There are two aspects connected to Goddess Venus. The Roman Goddess from Botticelli’s beautiful art is a goddess of beauty, abundance and creativity. There’s also the ascended master aspect of Goddess Venus, which is more of a multi-dimensional aspect of Venus in her form of divine love. It's beautiful to be able to open ourselves to both of these energies, both of these experiences to expand our field and our conscious awareness as we go into this meditation.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Gardenia monoi is different from an essential oil in that monoi is a coconut fat that absorbs the aromatic of the gardenia flower, which is a sensual, wonderful flower. Gardenia flowers don’t produce an essential oil, but they do produce a wonderful heavenly aroma that through immediate inhalation allows us to expand into our heart space and into that place of connectivity with our inner beauty. Gardenia is an oil of beautification. Each and every one of us are beautiful, and we all have a unique beauty, a unique sensuality and a unique aspect of our creativity that connecting deeply with the goddess can help us to excavate and bring forward.
One of the reasons that we use essential oils in this process is that it creates a new circuit of light energetically for us, as well as a new memory cell in the brain and in our cellular consciousness that we can infuse with the healing, wisdom, and divine knowledge that comes through in session and in meditation. It becomes an anchor for us in our daily lives.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Rose quartz is wonderful for anything related to and working with the heart. When talking about beauty and connecting with our inner beauty, the heart is our pathway and portal for this place of deepening connectivity.
If you don’t have rose quartz or gardenia monoi at home, you can use any crystal or essential oil that you have. If you don’t have either of these elements, we always work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both the plant and mineral and so it's not necessary to have either present because we'll work with their frequencies. If you do have a crystal you can place it on your body, hold it or even anoint it with your essential oil.
If you have an essential oil, you can place a drop on your left palm and take a deep breath in. This opens the field, the levels of our aura, our chakras, and meridian points, which are smaller vortices that are throughout our body. When our chakras and meridians are open it allows the vibration and energy flow to navigate freely. Since essential oils pass through the blood-brain barrier, we're able to open ourselves to receive all of the phytonutrients because essential oils are biochemically active. Some have over hundreds of chemical constituents, which is why each micro droplet of essential oil not only contains the full gamut of the chemical constituents, but the full gamut of vibration as well. The plant and mineral kingdoms were put here on earth with every form of vibration to match every form of imbalance, disharmony and disease within our system. They're so valuable in terms of bringing healing and restoration of our vitality, our life force, our joy, our vibrancy, our beauty, our feminine power, and our sensuality.
GODDESS INVOCATION AND MEDITATION
You are the keepers of sacred magic, the template of the divine feminine, protector of the holy grail, the goddess, the holy of holies. She is known by many names: Venus, Isis, Hathor, Mother Mary, the Magdalene, Quan Yin, Hecate, Freya, and Gaia. Keepers of the sacred flame, you are being called to come together in community to be held, seen and to heal your wounds, our wounds of separation, of struggle, of profound forgetting. Together we will awaken, shift, heal, and evolve, stepping forward with our unique light, truth and the expression of the divine in physical form.
On your next breath in, bring the focus of your awareness to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. It is that single note that holds you in perfection of human form that you are. Gently allowing the breath to come in and out with ease and grace. Letting all of the stress and tension of the day to dissipate and dissolve.
Envision a spear of ruby light that is pulsating right below your navel at the dantien. This sphere of ruby light begins to pulsate more quickly and expand until it fully surrounds your physical body and each layer of your auric field. Envision each breath now filled with ruby light. Seated inside this ruby sphere, take the next breath into the very center of your heart space. Your heart is also pulsating with ruby light, filling your bone, blood, marrow. The sacred frequency of ruby crystalline medicine has a very calming and grounding effect on every cell in your body, every molecule down through the sub atomic level.
Invite your consciousness to seat itself into the very center of your heart, into the zero point field of limitless creative potential. Envisioning yourself surrounded by a crystalline chamber of rose quartz: soft pink, comforting, sweet, safe, inviting, soothing. Open your heart, your mind and your body to this deeply healing and nurturing energy in this sacred chamber, this holy of holies, where all of you is held, seen, blessed, embraced, understood, accepted, and valued.
On your next breath in, a form appears before you of sweet, sensual beauty, of tremendous white light emanating from each of her cells. Trillions of points of light emanating from her into your field, permeating your skin, blood, bone, and marrow.
Goddess Venus, with great honor we welcome the. The light emanating from her to you feels like the beautiful warmth of a thousand suns, raining their light, strength and blessing down upon you. Awakening the remembrance of your truth, light, beauty, freedom
Breathe deeply, and with each exhalation letting go of all that no longer serves the truth of who you are. Letting go of fears, constriction, limitation, anxieties, worry, uncertainty, lack, shame, denial. Let it be lifted through the light that surrounds her and is beaming to and through you now. With each layer of density and lower frequency that you release, the emanations from the rose quartz chamber begin to absorb more deeply through your being.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of rose quartz and gardenia. We invoke your spirit, medicine and vibration at a potency of 10 mm NOW. Anchoring through each cell, down to the subatomic structures, through the portal of your DNA into each of the mother and father bloodlines. Using the light of unconditional love through your heritage, your lineage and awakening the remembrance of light and the divine feminine principle rise, awaken, and remember.
Breathe as each layer of your field and each cell in your body is recalibrating and realigning, as above, so below. On your next breath in, bowing in honor, blessing and gratitude to Goddess Venus in all aspects of her feminine light.
We offer this healing for the Earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. May we awaken the remembrance of the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists within us each and unites us as one. So be it.
You can inhale any oil left on your hands to close the circuit of light, completing this new memory cell filled with the essence, vibration and healing from this sacred communion. Anchoring it throughout your cellular consciousness. When you're ready, you can bring your awareness back to the present moment.
