Welcome to today’s Seeds of the Spirit meditation and journey on focusing inward. Now more than ever, we are called to shift our gaze from the outer experiences and manifestations of life to our inner planes of creation, conscious and subconsciousness patterning to connect, care and commune with our authentic selves in a deeper way. It’s a wonderful time to bring the energy of revitalization, regeneration, and nurturing. One of the focuses today will be to bring this healing light to any part of our physical, emotional, and mental bodies that need support and are calling out for attention, love, and connection. Tremendous power is held in harnessing the present moment with our positive intention for transformation, transmutation and quantum leaping along our own evolutionary spiral.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Vetiver medicine is one of incredible depth.
This oil from the roots of the Vetiveria zizanioides species calls us to bring its warmth and healing light to our own roots, offering love and nurturance to those parts of ourselves that feel stuck, isolated or disconnected.
Vetiver calls us back to the earth and our own natural state of balance. It invites us to open the many points of our earth connection and receive the richness of all forms of abundance: love, support, prosperity, safety and nurturing warmth held there.
There is a remarkable sweetness layered upon the earthy notes, such a beautiful reminder for us to call in the sweet splendor of life to balance those moments that can feel difficult or even impossible. Invite the sweet strength of this aromatic into your daily intentional practices to open to the lightness of life.
Crystal Alchemy:
Tiger’s eye medicine is warm, inviting and reminds us of the rich delight of our physical life and body. It brings strength and the desire to dance with joy and abandon in recognition of our sovereignty. Tiger's Eye can be red or brown. This is a wonderful crystal for warming and connecting with the nurturing strength of the earth the renewable vital life force held within and around us in nature. It's also a great crystal for the second chakra. When we're working to open up our sensual nature, honor our sexual expression or build our immunity, Tiger’s Eye is a wonderful crystal to use, as it nourishes us on the cellular level.
Meditation:
If you don't have the Tiger’s Eye crystal or vetiver oil, that's okay, we'll be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of the Tiger’s Eye. If you'd like to find any other oil or crystal that calls out to you, please do so.
Place a drop of oil on the palm of your left hand. Rub your hands together and take a deep breath in for about 30 seconds. As you do so, you're opening your auric field and chakras. You're opening a new circuit of light and memory within your brain, being, and cellular consciousness.
Opening up this healing, we hold the intention to bring this focus inward, down to and through our DNA level by the light of divine consciousness.
Breathe in, as you focus on the clarity of your intention for today. You can anoint your crystal if you have one. I am using a green amethyst, which is a beautifully nurturing stone to use as we are focusing inward. However, we'll still work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of the Tiger’s Eye.
Take a deep breath in, and bring the focus of your awareness to your dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. That point is a single note or frequency that holds you in the perfection of your human form. Allow your breath to ease in and out through the lower belly, inviting any stress, tension, or discomfort to dissipate into light around you.
On your next breath in, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantian point to your root chakra, which then opens and expands. The golden line of light moves simultaneously down each leg and out through the soles of the feet. All three lines of light converge and sync at the earth star chakra, moving effortlessly layer by layer down to the very center of the earth, connecting with the core crystal.
Inviting your consciousness to rest here, at the heart of mother earth, find yourself seated in a beautiful warm chamber filled with the rich striations of golden brown Tiger's Eye. As you begin to rest your conscious needs here, you hear the crackle of a fire burning at the very center of this chamber that emanates golden light. Rich aromas of carrot, ginger, and sandalwood begin to permeate your senses, and open you to a great sense of ease and comfort.
Breathe and soften, allowing your field, chakras, and cells to open to receive this nourishing warmth. Golden rays of light from the flames begin to radiate outward into your auric field, permeating your skin and penetrating your blood, bone, and marrow. This golden light of illumination and healing is easing deep within your cells, particles, and structures. Through the portal and stranding of your DNA and bloodline, golden light is pulsating, spiraling, and encircling every layer and level of your being.
Waves of healing frequencies begin to pulsate from the Tiger’s Eye walls of this sacred chamber at the center of mother earth, our earth mother, Gaia. As you are invited to bring your focus inward, what parts of your body and being are craving this light, warmth, attention, intention, and healing? See, feel, and allow each and every part of your body to be infused, enveloped, enlightened, and enlivened with this warming golden light. Invite it to fill and surround your muscles, bones, cells, organs, glands, and systems. As each part of your body begins to receive this frequency more deeply, you may find another part calling out to you. Listen lovingly and deeply.
Breathe as you feel this frequency lift any heaviness, heart ache, tangled energy, or lower vibration. This golden light now quickens its frequency and revolution, weaving the healing light of nurturance, rejuvenation, warmth, richness, balance, vibrancy, and wholeness. This golden light now begins to weave more quickly through your physical and emotional body.
What emotions, patterns, and reactions are you called to bring this light of divinity to? What patterns are held subconsciously in your emotional body that you are ready to transmute?
Invite this light, warmth, and healing into the shadows of your subconscious, psyche, cells DNA, and bloodlines. The sweet, spicy, woodsy, rich aroma from the fire strengthens and frees you. The healing rays of light from the Tiger’s Eye chamber begin to penetrate your mental body to calm, clear, and present your mind. Call upon this alchemy to harness the power of your mind with clear laser focus, tranquility, steadfastness and cohesion.
Breathe deeply as your cells recalibrate.
We embody sacred light in all forms and facets, in all moments, in and beyond time. As life unfolds and evolves, the substance of your soul merely shifts form in your physical eyes, but on the inner planes you always recognize the soul connection, longing to be expressed within yourself and all those you encounter.
Breathe and open. Invite and allow your soul to come forward and anchor fully within this physicality. Invite it’s voice to become the resounding voice and guiding force of this life expression.
Breathe, anchor, allow. Waves of light begin to move through your body in new and expansive ways. Just like the many-thousand-petaled Lotus blooms. This warmth and healing frequency moves through the heart and astral body, recalibrating and realigning all chakras and layers of the field from the heart to the higher realms.
We call for the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of vetiver and Tiger’s Eye. We invoke the fullness of your spirit, medicine, magic, and life force throughout the totality of our beings, holographically through our cellular consciousness and bloodlines, at a potency of ten.
Breathe, as these frequencies assimilate. Feeling a greater sense of ease and fluidity in your body, mind, and spirit.
Inhale any oil left on your hands to complete this circuit of light and healing, this new experience of memory, presence, and connection. We offer a breath of gratitude to ourselves, each other, the earth, and all kingdoms of life upon this planet—plant, mineral, animal, human. May we all awaken to the fullness and the spark of divinity and sovereignty that unites us as one. So be it.
