Welcome to our new meditation series on The Adora Frequency. A caveat here, it's not about me, Adora the individual, it's about the consciousness and flow state of Adora, which means adoration, honoring and the beloved one - whether it’s Latin, Spanish, or Italian.
This body of work draws us deeper into remembrance of what it means to honor and adore ourselves as the beloved one, that which we seek outside of ourselves and have sought outside of us for millennia.
It's about coming back into the deep connection of the source of creation that is within us, within our sacred human hearts. I'm so delighted that you're here today to journey together.
Crystal Alchemy:
Our crystal for this meditation is green amethyst, one of my favorites for all forms of release because it's so gentle and nurturing.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Linden blossom aromatic is a wonderful ally for coming into places where we've held any energy that is no longer congruent.
In each and every moment, we are evolving. We are iterating to new expressions of our authentic self, authentic truth, divinity, sovereignty and abundance that is our birthright. To fully embody those qualities and energies and characteristics, especially the higher frequencies that are coming in, we have to release those that do not serve us.
As we evolve, these patterns are surfacing to be released and removed from our past. It doesn't always feel so great. Sometimes it feels like, ‘Oh my gosh, I might be fragmenting right now,’ or when you look in the mirror and you don't see exactly what you want to, it’s so easy to get frustrated with yourself because we're so conditioned to believe things about ourselves and the world around us. We're conditioned to believe that we're so much smaller than we really are.
I was having this conversation earlier with a gal in India and we were talking about psychic skills related to the chakras. As we were talking about this, it was so poignant to me that there are energies pulling us in every direction - media, environmental concerns, global concerns, political concerns, community happenings, the states of our individual countries that make it so easy to lose balance. How do we find that place of centeredness? How do we make ourselves unshakeable based on what's happening around us?
And this is one of the reasons that we come together. We come together to align, lean into each other and remember how bright and beautiful and powerful we are. When we come together, let go and invite in our higher levels of consciousness, we invite in our higher levels of authentic truth. Liberating ourselves shifts the continuum of everything around us.
We can't expect to see anything different around us in any capacity until it begins to shift in our internal landscape. So as we frame the meditation tonight on release, I offer an overarching intention to surrender, to let go. Even if we hold onto things that affect us mentally or emotionally, or just because it's been done that way for so, it doesn't mean that it serves the highest or that it is in the right relationship with the divine consciousness.
To be able to birth this new earth and embody, receive and emanate these higher frequencies of unity consciousness is amazing. That's the idea of release and letting go because we let go of all of the illusions of separation so we can come back into the remembrance that we've never been alone. That we've always been connected with ourselves and one another.
Meditation:
Place one drop of linden blossom essential oil on the palm of your left hand.
Linden is incredibly viscous, but it truly is one of my favorite aromatics for dissolving energy within the heart space.
As you breathe in, invite in the clarity of your intention to intertwine through with the aromatic molecules as they anchor throughout the entirety of your being.
Opening a new circuit of light and healing. Opening the auric field, the chakras, the Meridian points, those minute chakras throughout your system.
Invite your breath to ease in and out from your lower belly.
We invite the sacred ancient symbol of the tetragrammaton and divine blessing and protection to encompass each of our individual fields and the group collective. All that are here now and all that will come in the future.
Invite the breath to deepen into the dantian, to your energetic core, the single frequency that holds you in the perfection of form that you are.
There is indeed perfection throughout your being. Divine perfection, humanly imperfect.
Let your being open to your energy. Settle into this moment.
On the next breath in, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantian down through the root, which opens and expands simultaneously down each leg, out through the soles of the feet. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sync.
Moving down effortlessly layer by layer, down to the very center of Mother Earth with each breath. Feeling a deeper sense of relaxation and receptivity. Receptive to the fertile abundance of Mother Earth. The strength and support of her loving embrace and the joyful presence of all kingdoms of life.
As you settle into the core crystal at the center of earth mother, Goddess Gaia, you feel deep relaxation.
Cells begin to open and receive this nurturing, revitalizing life force.
