This meditation is on healing and releasing abandonment. From a personal, planetary, and the DNA level, we’ve all experienced some level of abandonment. This is true when we consider the perspective of our primary separation from the divine, from the source. This is imprinted within our cellular consciousness and also our energy field. Many of us have patterns that we've experienced from early childhood dynamics and our family constellations of abandonment, either from the physical or emotional perspective. Whether It's that we didn't get our needs met from a young age when we really needed the emotional support, or protection and safety, and so on.
This is a topic that's coming up right now through the collective consciousness for us to all be able to heal so we can embody higher levels of light quotient; light through our beings, through ourselves to open our heart and radiate a frequency of what we've been working with, which is the zero-point field of limitless creative potential. …..for us to be able to work within the heart space where the zero point field is held….from this perspective, all of the emotional patterns, belief systems, and thought constructs have to be released and transmuted to access …….
As with all of our meditations, energy for transformation can come up through ourselves as a vessel and then also through the collective consciousness of the planet.
In our meditations, we work with two alchemical interventions from the plant and mineral kingdoms. I always suggest at least one essential oil and crystal to work with. It’s ok if you do not have these at home, you can use any oil or crystal. And if you don’t have an oil or crystal, that’s ok too because we invoke and work with the cosmic consciousness of these interventions from both kingdoms.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Cistus, also known as rock rose, has a beautiful aroma to it, and it is relatively rare. It’s a biblical oil and connotes ancient wisdom. This oil is wonderful for releasing deep levels of trauma through our cellular consciousness, particularly those that are connected to abandonment energies and memories, not just from this lifetime but previous lifetime experiences where we've experienced some level or degree of abandonment.
One of the reasons that we use essential oils is that when we're inhaling an essential oil or a synergy, it helps us connect to or create a new memory cell because of the powerful connection between olfaction and the limbic center of our brain that regulates so much of our physiology, specifically mood, memory, and emotion. And so with this process, we're able to create new and healthier neuro-pathways patterns to really shift the trajectory of our emotional response when we have triggering, overwhelming or stressful experiences.
So if you have an essential oil, place a drop on the left palm of your hand and breathe it in for about 30 seconds with your intention. As you're bringing in your intention, you're synergizing it with the essential oil and anchoring it into your cellular consciousness to create a really beautiful new healing experience with this meditation.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
The mineral kingdom has a beautiful synergy with the plant kingdom. Together their frequencies harmonize bringing repair to different levels of the auric field and releasing from old energies of trauma, balancing our nervous system. This is really important, especially right now, as we're going through this time of great shift on the planet.
We’ll be working with quartz or rose quartz. Rose quartz is great for connecting in with the heart and bringing healing aspects to different areas of our child consciousness. This is so important because the child consciousness tends to encapsulate energy calcifications that we sometimes call blocks in the auric field from traumatic events that we've experienced through our lifetime. When we don't clear those blocks they continue to perpetuate the patterns of unconscious negativity, pain, or suffering.
We're in this beautiful time on the planet right now where we can move beyond the third-dimensional construct through the healing journey. Through the journey of excavating our divine light, our quintessence, or that unique gift that we bring to the world and move into our more multidimensional creative perspectives where we can create beyond any aspect of limitation.
Quartz and rose quartz are wonderful for not only accelerating your spiritual growth and development but helping to gently release those areas of density or trauma that we are all working through right now.
MEDITATION
On your next breath in, bring your focus and attention to the dantien point about an inch and a half below your navel. That single note that holds you into physical form, that light that is unique to you. Breathing into your lower belly and letting all the stress and tension of the day, the morning, the week, the month, the year, and this life to gently melt away until you are at one with your breath, as it flows with ease and grace.
From the very center of your dantien, envision a golden line of light that drops down from the center, out through your root, simultaneously down each leg, and out the soles of your feet. And then all three lines of light meeting at the earth crust chakra... and sink. Sinking deeply down through each layer, down to the very center, inviting your consciousness to sink as well.
Envisioning yourself now in a sacred chamber of crystalline light. There is warmth radiating, varied colors of light, rays of light from the glowing crystal formations. Gigantic crystalline formations of emerald, sapphire, ruby, diamond, clusters of pink, clear smoky quartz, epidote, and opal. Every frequency of light represented.
At the center of this sacred chamber is a fire that emanates the aroma of spices: cinnamon, clove, ginger, amber. Ancient aromas that invoke a sense of familiarity deep within your soul.
You are seated around this fire, and as you look around you can see that you are seated in a particular crystalline chair. This chair fits perfectly molded around your body. As your breath deepens, you continue to relax. The light rays emanating from the crystals invoke a deep sense of safety, security, and warmth.
You have been called to this chamber to bring the light of wholeness to any and all places, patterns of abandonment. Healing the first separation that of differentiation from Source to separation from your twin flame, to separation from mother/father God, and then mother and father.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of cistus, rose, and clear quartz. We invite the unity of your vibration and healing in through our consciousness, down to the cellular level, particle, subatomic particle... down through the portal of your DNA, into the mother and father bloodlines. Bringing this light of healing to all splits, scars, through each layer of the auric field. Through all time and no time, all dimensions, all realities at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe deeply. Inviting the perfected blueprint from Source, Creator for each of you in accordance with your I am presence to be superimposed upon the field, anchored and actualized through the cellular consciousness NOW.
Breathe deeply into your heart space, as we invite you to release into the fire all of the emotional attachments, feelings, thoughts, beliefs connected to any experience of being abandoned through the entirety of your timeline, your lineage, your light. Release them into the fire for transmutation, and set yourself free. Forgiving yourself for each and every time you've abandoned your core, your light, your authenticity, your truth. Release it into the fire and allow it to transform and transmute.
Feeling the light rays from the crystalline chamber permeate every layer, every level, every cell, molecule, particle, and structure filling these areas with light.
Breathe deeply into your heart with the invitation that from this moment forward your love...love for yourself will be your greatest ally. Invite this love in through your breath and breathe in deeply as your love recalibrates, realigns, and reconfigures your system on every level.
Envision this sacred chamber filled with your love and your light. And with each breath, each step that you take is filled with the radiance of your love.
We offer this healing to Earth and all kingdoms of life upon this planet. To the plant, the mineral, the animal: may each awaken to the fullness of its vibration, potency, and life force. For the human kingdom: may we each recall the spark of divinity and sovereignty that unites us, that enlivens us, and that it is our birthright to emanate freely, wholly.
If you have oil left on your hands, breathe them in deeply bringing closure to this circuit, this memory cell that you can revisit at any time; infused with the vibration of this meditation. Aho.
