Welcome to our sacred healing group. Today we will be diving into detoxing the Adrenal system, which I also talk about in greater detail in my new book, Detox. Nourish. Activate: Plant & Vibrational Medicine for Energy, Mood, and Love. The Adrenal system relates to our connectivity with life force and our nature as a free sovereign being. Freedom and life force are very much a part of the psycho-spiritual aspects of the Adrenal system. You might have heard of chronic fatigue or adrenal burnout. I believe that there’s probably at least 98.9% of humanity that has some degree of adrenal fatigue that’s brought on from stress. Chronic stress is compounded in the body, so it can build up over time and affect the adrenal glands.
The Adrenal glands sit right on top of the kidneys, and they’re these very odd shapes, almost like a pyramid. These glands get quite depleted from over extenuated aspects of stress from an emotional, physical, and environmental perspective. When we’re looking deeper at the layers of connectivity, the adrenal system connects with the dantien point, which connects in with the core of the earth. Any aspects that are held within this lifetime or through our DNA that are around persecution, slavery, of abuse that ends up compounding our current day lives as patterns of self abuse, self sabotage, or addiction are all part of the way we disconnect with our physicality. This is also how we disconnect from our connection to the earth source, mother of all mothers.
When we connect with this meditation, we’re going to be inviting an intention to let go of all of the patterns that no longer serve us. These dysfunctional patterns that we’ve carried through this life and past lifetimes end up showing as dark energetic bands around the adrenals. When we go through the detox and letting go phase, we’re able to clear these energies to release back to the earth, and we can then move into nourishing and activating our adrenals. This is how we activate our sovereignty as free divine beings.
Essential Oil Alchemy
Bright and clear, grapefruit’s refreshing aroma is uplifting and invigorating. It generates a vortex of bright light in the auric field and lifts dross or density with an upward swirling action.Note this oil is phototoxic and potentially sensitizing. Grapefruit has the special ability to move through the adrenal glands by clearing layers of depressed energy and emotion on a cellular level. This oil also has a great ability to clear negative thought patterns, especially of negative self talk.
Crystal Alchemy
Opalite is wonderful for aspects of resolution, particularly from a karmic perspective, especially karmic patterns we have had around constriction. This can be constriction from our physical energy, which can easily be associated with the adrenals, abundance, and our ability to fully express our life force without any limitation, constriction, or fear of persecution or pain.
Meditation
You are welcome to use any essential oil or crystal that you have at home. We will be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of opalite, palo santo, and grapefruit. Place a drop of your essential oil on your left hand and rub your palms together for a moment. Breathe the oil in for about 30 seconds as you open yourself to the most benevolent intention of healing and of release for the adrenal system and glands. We invite the presence of your highest selves, your I AM presence, your spiritual teachers, guides, and guardian angels.
We invoke the presence of the angels of the four directions to stabilize this alchemical container for our healing circle. They are a circle of light and healing, which expands exponentially around the globe. In the direction of east, we call forth the Archangel Raphael and your legions of light, the element of air, sacred sound and thought, the presence of protection, and the eagle. We welcome thee. In the direction of west, we call forth Archangel Gabriel and your legions of light, the element of water, sacred fluid bodies on Mother Gaia, the dolphin, and keepers of sacred wisdom and healing upon the planet, deep emotional healing and cleansing. We welcome thee. In the direction of the south, we call forth Archangel Michael, your legions of light, the element of fire, sacred transformation and transfiguration, the energy of the phoenix, and rebirth. We welcome thee now. In the direction of the north, we call forth Archangel Uriel and your legions of light, the element of earth, the sacred ground beneath our feet, structured connection, abundance, and fertility. We welcome thee. We call forth the DNA infinity teams of light as we invite the clarity of our intention.
Take a deep breath in and bring the focus of your awareness to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below the navel. Breathe into this point of power, connection, and sacred resonance that is unique to your light and essence. Let your breath ease in and out of this point in your lower belly. Let the stress and tension of the day and times dissipate and dissolve around you. Bring the focus of your intention to each adrenal gland, seated on top of the kidneys. This is a sacred temple of light and life for us.
Breathe as you envision a golden amber light begin to pulsate within each adrenal gland, and observe the nature of each of these glands within your body. The right adrenal gland connects directly into your father bloodline, and the left adrenal gland connects directly into your mother bloodline. Observe the nature of the energy flow and energetic accumulation within each gland and bloodline. We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of palo santo and grapefruit. We invite your light and the full gamut of your frequency, medicine, healing, and vibration to come through the higher realm. We invite this into each layer and level of the auric field: cleansing, clearing, and lifting the vibration through the blood, bone, marrow, into each cell, the DNA, and through the mother and father bloodlines at a potency of 10 MM now.
Breathe as you are invited to release all that no longer serves the truth of who you are: places held within the cellular matrices, holographically through subconscious patterns, constructs, emotions, beliefs, images, and memories. Release patterns of scarcity, slavery, persecution, abuse, survival, exhaustion, and fatigue that is held within from this life and many generations of the past.
Breathe as you open, expand, and let go of that which is held within you energetically, holographically, and viscerally. At the level of your cells, your lineage is also held through the collective consciousness of humanity. As you clean, release, and let go, you do this for yourself, your lineage, past, present, and future, and through your soul family. You do this for the web of life of humanity.
Bring your awareness back to each adrenal gland, pulsating more rapidly with golden amber light. You may feel a quickening in your chakras, physicality, and in the adrenal glands. As your field expands, envision each adrenal gland to be in the center of a golden pyramid of light. The apex on this pyramid, pointing downward to the earth, activating and expanding each of the centers in the soles of the feet. The frequency lifts as golden, amber pulsations fill each pyramid. Now, a third pyramid appears to encapsulate both adrenals. The apex points downward and connects in with the dantien point.
Breathe deeply as each layer of the field reconfigures. Each chakra from the solar plexus down to the earth crust chakra reconfigures. A golden line of light drops down from the center of the dantien point. Throughout the root, simultaneously down each leg, and out through the soles of the feet. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink effortlessly moving into deeper connections. The light moves down through each layer until converging and connecting into the core crystal, where another pyramid appears at the very center of the earth. The apex of the pyramid point faces the higher realms, and it connects in with the dantien point.
Breathe deeply as you invite an entirely new connection and communion with the earth, your body, soul, and mission for this life and incarnation. Golden amber light moves through each bloodline and continues to clear and release seven generations or more of paths. You may see an image or a spirit animal appear before you. Invite the wisdom of any messages that come to you.
We anchor and actualize the full spectrum of this healing vibration through all time, no time, all dimensions, and all realities. We offer this healing to the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet, in this sacred life. Take a deep breath of any oil left on your hands, completing this circuit of light and healing.
When you’re ready, you can open your eyes, wiggle your fingers and toes.
