What comes to mind when you hear the term “sacred self-leadership”? Often, we consider leadership as a structured term along a scale of authority. It may be a top-ranking general for military operations or the boardroom hierarchy of business organizations like Oprah Winfrey. There are also leaders like Tony Robbins that are inspirational in nature offering innovative ways of thinking, behaving and reaching new heights of peak performance through physical and psychological wellbeing. We should also include those whose leadership is more spiritual in nature such as world teachers like the Dalai Lama. Even those who are no longer with us, like Christ or Buddha, whose benevolent teachings may even be more tangible today globally than at the time they walked among us in physical form.
It is common to connect the idea of a leader as an authority outside of ourselves. Yet, in the dawning of this new age of consciousness, there is a call to journey inward and find the voice of truth, wisdom and authority from within. You are the sun of your personal universe. Consider this idea, not from an egoic or narcissistic perspective, but one of conscious and deliberate creation. When you acknowledge yourself as a Divine being within a physical experience of human life, an inner flame awakens. Through cultivation of sacred practices and intentional living, this light strengthens and new levels of awareness expand your inspiration and understanding that so much more is possible for you during the course of your life. You will find more joy, energy, harmony, love, abundance, vibrancy, laughter and depth in your relationships.
As you claim your soul’s sovereignty and your energy as your own, your vitality and clarity strengthens. Just like your fingerprint is one of a kind, your soul carries a quintessence, a unique set of gifts and talents that can be brought forth to contribute to the greater good of your life. When you unlock your divine frequency, a great joy and sacred power fuels the passion and purpose of your daily life, creating a ripple effect of benevolence in the world around you. This brings an unparalleled experience of fulfillment to your heart, mind and soul as you witness harmony and light radiating through you, even in moments that are challenging. As you honor your connection above, below and within, synchronicity, magic and mystical experiences become more of the norm. You learn how to let go of fear, to trust again (or perhaps for the first time) and your dreams manifest as your reality. As above, so below and so within is an understanding of universal law. As a sacred self-leader, you learn to harness the wisdom, beauty and potency of the elements and the natural world. As you invite this deeper understanding and connection above to the source of your higher power, below to your grounded presence upon the Earth, and within to your heart, mind and soul, you hear the voice of truth, wisdom and direction from inside of you, guiding you on your unique path of passion and meaningful purpose.
The human spirit is designed to triumph. This power resides within you. Each individual has a unique alchemical formula to unlock this greater potential and empowerment within. The principles and practices of modern alchemy offer you the tools to live and thrive triumphantly in your daily life.
Modern alchemy is a holistic approach to living from your passion, purpose and authenticity. It fosters the understanding that you are not just your body, but a complex individual who seeks balance, and to optimize health, clarity, emotional wellbeing and high connection. Modern alchemy combines both science and spirituality and yet you don't have to be overly spiritual or scientific to benefit. Your quest is a journey of self discovery, and positive change. Even though it is a journey inward, it requires action in this physical reality with practices that are simple, accessible and yet highly effective. This creates the change that is alchemy.

You allow yourself to receive the support, love and care from your benevolent allies, in form and beyond form.
You rely on the voice of wisdom and truth held within you to illuminate your way forward.
You continuously elevate the alignment of your illuminated mind, awakened heart and sovereign soul.
You are wholly committed to the awakening and actualization of your sacred soul purpose.
You acknowledge that you are simultaneously a teacher and student of life and universal principles of co-creation.
You take full responsibility for the experiences in your life, acknowledging them as opportunities to excavate greater wisdom, strength and empowerment. You no longer engage in the “blame game” and victim consciousness of the third dimension.
You acknowledge your multifaceted, multidimensional nature and see beyond the limitation.
Honesty, integrity and a desire to have a positive impact on your environment are intrinsic qualities of your character.
You command the Divine power held within you to co-create life beyond limitation.
You understand that transforming your subconscious patterns and places of separation held within your consciousness is a master key to your greater liberation.
You harness your full co-creative power within and all around you as a force for a greater positive impact in your life and the world around you.
You are your transformational path of self mastery.
You understand that you are both the alchemist and the alchemy.
