Connect with Nature Intelligence
We invite the light of connection to nature, the earth, nature intelligence, and the plant and mineral kingdoms in a deeper way.
Today our crystal alchemy is going to be centered on epidote and it's this beautiful deep, green crystal that helps to connect us at the auric and the cellular level of our consciousness, with the richness and abundance of the earth.
And what it's like to really feel deeply connected, not just with the earth, but with all of nature around us, really being able to connect in with the crystal kingdom through this one crystal. And then through connecting in with nature, connecting in with all of the animal kingdoms and that life force and that healing spirit as well.
For our essential oil alchemy, I have two oils that I'm going to share tonight. One is rosewood, and I always recommend sourcing sustainably harvested rosewood. Most of this oil comes from Brazil and it's a really beautiful oil to open up our channel to receive higher levels of light and to be able to balance the nervous system, which is so important right now with all of the changes that are happening from the personal and planetary level, and all of that frenetic energy that ends up disrupting the nervous system and causing increases in stress induced physiological and emotional responses, from anxiety, depression, insomnia, weight gain, and tremendous uncertainty in the future.
The other one, which is a little bit more rare, is oakmoss absolute. It is often diluted, so vet your source before purchasing it. It has such a beautiful, deep, earthy aroma, but also a sweetness. It helps to remind us of the sweetness of life and what it is to connect deeply into the earth, to have that place of grounding and to expand it in a healthy and nourishing way.
So when we're working with these two oils, the oakmoss deepens our earth connection, and then the rosewood opens our channel to allow for greater levels of divine light, or divine consciousness to come through our being and be grounded into the earth. So take a deep breath.
Remember that when you inhale an essential oil, you are making a direct connection into the brain and to the limbic system, specifically. You are creating a new memory cell, not just within the brain, but within the body. As you go through this healing and meditation today at the end, inhaling that same essential oil, closes the memory cell, which is filled with the energy, the vibration, and the healing that you've received. So to access again, because the limbic system is a beautiful lock and key connection, smelling that same aroma will bring you back to this moment, to this healing, to this nurturing connection that we've all created together in this sacred space.
MEDITATION
Deepen your breath, relax your body, and open your mind.
Invite in the intention to open up all your meridian points, your energy centers, your cells, every level of your energy field to drink in more light.
And we're going to envision this light being this beautiful, green color, the epidote.
So take a few deep breaths, envision yourself breathing in and drinking this beautiful dark green color.
Can remind you of a forest, the sanctuary in the woods. And on your next breath in, bring your attention to your dantien. That single note that holds you in physical form.
Dropping a golden line of light, from the center of your dantien, down through the root chakra, down through the legs, out the soles of the feet, all three lines of light meeting at the earth crust chakra, and sinking deep down into the core crystal of mother earth.
It is here that we connect in with the earth mother and open our hearts.
We invite in the intention to commune with the spirit of nature intelligence.
We invite in the connection and communication with the plant kingdom and we hold the intent and for the full spectrum of it's medicine, its vibration, and its life force to be illuminated everywhere upon this planet.
We invite this sacred medicine to anoint and bless our cells, our body to restore balance to our nervous system, to repattern and repair each level of our auric field.
If you don't have an essential oil or essence at your fingertips, you can invite in the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of a plant or flower that resonates truth and light in your heart.
Sink more deeply and bathe in the light and healing of our earth mother.
Inviting in the Deva of the plant kingdom and your own personal teams of healing and recalibration to come and balance your system now.
We invite your I am presence to guide this healing and activation and to be deeply rooted and grounded in the safety, protection in great abundance of the earth.
Take another deep breath in, continuing to breathe in the deep, green light.
As we invite the original intent and awakening of the full spectrum of vibration and healing throughout the mineral kingdom. You call forth the overlighting Deva of healing for the mineral kingdom.
And if you don't have a crystal at your disposal, you can invite in the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of any crystal that resonates.
Inviting the vibrational patterning of epidote, of quartz, and of amethyst to imprint on a cellular level and expand its healing vibration throughout each level of the field.
Now bringing your focus into your heart space and breathing in this deep green light into the very center of your heart, into the zero point field, the dimension of limitless creation and potential, the Holy of Holies, where your love dances with the spark of divine consciousness.
Put forth your intentions, personal and planetary.
Envisioning your crown to expand and drinking the golden liquid light of divine consciousness.
Clearing, balancing, expanding, recalibrating all energy vortexes.
Strengthening and realigning the Hara, allowing that recalibration to take place now.
Feeling deeply grounded and connected.
We invite in our connection and listening of the animal kingdom via the Deva of the animal kingdom to connect and commune, call for the original intent, for the full frequency of vibration and life force, and the deep honoring and respect for the animal kingdom.
May we open our hearts and our ears to its wisdom, signs, symbols.
May the spirit medicine deepen our connection to the earth, ourselves, and each other.
And through our communion with these three kingdoms of life and energy upon this planet, may we have a greater recognition of the divine spark of light that resides within each and every one of us.
We are one.
Every kingdom of life is Holy. All life is Holy.
Every step and breath we take is sacred.
Breathe in a breath of gratitude, inhaling the aroma that's still on your hands, offering a prayer of thanks to yourself for carving out this time of sacred connection and community and to each other, holding the space, holding the light, anchoring the light, beaming the light around you.
Offer a prayer of gratitude to all three kingdoms, plant, mineral, and animal.
For the healing light and restoration of the perfected blueprint for humanity and the light of the one.
So be it.
