of Forgiveness
In this meditation we will be inviting deeper levels of forgiveness in our lives. The other day, my eldest daughter Lilly was sharing some of her favorite quotes by Martin Luther King and I was struck by the profound and timely message of this one in particular. To paraphrase: “When we are devoid of the ability to forgive, we're truly unable to love.” At one time or another, we’ve all held on to the pains of the past, whether that’s heartache, loss, grief, betrayal, or injustice. These unresolved emotions build bitterness, resentment and toxicity for bodies, our minds and our overall well being. And yet, we have the power to set ourselves free. When we bring our focus of forgiveness inward and illuminate the voice of the harsh inner critic, we lighten and enlighten ourselves. That inner healing balm of forgiveness, acceptance and embrace opens our hearts for greater experiences of love and compassion for ourselves as well as others.

DNA Healing Level Series: Heart Activate
DNA Healing Series: Activate the Heart. After cleansing and nourishing our heart centers, we are now ready to activate our life force, align with our soul purpose and thrive into new arenas of passion and purpose.
Today in particular, as we activate our hearts and high heart, aligning with our connection to the cosmic heart of the multiverse, we’re going to call in sacred space. And we’ll align with our connection to the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
DNA Healing Level Series: Heart Nourish
We’re all being called to find deeper ways to nourish ourselves, and the truth is that when we nourish ourselves, we strengthen our entire being. We expand our emotional intelligence, our emotional resilience, and our stress response. We’re able to engage with ourselves in a way that is really honoring, allowing us to deepen our relationship with compassion, self-acceptance, and forgiveness. All of these aspects are connected to the heart. Every relationship that we have is a direct reflection of our relationship with ourselves. When we’re working with this meditation, frequency and nourishment, we will be infusing them with pink light and other nourishing aspects.
DNA Healing Level Series: Heart Detox
Detoxing the heart invites us to release all that no longer serves the truth of who we are. We must let go of all that stands in the way of experiencing the fullness of our sacred human hearts and love for ourselves as well as love for another. When we’re talking about the heart, this is our center for relations. All of our relational cords are held here. It is the gateway to the astral realm. So many of our previous lifetimes of unresolved frequencies and emotions are held in this area as well. Detoxing the heart gives us a wonderful opportunity to go inward, and in a very essential way, release anything that we’re holding onto that is heavy, and that isn’t congruent with the magnitude of our magnificence.

DNA Healing Level Series: Brain Activate
After last week’s meditations designed to detox and nourish the brain, we are now ready for activation! I tend to awake with inspiration and guidance for the day’s projects. Today, upon waking I was surrounded by flowers. Ultimately unless a flower is open, it can't fully engage with life, and it certainly can't offer its beautiful aroma. A closed flower can't interchange with the bees or hummingbirds to create and expand life. Additionally, it can't share its beauty and sacred geometry. I think as humans we are very similar in that way. Until we're wholly open, we can't engage with life fully to co-create with all of the magnificent wonders and elements of the natural world.

This healing is such an important aspect of not only our healing journey, but also balancing our brain chemistry, and creating the emotional and spiritual resilience that we are being called to do right now. DNA Healing Level Series: Brain Detox
Today, we continue our series on detoxing, nourishing, and activating. We will be balancing the nervous system with the brain detox meditation. Interestingly enough, I got home on Sunday from my trip to New Jersey and New York City, and Monday morning I was feeling really sluggish. The first oil I picked up was the brain detox, and then I realized I was set to talk about detoxing the brain this week. This formula was especially helpful coming from such a tangible energy of anxiety in this area that has experienced some of the worst of COVID and holds many waves of PTSD energy held from the trauma of this experience. So, our conversation about detoxing the brain is very timely from a perspective of clearing patterns and energy of fear, anxiety, stress and trauma.

There has been a lot more discussion about DNA level healing in recent years, more than in the past. When thinking about DNA level healing, I want you to consider the following: Bring your awareness to your physical body and think about all the cells your body is composed of. Each cell is imprinted with your DNA that holds the memory and imprint, energetically, of every experience you’ve had physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually since the moment of conception. It also carries the same for every experience your mother and father has had and so on down through your family lineage. All of these experiences, everything from the blessings and bounty to the challenges, adversity, and trauma, are all imprinted within our DNA.
