Welcome to part three of the Adora Frequency series: Rise. I invite you to connect with all of the places within your being, heart, soul, mind, life that you are being called to rise to new levels of leadership, inspiration, encouragement. To stand as beacons of light for yourselves, first and foremost, your loved ones, communities and the world at large.
The reason that we work with an essential oil and a crystal in each of our meditations is because the levels of consciousness between the kingdoms are somewhat different but they work in such a beautiful and symbiotic fashion together. The crystals, the mineral kingdom, work at very high levels of our consciousness and outer levels of the auric field and the essential oils, the plant kingdom, work deep within our DNA and our cellular consciousness. Both merge at the level of the nervous system and our nervous system is the gateway and holographic representation of everything held within our auric field - from our soul to ourselves.
Place one drop on the left palm of your hand.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Carrot seed medicine comes from deep within the earth. It is one of the most nutrient-rich essential oils, filled with many vitamins like vitamin A as well as many antioxidants. It is such a supportive supplement for the adrenal system to energize our body.
When we think of our connection to the earth and the adrenal system, we think of all of the ways that we can energize our spirit, mind, body, heart, soul and day-to-day life to RISE. When we rise from those places of deep survival mode, it allows us to have an expanded perspective. Perspective increases our level of compassion, not only for ourselves, but for all of those that come into our lives.
Crystal Alchemy:
Cobalto calcite is perfect for this meditation.
When we're rising from any aspect of survival and increasing our ability to thrive, whether it's financially, with passion or inspiration, this is a wonderful crystal to use for this. It just has such an igniting aspect to it.
Meditation:
Go ahead, take a deep breath in of the oil that you have on the left palm of your hand and invite your intention to intertwine around and through the aromatic molecules. This is how your intention gets anchored within the cells of your brain, your body, your auric field.
As you breathe in, your chakras are opening. Your Meridian points are opening. Those minute chakras within your cells are opening.
Invite your breath to ease in and out of your lower belly.
Invite any tension, stress, or discomfort to dissolve around you into light.
Invite the breath to expand and contract.
Come to stasis. This is the life pulse. The continuum of your breath, expansion, contraction, and stasis is the life pulse found throughout all of nature.
On your next breath in, bring your awareness to the dantian about an inch and a half below your navel to your energetic core.
Let the energy expand and pulsate here as you invite in a newfound strength into your being, into your body, into and through your breath.
Now envision a golden line of light dropping down from the center of your dantian, through the root, which opens and expands to sync into communion with mother earth. Simultaneously, all the lines drop down each leg out through the soles of your feet, which open and expand.
All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sync.
Moving effortlessly, layer by layer, level by level, down and through mother earth who lovingly embraces you. Great warmth, nurturance and fertile abundance.
Invite this energy into each cell, each particle, into and through your breath.
Invite your being to be filled with the strength and support of mother earth, mother of all mothers, welcoming you home.
Feel your body deep in its relaxation.
Breathe, open.
Allow yourself to be held, cradled, rocked by mother earth in a sweet cocoon of loving embrace. This cocoon of golden light surrounded by the mossy green cavern.
Waterfalls from small to grand bathe you in purification, consecration, blessing and light.
Feel your breath deepen.
Your field continues to expand, your earth connection expands, and your entire body recalibrates through this deep loving nurturance.
You are cocooned in light of safety, protection and love.
Pink rays of unconditional love emanate from the glistening cobalto calcite crystalline formations that fill this mossy cavern of blessedness and nurturance.
Your heart begins to calibrate with the heartbeat of mother earth, sacred drum of unity.
Vibration pulsates through each cell.
Cells unite, strengthen and enliven.
Pristine levels of oxygen fill this cavern, nourishing and strengthening your being.
Breathe, open, expand.
This golden cocoon of light begins to pulsate sacred geometric formations.
Swirling, spinning, permeating through your skin, light, bone, marrow, all cellular matrices.
Activating clarity, cellular strength.
Each breath in fills your being with this rarefied oxygen, chronic life force. Each breath out releases all that no longer serves you.
Letting go to be born on new.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of carrot seed and cobalto calcite. We invite the fullness of your medicine, vibrational pattern, magic, wholeness to and through each level of our being. Each cell, particle, structure down through the portal of our DNA and bloodlines.
Anchored and actualized at a potency of 10 mm now.
Breathe as these free frequencies cleanse, clear, activate through your field and structures.
Call forth the archetypal template of the Phoenix, of rebirth, and the element of fire-sacred transformation and transfiguration. These flames of life stand as your allies to burn all energies, all the density and draw all that you have carried through your lifetimes, here and now.
You are the Phoenix rising from the ashes. Rising from every layer of density, every pattern of adversity, every path of despair you have traversed to the purpose of this moment of rebirth.
Breathe, open and rise.
Rise in the brightly colored vibrancy of your truth, power and love.
Breathing to the very center of your heart space into the zero point field.
Invite all aspects, all parts of yourself, ready to return to all needs and rise with you.
Feel your strength. Remember your truth. Open to your love.
Even your golden cocoon has transformed, emanating rays of every light and vibration.
The infinite nature of creation is held within you.
Breathe into form and line all around you. Rising through your highest potential, with the deepest understanding and compassion for your journey.
Feel your soul expand, chakras recalibrate.
See how beautiful you are.
We offer this year for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. All life is sacred - plant, mineral, animal, human. Uniting the truth, all sovereignty and dignity. So be it.
When you're ready, inhale any oil left on your hands to complete the circuit of light that is a new memory cell held within your brain, body, soul.
Bring yourself back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers, toes. Open your eyes.
