In order to take those next steps along our path of self-mastery and transformation, and ultimately the alignment and expression of our soul purpose, everything else from beliefs, images, patterns, thoughts, and emotions has to crumble and be lifted away.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Vetiver medicine is deeply grounding and has a profound ability to bring balance within us. If you’re too hot, it can cool If you’re too cool, it can warm. Vetiver has such an affinity for our earth connection. It can come into those places within ourselves, our physicality, and our belief systems and start to break apart any calcification of energy, templates and mental constructs that won't serve us as we move forward with claiming our greatness. Vetiver has the ability to support us to sink more deeply into the safety and trust of Mother Earth.
When you inhale an oil, you're inviting the aromatic molecules to penetrate and permeate down into your bloodstream, brain, cells, each layer of the field, and the chakras to open your being up to the frequency and receptivity of this meditation’s healing. Using essential oils in meditation creates a new circuit of light, as well as a new memory cell that anchors into our brain and also through each of the trillions of cells in our body. As you breathe the oil in, you're also inviting these aromatic molecules to intertwine with your intention.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Black tourmaline is a deeply grounding stone that has a wonderful ability to break up old patterns not just within our body, but within our cellular consciousness and then holographically through our auric field. This stone is truly a powerhouse. It has that same effect on the Earth. All of the distortion that's held in the collective consciousness on the planet is also held within the earth and within the soil, just like it's held within our cells. Our cells are our own soil of growth and vitality.
You can use whatever crystal you have at home for this meditation. We’ll also be working with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both black tourmaline and vetiver so you will receive the medicine and alchemy of both even if you do not have them.
MEDITATION
Take a deep breath in, inviting the clarity of your intention. Bring the focus of your breath to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. This is the single note that holds you in the grand perfection that you are in this physical form, perfectly imperfect. Invite the frequency of great ease, grace and flow into your body through your breath as you allow the fullness of your breath to pass in and out.
Envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien and down through the root chakra, down through each leg and out through the soles of both feet. All three lines of light converging out of the earth star chakra and sink.
Effortlessly moving down deeper into the earth. Feel your root open like a many thousand petaled lotus. Receiving the primal life force of Mother Gaia. Alivening, strengthening, revitalizing, and enveloping you in protection. Allow your consciousness now to sink into the very center of the earth into a chamber filled with tourmalines of all colors: black, green, pink, ruby, garnet. There is a resonance of the heartbeat of Mother Earth like a drum beat that begins to pulsate within each cell, particle, subatomic particle through the portal of the DNA into the mother and father bloodlines.
Envision a large sacred fire ablaze at the center of this chamber. Earthy and smoky aromas deepen your trancelike breath until each cell throughout your being through all time and no time, all dimensions, all realities, beats synchronistically with the heartbeat of Mother Earth. Into the fire, place all aspects hidden in shadow, distortion, disharmony, dishonesty, disheartenment, distrust, destruction, separation, constriction, and control.
What is it within you that must be dismantled and crumbled for you to emerge in greater authenticity of self, claiming your truth, your greatness, and your light? Place it into the sacred fire of transfiguration, and then it returns to you as the light of empowerment.
Breathe as your body and nonphysical bodies recalibrate from the frequency of the crystalline structures emanating their light to you and through you. Emanating light to your bone, blood, marrow and awakening the divine consciousness within you.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of black tourmaline and vetiver. Anchor and actualize your vibration and medicine throughout each and every layer, level, particle, structure, cell, down to your DNA and bloodlines at a potency of 10 mm now.
Breathe deeply, feeling each level realign. As above so below. As we offer our prayers and blessings for the earth. You may notice, sense or feel ancient ancestors surrounding you and honoring our Earth Mother, home, sacred vessel, and sanctuary of awakening, elevating and remembering.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life, and that all kingdoms of life remember the spark of divinity and sovereignty that unites us as one. Aho.
You may inhale any oil left on your hand to complete this circuit of light, healing and memory. When you're ready, bring your consciousness back to the present moment.