As these energies continue to open and expand, invite your crown and higher centers to open like the many thousand petal Lotus and receive the golden grace of light, divine illumination, blessings of grace and communion with the divine consciousness.
Breathe in these golden rays until your entire field is beaming gold and light.
With each breath, your field expands, your soul expands. Cells enliven and activate neural networks, pathways, synoptic connections, illuminate.
Breathe, open, expand.
You may feel your energy centers quickening their frequency. Energy moving up from the earth, through your vertical power current and down from the higher realms through the crown. Heaven energy, earth energy as above, so below converging in your heart.
Take a deep breath into the center of your heart space.
Feel these waves and pulsations of swirling light, blessing, graves, illumination, strength, protection, abundance, fertility, solidarity all converging within your heart.
Breathe deeply into the center, into the zero point field of limitless creation and invite your consciousness to rest here within your heart. This is the true holy of holies and the source of all creation.
As you bring your awareness into this space, you see this chamber of green crystalline amethyst. At the very center, a golden chair conformed perfectly to your body awaits you.
This is a time of quantum shift upon mother earth and upon your very own timeline of evolution. Your path has brought you to this moment to deepen the remembrance of who you truly are.
We invite the presence of the angels of the four directions: Raphael, Uriel, Michael, Gabriel, the angels of the zero point field to stabilize this access point and mark this moment in time.
There is a large diamond that is moving down to the higher realms to the crown of your head.
Take a deep breath and calibrate your field with these diamond light frequencies as we invite the presence of your spiritual teachers, guides, guardians, “I Am” presence, guardian angel, all cosmic and earthly forces of benevolence in and beyond form. Guides and guardians of this evolutionary awakening and unfoldment of consciousness.
You may feel a pulsation in your field, belly, heart, legs as the diamond is beginning to quicken its pulsation.
On your next breath, this diamond shape elongates and expands to encompass the entirety of your being, each layer of the field and the entirety of your physical form.
Breathe, open.
Allow your field to recalibrate as we invite the diamond clearing teams of light to surround the group spherically. You may see emanations of platinum, gold and white light as you are now invited to let go of what holds you back from fully loving yourself, expressing yourself as infinite unconditional love.
What grief do you still carry from this life and beyond from your soul to yourselves?
What beliefs limit you from living the life you were born to as a sovereign, divine being - a light of the embodiment of brilliant light and the infinite potential of creation?
Breathe as your field continues to ripple out in waves of expansion.
What can you surrender to release here in this diamond frequency of transmutation and purification?
Can you let go of pretending to be small?
Each breath of release creates the space for your essence to fill with such magnificence, holiness and love.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of green amethyst and linden blossom. And we invite the fullness of your medicine, vibration, magic to anchor and actualize, to cleanse and clear the pathways of release within us down to each cell molecule. To and through the portal of our DNA and blood lines.
Release in the name of “I am that I am” at a potency of 10mm now.
You may feel energies lifting from your field. You may feel tingling, tickling within your energy centers or body.
Invite the breath to ease in and out for recalibration.
It is through letting go of the past that we can claim the greatness and truth of who we really are in this moment.
That brilliance, that magnificence paves the way for the most abundant future.
Stand in the light, truth and love of who you are. Stand in the light of victory.
With every breath in, we build these parts within, with love, into every space of letting go. Great love is breathed back into our souls, minds, hearts and bodies.
Feel the lightness within your lineage, your heritage, your ancestors liberated.
Just as our planet is evolving and returning to the light, so are we. The remembrance of love through each breath is the way forward.
Breathe, realign.
On your next breath, offer a moment of gratitude to yourself for the cultivation of your remembrance, the cultivation of the time and care for you in this moment and for all those around you that will be lifted from your frequency, gaze, touch, heart, soul.
We offer this healing to the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet, for all life is sacred. May each kingdom - plant, mineral, animal, and human awaken you to the truth of the spark of sovereignty and divinity that exists within each of us and unites us as one.
When you are ready, take a deep breath of any oil left on your hands to complete this circuit of light, healing and remembrance.
