The Intention for this meditation is on breaking through. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working with clearing and transmuting resistance. We all have a glass ceiling that we long to break open. For some, this could be the ability to give and receive love or intimacy in our closest, most sacred relationships. For others the glass ceiling could be from the perspective of career, inner success, and finding and embodying our true life's purpose. Quite commonly, the glass ceiling is one of financial and being able to move into the space of abundance and prosperity that we've always longed for. We all have a glass ceiling and my invitation for you is to breathe through your individual truth on this theme, as well as what is held in the collective consciousness.
In each meditation, I combine essential oil alchemy with crystal alchemy to enhance and anchor our meditation practice. You are welcome to bring any essential oil or crystal that you have into the meditation. If you don't have any that's okay because we work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both the essential oil and crystal, receiving the medicine of both.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
I fell in love with neroli many, many years ago and had my first tangible experience in Cairo when I was staying outside of Giza where the pyramids are. There is a small orange grove there, and the beautiful thing about the orange tree is that it produces multiple essential oils. Sweet orange, wild orange and blood orange are derived from the fruit. There's also an essential oil produced from the leaf called petitgrain that has more of a bitter aromatic note to it. And then there is the orange blossom or the neroli flower, those beautiful flowers that fall from the orange tree. The neroli flower has this mystical connotation to connect us deeply into the sacred chamber of our heart and into that dimension of the zero point field, where limitless creative potential exists and it's teeming with life.
If you have an essential oil, place a drop in your left hand. Inhaling the oil connects in with the limbic center of our brain, and through this process we can create a new circuit of light and new memory cells that help the brain and also our cellular consciousness. Essential oils have a unique ability to pass through the blood-brain barrier. We're able to take all of these phytonutrients deeply into the cells for both sustainable and quantum levels of healing
As you breathe in or imagine breathing in an oil, invite the clarity of your intention into this sacred space, into this container of communion, of holiness.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Citrine medicine is for expansion and empowerment. Citrine has a wonderful affinity for the solar plexus, which is like the seat of our power, our personal power. Any belief systems, mental constructs, or images and emotions that keep us in a place of disempowerment are held in the auric field and in the solar plexus area of the physical body. From a holographic perspective, these limitations are held at the cellular level, which is why we bring the frequency of these meditations down through the portal of our DNA and into the mother and father bloodlines. Citrine assists these energies to clear and align with our higher self.
This achieves healing, not just from our personal perspective, but through our heritage bringing healing to our past. Anytime we bring healing to our past, we change our present and pave a pathway of wholeness and empowerment for our future. You can anoint your crystal or hold it in your hand or on your body, especially in any place that you might start to feel energy moving from the nature of our meditation today.
MEDITATION
On your next breath in, bring your attention and your intention to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. That single note that holds you in the perfection of your physical form. Allow the breath to come in through the lower belly with ease and grace. Invite all tension from the day, the evening, the morning, the week, the year to dissipate and dissolve. Letting all of the tension to dissolve through the ease of your breath.
Invite in a golden line of light, dropping down from the very center of your dantien, down through the root chakra, down through each leg, down through the sole of each foot, and then all three lines of light converging out the earth star chakra and sink.
A golden line of light moving effortlessly down each layer of the earth until you come to the core crystal at the very center of the earth, where your golden line of light simply clicks in. Feel a deepening of your connection to your body, to your breath, to the core crystal. Gently bring your consciousness down to the center of the earth, where there is a citrine crystalline chamber that is emanating a warm yellow and honey colored light to your body. The warmth and healing frequency is permeating and penetrating the blood, the bone, the marrow.
You are seated comfortably in this crystalline chamber of citrine crystal, and it is comforting, nurturing, and safe. Place your right hand over your solar plexus, inviting the sweetness and harmony of your love into this power center of your body carried through your nonphysical body. Invite in the intention to rescind and release any contracts of limitation, disempowerment, disease, disharmony, and distortion.
Breathe deeply into this part of your body as the lemon, yellow, honey golden rays of the crystalline chamber move through each layer of your field, down through the bone and marrow into the cellular and subatomic levels. Cleansing, clearing, and lifting the density, the draws, the lower frequency, the residual energetic connections to any patterns of the past, to any vows, contracts, scarcity of love, help, money. These frequencies are lifted and transmuted by the citrine.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of citrine and neroli. We invoke the sacred presence of your spirit, your medicine, your sacred light infused with a full spectrum of frequency to restore wholeness, truth, empowerment, freedom. We anchor and actualize your frequency through all time and no time, all dimensions, all realities down through each and every layer and level of your field, to and through the portal of your DNA and mother and father bloodlines at a potency of 10mm NOW.
Breathe as the recalibration continues through the bone, marrow, each organ, gland, and system. On your next breath in, breathe into the very center of your heart space. Invite your consciousness into this holy chamber filled with the sweetest aroma of the orange blossom, awakening latent, mystical memory and knowledge deep within you. This aroma becomes intoxicating and you feel yourself expand. Feel your light expand. Feel your soul expand. At the very center of your heart, invite in your truth. What is it that you have come to create, to transform, to break free from, to open up to? What would you like to break through in this very moment?
Feel yourself expand. Feel the voice of your truth expand. Feel the seat of your empowerment expand. Feel this expansion all the way through your bloodlines. Those that are within your bloodlines that are beyond karma, invite their empowerment to shine light upon you with each step and each breath forward.
We invite blessings of life, health, abundance, joy, and pleasure in this moment and the moments to come until this light connects each and every one of us upon the planet. We offer this healing for the Earth and all kingdoms of life. All life is sacred. May remember the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists within all of us and unites us as one.
Bring your breath back to the dantien, which is now pulsating with invigorated life force and connection. Bring your consciousness to this seat of power within you. If you have oil left on your hands, breathe it in to complete this circuit of light, this cell within your consciousness filled with the wisdom and healing of this sacred time of meditation. So be it.
