Welcome to today's Seeds of the Spirit meditation on assimilating the wisdom of the past year. Today we will be working with the alchemies of merlinite and sandalwood oil. The end of the year brings a wonderful opportunity for reflection, review and receiving. In truth, it is much more than reviewing the last year. Even that idea is linear in nature. However, from the perspective of earth time, we have markers to pin a moment in time to view from. Reflecting upon each bounty and win of the year allows us to fully receive the magnificence and vibration of empowerment encoded within. It integrates the experience at our soul level. The same applies for each “blesson” (a lesson that contains an eventual blessing), even if we cannot see the golden nugget of wisdom within the experience yet. Every part of our life, our bodies, minds and spirits that are still calling for our love, our forgiveness, our acceptance and our light are potent areas of reflection that allow us to embrace all of who we are. This is the journey of assimilation.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Sandalwood medicine carries the vibration of ancient wisdom and the cosmic template for unity. It is rare, precious, endangered and should be used with absolute reverence and sparingly. The sandalwood I have here is over 20 years old and from India. Sandalwood oil is one of the few oils that appreciate with time, like a fine wine. This oil of great alchemy typically takes about 30 years to form in the very center of the tree, the heartwood. So when we think of sandalwood forming in the heartwood of the center of the tree, it's the perfect aromatic for assimilation and centering every experience that we've had over the past year and collectively through our DNA. It's a wonderful oil for meditation, as it helps open the crown and higher chakras, as well as each of the other smaller energy vortices and meridian points, and the root chakra. Because of this, Sandalwood is a great oil to work with energetically from the cosmic consciousness and vital life force perspective. If you happen to have Sandalwood oil, fantastic. If not, you are welcome to use any other essential oil you have.
Crystal Alchemy:
Merlinite has a very curious energy. It's both grounding and very expansive to the heart and the cosmic points of connection. It's a wonderful stone for integration, assimilating the higher frequencies with the richness of the Earth within our energy systems. If you do not have merlinite, that is okay because we will be working with the cosmic consciousness and vital life of the crystal. You’re welcome to use any crystal that you may have or whichever crystal is your favorite to use for meditation.
Meditation:
Take the oil you’ve chosen to work with, and place one drop on the palm of your left hand. Take a deep breath in, allowing the breath to rise and fall in the lower belly. Invite any stress of the week and of the times, to dissipate and dissolve around you into light. As you inhale the aroma, invite in the clarity of your intention for this meditation to assimilate all of your blessings, lessons that turned into blessings, and all of your wins and successes of the year.
On your next breath in, bring your awareness to the dantian point, your energetic core, about an inch-and-a-half below your navel. Feel this part of your being, this part of your body, which is the source of your own essence and core light. And now, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of the dantian as you ground down to mother earth and open your root and foot chakras to receive deeper connection with mother earth. The golden line of light drops down through the root chakra while simultaneously moving down each leg and out the soles of the feet. The foot chakras open and expand to receive communion with mother earth. All three lines of light now drop down and meet at the earth star chakra and sync, sinking layer by layer through all the levels of the earth and connecting with the core crystal at the very center of our earth mother. Surrounding this core crystal is a vast temple of blessed resources that hold your body-temple in nourishing light and love, and in great abundance and great unity. Invite your consciousness to rest here, at the very center of the earth, in this sacred chamber made of crystalline structures of ruby that emanate rays of ruby-red light that nourish, replenish, and harmonize your energy. In the very center of the sacred circle within this chamber, is a warm, bright, fire. Burning in this fire are woods, spices, sandalwood, frankincense, and cinnamon. The sweet, warm, woodsy aroma begins to permeate your senses and deepen your relaxation.
Breathe, open, allow.
On your next breath in, breathe into the very center of your heart. In the very center of your heart there is another sacred chamber of ruby crystal that begins to harmonize with the chamber at the center of the earth. Your heart opens and expands to receive this renewable life force from mother Gaia. A golden throne appears at the center of this ruby chamber within your heart. The throne has been perfectly molded to your body. As soon as you are seated in the throne, it begins to recalibrate your cells, open your chakras, and realign your auric field.
Breathe, and open. Begin to reflect upon the past year. Receive the great blessings of abundance for all the ways you've grown, healed, and awakened the truth of who you are as a divine being of light. Receive the gifts of your blessings deep within your heart. Receive your magnificence that shows in all the ways your light has shined more brightly than in the past. Bless each of your sacred intentions that have materialized in the past year, and bless each one that is still unfolding. Where are you called to deepen your faith and trust, and surrender to the highest aspects of your being, to the light of the divine, and to the blessed nature above, the cosmic realms, and below, the sacred earth beneath your feet? How can you come into deeper communion with mother earth, the natural world, and the alchemies of healing that are available to you abundantly through mother earth? Where are your body, emotions, mind, and spirit calling for deeper healing and light? Where is your soul calling you? How are you called to love and care for your body-temple in greater ways? Where can you bring your love and compassion to yourself and to any patterns you have come into this life to transmute and transform?
Pause to reflect on each and every win and success, and each and every lesson that is still unfolding. You are transforming from each experience in which you've held judgment and patterns that no longer serve the truth of who you are. Bring any energies, patterns, beliefs, thoughts, images, emotions, and lower vibrations that you are ready to let go of, through your heart to be surrounded with love and gratitude—gratitude for the lessons that create greater wisdom. Breathe through your heart, blessing those things and then releasing them into the sacred fire at the center of the earth. You may feel a sense of lightness moving through your physicality. Your root chakra opens to drink in more life, light, and support from the earth. Open to receive the richness of mother earth’s love, abundance, and support that is your birthright.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Sandalwood and Merlinite. We invite the fullness of their vibration, medicine, spirit, and light frequency to move down through our center channels to open and expand in each cell, particle, and structure, down through the level of our DNA and bloodlines. Assimilate and integrate the wisdom from all experiences to date. All life experience is a gift. Resift, distill, discern, and come to a greater understanding of your soul and your soul purpose. We anchor and actualize these frequencies at a potency of 10MM, now.
Breathe, open, allow.
Your field is recalibrating. Your cellular consciousness is recalibrating. New levels of light move through your system, blood, bone, marrow, organs, organ systems, glands, and even through your pores. Invite your heart to drink in the joy of your light and life. Each step, each breath, whether seemingly a wrong turn, mishap, or mistake, has brought you perfectly here and now to this moment to drink in the newfound wisdom, joy, “joie de vivre,” and vibrancy that comes from this deep level of assimilation and integration. Call back to yourself any and all parts of your soul that are ready to return to this moment, this life, this body, this experience, and be brought back into wholeness, back into alignment. Feel the expansion through your center column of light as it continues to vibrate higher. You vibrate the resonance of your soul.
When you're ready, take a deep breath of gratitude and come up out of your throne. You can come back to this sacred ruby chamber in your heart at any moment. Bring your consciousness back to the center of the earth, placing any last energies into the sacred fire and offering a prayer of blessing for mother earth and the blessedness of your life.
When you're ready, go ahead and take a deep breath of any oil left on your hands to complete this circuit of light and healing, this new memory cell forever held within your being that honors the blessedness of your life and your light. We offer this healing to mother earth and all kingdoms of life upon this blessed planet—plant, mineral, animal, human. May we fully receive the spark of our divinity and sovereignty. So be it.
