Elements Series: Air
This is the fourth meditation in our element series, featuring Air. We'll be working with the element of air and transmuting energy and patterning, particularly around thought, emotion and belief systems.
And as with every meditation that I offer, I'll be mentioning two alchemical interventions, one from the plant kingdom and one from the mineral kingdom. Each carry a full range of vibrational patterning that has been graciously put on the planet to heal, awaken and activate ourselves, not just our energy beings, but right down to the cellular consciousness, our DNA and our bloodlines to really allow for quantum shifts in our ability to create from an empowered perspective.
If you don't have the essential oil or the crystal that's okay because we always work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force. However,having the essential oils in a tangible form allows you to work with the full gamut of their medicine, vibration, alchemy, potency, and biochemical activities.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Juniper is a wonderfully cleansing and purifying essential oil. It is helpful to clear patterns of excess both internally and externally. When we are excessive in thinking, speaking, and feeling, it assists to break up energy blocks in the auric field. It also helps us to clear addictive patterns: eating and otherwise. Juniper brings balance to the nervous system and reinvigorates our spirit with positive energy.
As we breathe in essential oils, we are able to open a new circuit of light, healing and a new memory cell in the brain, specifically the amygdala and the limbic system in the brain, regulate so much of our physiology (mood, memory and emotion). Since the oils are able to pass through the blood-brain barrier, we have the potential to create enormous healing, especially with bringing the phyto nutrients into the brain for activation and optimal performance.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Silver is a metal for purification and balancing. When we're working with the air element, balance is really important and potent because it's specifically working through the frequency of our thoughts, our mental constructs and our belief systems.

When we're co-creating with the air element, balance is paramount as we are working through the frequency of our thoughts, projected images and our belief systems. Silver’s reflective nature lends a quality of protection. It helps to deflect other's negative thought projections and judgements. The expansive nature of this metal also helps us to connect our thinking to higher levels of consciousness and move us beyond mental constructs of limitation.
MEDITATION
Take a deep breath in, inviting the clarity of your intention for this meditation. Bring the focus of your breath to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. This is the single note that holds you in the perfection of this human form that you are. Let your breath ease in and out, allowing any stress or tension from the day, to dissipate and dissolve. Allow your lower belly expand with each breath, and feel your body relax and open.
Envision a golden line of light dropping down from the center of your dantien. Moving down through the root, simultaneously down each leg and out the soles of the feet. The energy centers in the soles of the feet expand and all three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink. Moving effortless layer by layer down to the core crystal of Mother Earth.
Feel the heat and regenerative life force begin to flow back up through the earth, then through each foot and up through the roots. Revitalizing and enlivening each layer of the field down into the blood, bone, marrow, into each cell, and subatomic particles. Regeneration until each and every cell, organ and gland pulsates with the beautiful regenerative life force of Mother Gaia, representative of divine perfection. The divine perfection of spiritized matter held sacredly in it's pristine light and frequency at the core of Mother Earth. Now lifting your vibration to that new level of alignment.
We invoke the element of air, sacred sound and thought of the wing creatures, the eagle, the dove. We welcome the in reverence and invite the perfected blueprint from source light and Creator mind to be activated with each molecule, particle and elemental representation of the air.
Breathe as you are now encompassed by a merkaba of silver light and metal. In this vehicle of light we now travel to the Himalayas, sacred mountains of rarefied and pristine air, until we set atop a mountain with the most exquisite view. Breathe deeply as your field begins to calibrate with the frequency of this rarefied air, cleansing, clearing, purifying, balancing each layer and level of your field. The air that you breathe in this moment and each moment to come, pure. Breathe through this new connection to the element of air that has been restored to its pristine and highly oxygenated blueprint. This frequency begins to bathe the totality of your being. The wind beckons you to release the old patterns of thinking, believing, expecting, communicating, listening, hearing. Give what you are ready to release to the wind for transmutation and bless it in letting go.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of juniper and silver. We Invite the fullness of your vibration, medicine, spirit, and your holiness to move through us, into the blood, bone, marrow, and into the portal of our DNA and mother and father bloodlines. We ask for a deep cleansing, purification and restoration of the perfected blueprint for humanity, our planet and for this element of air. We invite your actualization at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe deeply. You may feel a frequency of liquid silver light, soothing the energy of your nervous system and of your breath. Invite your consciousness to sit more deeply and in alignment with your essence, your quintessence. You may feel the energy start to move through you with greater ease. Breathe in the light and lightness. Let all of the heaviness be carried away on the wind.
With each breath you feel lighter.. The light is able to move through the totality of your being with greater ease, grace and delight. Let places of stagnation be lifted and given to the wind. May the air of our breath be encoded with the spirit of life, holiness and sacred communion. May the element of air all around us and around our planet be lifted in frequency. Through restoration of the original blueprint, may this air be oxygenated for all kingdoms of life to breathe easy. The breath of God and Spirit comes through our beings, through the air of our breath and then out through our spoken word. Through our breath, our inhalation and exhalation is Spirit.
Breathe deeply as this heightened frequency, emanating within you and through you, continues to lift the frequency of air element around the globe. Air, free of pollution and contamination, restored to its pristine vibration. We co-create with the alchemy of the elements, the plants, minerals and animals, to create heaven on earth once again.
We offer this healing to the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this planet. May we each awaken and magnetize the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists within us all and unites us as one. So be it.
Inhale any oil left on your hands, completing this new circle of memory within your being, and this new circuit of light and healing.
You're ready. You can open your eyes.
