In this meditation as with all meditations I lead, we will be incorporating an essential oil from the plant kingdoms and a crystal from the mineral kingdom to activate, heal, and awaken. These beautiful alchemies can deeply support us in our ever evolving journey of awakening. This meditation will be on communing with the zero point field,the dimension of limitless creation. Our journey today will be very heart centered, as this is how to access the zero point field. We will be working with the alchemy of Rose Otto and labradorite. It’s OK if you don’t have either of these alchemies because we’ll be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both.
Essential Oil Alchemy
Rose medicine is a wonderful essential oil for supporting the repatterning of our neuro-pathways. Rose otto is a powerful alchemy because of it’s powerful connection with olfaction, the limbic system, and amygdala centers of the brain, which regulate so much of our physiology, mood, and memory.
When you use an essential oil, put a drop on the left palm of your hand, which receives a higher frequency, rubbing your hands together and inhaling deeply. This helps to create a new circuit of light within the brain, a new memory cell, and it opens and expands all the layers and levels of our field. It also anchors us holographically through to our cellular consciousness.
Crystal Alchemy
Labradorite medicine assists us to awake the innate sacred mysticism that’s within us through our cellular consciousness and holographically through our auric field. Labradorite alchemy also supports our connection to inner psychic vision and with its deep connection to the water element cleanses old emotional patterns of self loathing, self abuse and self judgement.
Meditation
If you have an essential oil with you, you may start by inhaling the aroma for about 30 seconds, while inviting in the clarity of your intention to intertwine with the aromatic molecules. On your next breath in, bring the focus of your awareness to the dantien point, that single note that holds you in the perfection of human form that you are. Invite your breath to ease in and out through the lower belly. Let all the stress and tension of the day, week, and times dissipate and dissolve around you.
On your next breath in, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien point, to the root chakra, down through both legs, and through the soles of the feet. The root chakra is expanding to drink in this beautiful connection and communion with the earth and each other as all three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra, and they sink effortlessly layer by layer down to the very center of the Earth.
Inhale deeply as you envision a massive, larger than life labradorite crystal at the very center of our healing community of light. Invite your consciousness to rest here. Pulsations of light start emanating from this beautiful labradorite. This crystal is pulsating with the sacred heartbeat of Mother Earth, Goddess Gaia. Breathe deeply as every layer of your being, down through your cellular consciousness, begins to resonate with the frequency of this crystal and your heartbeat. Your sacred heartbeat begins to pulsate in and around you with the heartbeat of Mother Gaia.
Breathe as your field expands, your light expands, and your trust deepens and anchors with the highest vibrational patterning of Mother Gaia in the grand shift of evolution. Actualize this vibration into each blessed cell within your body, each of the cells that hold the light, beauty, power, and the intelligence embedded within your DNA. This vibration gets carried through your bloodlines, held sacred through your lineage. It awaited this moment to remember, awaken, and activate.
Breathe deeply as the resonance from this magnificent crystal continues to clear, lift, awaken, and ground the truth of who you are as you are held in a sacred chamber of golden light. This chamber is encased in a beautiful emerald crystalline structure, which has all gradations of green rays of emerald light. This emerald green light begins to encircle you with the most loving, rich familiarity. You feel a deep sense of safety and community, brother and sister unity. You begin to fill each layer of your field, your blood, bone, and marrow. Invite yourself to open, expand, and align. I invite you to come into your sacred human heart, to the very center of your heart space, into the holy of Holies.
Breathe deeply as the rays of emerald light now begin to focus into your heart, and then they pool outward as if you had dropped a precious stone into a still water pool. Emerald light begins to pulsate out of the very center of your heart as you are invited to release and let go of all that no longer serves the truth of who you are, all emotions patterns, and beliefs that your soul has come into this moment to release and transmute into emerald light to set your soul free. Set free all that you have carried personally, generationally, and through the collective consciousness of humanity. Through the power of your love, our group, field of light, and all that you have come to set free, set yourselves free to set future generations free. Reconfigure the timelines of the past with the divine truth of your sovereignty, your quintessence, the might of your I AM presence, and the support of your spiritual teachers, guides, and guardians from all realms and angelic kingdoms of light that encircle us in this moment and every moment.
Breathe deeply as your heart continues to open and expand, bathing in the emerald light. Bring your awareness now to the sacred chamber, infused with filaments of golden light and pulsating sacred geometric formations, flower of life, star tetrahedron, merkaba diamond, infinity, vesica pisces. You may see formations that are familiar or brand new to your consciousness as many sacred geometric formations are arriving from the cosmic realms to awaken deeper layers and levels of stranding within your DNA. We awaken the freedom code within your DNA. Your being magnetizes to one or more sacred formations. It magnetizes to your auric field, holographically to and through all the cells, particles, and DNA, and it goes through your mother and father bloodlines to expound, clear, and activate. It awakens the remembrance of your magnificent light. Breathe deeply and recalibrate.
On your next breath in, we call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of labradorite and rose otto. We invite the fullness of your medicine, magic, and vibration of light and love. We invite this through the fullness of our being into our cellular consciousness, though our DNA and bloodline at a potency of 10 MM now. Breathe in as your soul’s light awakens to the remembrance of these resonances. Sacred light and mystical awakening is expanding through your being and through each vortex, chakra, nadi, blood, bone, marrow, each system, and gland. We are now called back into our heart space, into the very center of the heart. You may feel it pulsating, expanding, or tingling.
Breathe into the very center of your heart and into the holy of holies, into the zero point field of limitless creation. Rest your consciousness here as we call forth the template of miracle consciousness, zero point field beings of light. To stabilize these frequencies within our personal fields, group field, auric field, collective consciousness, and life of humanity, invite your sacred intentions into this dimension of limitless creation. Plant the seeds of your intention, personally and planetarily, into this pristine earthly that has been fully prepared with each element of the natural world: fire, water, air, and earth. Akasha blesses your intention. Each kingdom of life and all aspects of nature intelligence bless your intentions. All great cosmic beings of light here bless your intentions. The infinite power of your love blesses your intentions. The divine light source blesses your intentions. May the elements of earth, air, fire, water, Akasha, and the kingdoms of life awake and actualize the pristine and perfected blueprint, perfected from the Creator and source light. May this blueprint be actualized that we may recreate heaven upon earth. May the infinite nature of your love bless each moment and step of your journey. If you have any oil left on your hands, go ahead and take a deep breath to complete this circuit of light and healing. This completes a new memory cell forever held within your consciousness, and you can return to it at any moment by inhaling this oil. When you’re ready, bring your conscious awareness back to the present moment.
