In each of the meditations I host, we invoke the presence of an aromatic from the plant kingdom and a mineral or crystal from the mineral kingdom. We use their frequencies to enhance the meditation experience and healing available. I'd like to invite in the deepening of our ability to co-create with the elements around us, specifically the elementals and the Devas of healing from the plant, mineral and animal kingdoms.
As we're expanding our relationship with co-creation, we want to immerse ourselves in the richness, beauty and abundant frequency of the earth, with the deep understanding and wisdom that the earth and divine consciousness have created everything we need for healing, awakening and restoration of our highest potential, vibrancy, innocence, and purity. In the state of co-creation and honoring the earth, we can embrace and reactivate all that is within us, knowing that all of these medicines and vibrational remedies have been created for the support of humankind to heal and evolve our consciousness collectively.
Aligning with co-creation, we can find pathways to create life from effortless intention receiving full support from the kingdoms of life. This process frees us from creating from a place of will, which is not sustainable and is deeply fatiguing. Rather, it allows us to infuse ourselves with grace and the empowerment of divine consciousness. I think part of the challenge that we face in this human incarnation is thinking that we have to do everything on our own, that is perhaps the greatest illusion.
We know the power of coming together in meditation and how much healing energy and momentum is created with intention and spreading light and healing, not just for ourselves, but for the planet and for all of the kingdoms of life. What would it be like to be able to learn how to co-create in each moment with all of the support that we have around us, and in particular all of the support that comes from the earth?
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Oakmoss medicine connects us deeply to the earth. It is like being in the deepest part of the most sacred ancient forest. It is lush, fertile and damp with possibility. It has a smoky aroma and is incredibly viscous.
You can use any essential oil for this meditation as it will enhance, expand and support the anchoring of the meditation. When you inhale the aroma of an essential oil, you're inviting in the full gamut of both the biochemical and vibrational aspect of the plant.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Epidote invokes a very earthy, mossey desire to sink into the earth and become completely enovopend with it. You can use any crystal that you have at home, either holding it or placing it on your body. You can also anoint it with an essential oil. When you place a crystal on your body or in the vicinity of your energy field, you're bringing it into your cellular consciousness. The same holds true for an essential oil because the plant and mineral medicine brings deep healing through our DNA and our bloodlines.
MEDITATION:
Take a deep breath in and invite in the ease and clarity of your intention for this healing and meditation journey. Bring your attention to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. It’s that single note that holds you in the beauty and perfection of the physical form that you are. Let the breath ease and flow, releasing all tension, stress and pressures. Allow any and all energy to flow through your body.
On your next breath in, invite a golden line of light to drop down from the very center of your dantien, down through your root chakra, simultaneously down each leg, out through the soles of your feet, and all three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra. Sink into the safety, protection and ancient memories within you of spiritizing matter and vibrating light to your fullest capacity.
Let your consciousness drop down effortlessly layer by layer until reaching the very center of the earth. Connect in with the core crystal as your cells begin to vibrate with the resonance of Mother Earth’s heartbeat that seems to be pulsating deeply from within the crystal. You may feel a sense of warmth or tingling in your body as your cells are ignited with the life force from this sacred crystal at the core of our Earth Mother. Where you stand, many have stood before and many will come to stand again.
On the next breath in, step forward into the crystal, which opens a portal of emerald light to welcome you as you now stand inside the crystal. It seems as if a whole universe opens around you. Flora and fauna of every size, color and aroma. You hear sounds of exotic birds and butterflies as they dance before your eyes in every electric color of the rainbow. A path of gold begins to unfold before you. Your heart is delighted with every nuance of life that tantalizes your senses. Sweet, floral, earthy aromas from plants that pulsate with life sing to the very center of your heartspace. Enormous plants and trees of many varietie, some familiar and some distantly familiar. With each step you take, your breath deepens, your being opens, your chakras realign, and your cells begin to dance in the light of remembrance.
We call forth the overlighting Deva of healing for the plant, mineral and animal kingdoms. We call forth the devas and elementals, the presence of our highest selves, our I Am presence, our teachers, guides, guardians, and angels of divine light. May all of this divine support accompany us on the journey into the garden of creation.
Up ahead you see a small pool of water that pulsates in platinum light. Encircling the pool, you begin to feel your heart open even further and a resonance of sound coming from the waters themselves. Your heart delights in the memory of this sound. Each individual has latent coding deep within the cellular consciousness, DNA and bloodlines.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life sort of oakmoss and epidote to enliven, awaken and actualize those codes ready to align. We call forth the remembrance of heaven on earth held within the plant, mineral, animal, and human kingdoms, synergized in co-creation for awakening. We call forth these frequencies to actualize through our auric field and holographically through our cellular consciousness, the portal of our DNA and mother and father bloodlines at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe as each layer reconfigures, and as the gifts and quintessence held deep within your DNA awakens, aligns and actualizes in unity. All soul personality aspects align and infuse with spirit. You may feel a tingling as your energy centers clear and activate, and as your glands, organs, blood, bone, and marrow clear. You begin to hear the heartbeat of Mother Earth throughout your being. You may choose to invite one kingdom specifically to commune and communicate with you directly, or you may invite them all.
Your body begins to soften with the knowledge of love, support and sheer delight that these kingdoms of life offer you. Our true medicine is the Earth. You are being called home to remember. You may first hear the voice as a whisper. In each moment of your day, each step on your path and each project on your plate, call forth this level of co-creation and sacred honoring. Receive the support and love that is held here in this garden of creation.
On your next breath in, step forward into the platinum pool of liquid light. Bathe and bless yourself with these holy waters. Bathe and bless yourself anew. You are the one you have been waiting for. Bathe in these warm waters until every inch of your body has been blessed. In the light and the grace of the one.
When you're ready offer a prayer of gratitude to the sacred water, the sacred earth and to each kingdom of life that has blessed you here and that will walk forward with you.
Walk back down the golden path, breathing in the beauty of the sweet and floral aromas. Now step out of the crystal at the center of the earth. Invite your consciousness back to your physical body. You may still feel a light or resonance of the beautiful garden around you: the color green and the sweet aroma. If you have oil left on your hands, breathe it in to close this circuit of light and gratitude to complete this new memory cell within your brain and body. So be it.
