The focus for this meditation is on envisioning your soul path. Our meditative journeys have been focusing on clearing the layers within us to prepare for the highest ultimate reality to unfold. Today, in our journey of intentional creation, we will seed our fertile soil for growth and expansion in an effortless fashion. Envision the highest ultimate reality for your soul path to unfold before you with great pleasure, ease, joy and abundance.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Galbanum’s aroma is that of ancient earth. It has this beautiful frequency that helps us to connect our spirituality with our soul and to expand our spiritual connection to our divine light. This is a wonderful oil for expansion and for the blank canvas that contains the potential for everything we long to create and for all our desires and longings that are held in our soul seat. And paired with the expansion is the ability to ground those frequencies into the dantien and into the earth. Galbanum has a wonderful, very ancient coding to unlock divine wisdom and knowledge throughout our DNA. It’s absolutely remarkable.
Essential oils expand and amplify our experience in meditation. By their very nature, essential oils help to open our frequencies, auric field, meridian points, chakras, and cellular consciousness. They also assist in opening new circuits of light and new memory cells within the brain because of the connection to the limbic system. Also, with the unique ability to pass through the blood-brain barrier, the essential oil phytonutrients, vibration and medicine infuses and permeates all aspects of our body down into our cells.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Sapphire medicine supports inner vision. It helps activate deep, mystical vision and awakening not just in our heart, but in our third eye and our pineal gland in particular. When considering and working with expanding our connection to sacred mysticism, this is a wonderful gem to use.
You are welcome to bring any crystal or oil that you have into this meditation, and If you don’t have these at home, we're going to work with the cosmic consciousness and the vital life force of each. Working with the plant and mineral kingdom energetically still allows you to receive the medicine and healing that they have to offer.
MEDITATION
Take a deep breath in. If you're using an oil, put some on your palms and breathe it in. As you inhale the aroma, invite in the clarity of your intention for this meditation as well as the aromatic molecules to intertwine, synergize, amplify, and anchor that intention deep within your cellular consciousness. On your next breath in, bring your attention and intention to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. This is the point or single note that holds you into physical form, the beauty and perfection of your physical form in this life. Through the power and potency of your intention, presence and breath, we call forth healing for all aspects of you through all dimensions, all realities and all time.
Breathe into the lower body and invite this area to easily expand and contract, allowing all of this stress and tension of the day, the week and the times to dissipate and dissolve. Now envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien, down through the root, simultaneously down each leg, and out through the soles of the feet. All three lines of light meeting at the earth crust chakra, and sink.
Sinking effortlessly down each layer of the earth, merging at the very center at the core crystal. Bring your consciousness to rest at the very center of this earth, the bosom of Mother Gaia. Envision yourself surrounded in a sapphire chamber of crystalline light. Breathe deeply to receive the frequency of the sapphire gems that are pulsating brilliant rays of sapphire light. Warming your skin and easefully penetrating into your blood, bone and marrow.
Sacred divine knowledge awakening through each cell, particle and subatomic structure down through the portal of your DNA and into the mother and father bloodline. Sacred, divine light bringing the energy of peace and understanding through each bloodline. Healing patterns of war and violence that have been held through your genetic code, and held within the fiber and matter of the earth and the collective consciousness of humanity.
Sapphire light now brings the presence of truth, smoothing the lines of light through your timeline: past, present and future. Ancient wisdom unlocking through your DNA. Breathe deeply as the many parts of you open and expand. You may feel tingling or energy moving within your field or body. Breathe and let this light flow easefully through your system, gracefully through your being and expansively through your heart.
We call for the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of galbanum and sapphire. We invite the full spectrum of your wisdom, spirit and medicine to actualize through each cell, particle, membrane, structure, the portal of your DNA, and through each bloodline at a potency of 10 mm NOW. Breathe as the pineal begins to pulsate, cleanse, clear, and activate. Higher chakras recalibrating. Third eye clearing. Heart expanding. Earth star connecting. Breathe deeply as your vertical power current realigns itself.
On your next breath in, bring your awareness back to this sapphire cavrin of light, where before you appears the most expansive blank canvas. As you look down before you, you see a table made gold that holds gems and crystals of all shapes, varieties, colors, and frequencies. Gems and crystals from this plane, planet, dimension, and many others gleaming and singing with light.
Invite in your grandest vision for your life and everything you wish to create. Envision it upon your canvas. As each vision becomes clear, choose a gem or crystal and place it into the center of that vignette. Place it and align it until it sings truth and joy within your heart and soul.
Envision the path of the highest alternate reality for Mother Earth and all humankind. When that is clear in your heart and soul, place a gem or crystal into that vignette center. Creating Heaven on earth. We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life on this sacred planet. Let us be united in remembering the spark of divinity and sovereignty, illuminated through us all.
See your canvases invigorated through your mighty I Am presence and fully actualized. That knowing resides deep within your soul. Offer a prayer of gratitude for Mother Earth and all aspects of her blessed abundance and healing light. These gems and stones will remain a part of your palette of grand creation. So be it.
If you have any oil left on your hands, breathe it in to complete this circuit, this new memory cell forever imprinted upon your consciousness, your cells and your soul. When you are ready, bring your consciousness back to the present moment.
