This is the fifth and final meditation in our element series, featuring ether. Ether is known as quintessence, or life force ready to be crafted into form. Similar to how an essential oil represents the quintessence and life force of the plant. Unlike the other elements that we’ve explored, ether is unmanifested and so it is difficult to contextualize. It has no space, it is infinite, it is light, it is still, and yet it exists all around us. Ether is this beautiful universal frequency that with the clarity of our intentions, we can co-create with it in a very synergistic way.

This is the fourth meditation in our element series, featuring Air. We'll be working with the element of air and transmuting energy and patterning, particularly around thought, emotion and belief systems. And as with every meditation that I offer, I'll be mentioning two alchemical interventions, one from the plant kingdom and one from the mineral kingdom. Each carry a full range of vibrational patterning that has been graciously put on the planet to heal, awaken and activate ourselves, not just our energy beings, but right down to the cellular consciousness, our DNA and our bloodlines to really allow for quantum shifts in our ability to create from an empowered perspective.

Welcome to the third meditation in our Element Series. Each week we’ve been working with a specific element and its frequency to clear and energize our own being so that we can accommodate more light frequency in our fields and then to beam that new vibration throughout the planet to restore the original blueprint of that element. Through shifting and expanding our own perception of reality and the nature of our divine light we can then harmonically induct the frequency of the planet and our collective consciousness.

Welcome to the second meditation in our element series. We will be invoking the element of earth. As with each meditation in the series, we first bring the healing deep within us as we tune into the specific element’s frequency. Today, align with the potent sense of being rooted and grounded.

This is the first meditation from the Elements Series, inspired by one of the members of our Seeds of the Spirit group. In each session, we will first bring healing to our holistic being and our relationship to that element. Then we will focus our group hara on lifting the frequency of that element on a planetary level.

We invite the light of connection to nature, the earth, nature intelligence, and the plant and mineral kingdoms in a deeper way. Today our crystal alchemy is going to be centered on epidote and it's this beautiful deep, green crystal that helps to connect us at the auric and the cellular level of our consciousness, with the richness and abundance of the earth.
