Letting Go
Our meditation will be one of cleansing and purification, of anything and everything that we're ready to move onward from, which I think is so important right now is we're all going through this reorganization, right down to our molecular level, right down to our DNA level.
What do we need to let go of from our own perspective, and then of course through our genetic line, our DNA, to be able to embody more of our essence, to anchor more light on the planet, to have more clarity around our soul or divine purpose? And ultimately to be able to reconfigure our boundary.
One of the most beautiful things about letting go of everything that no longer serves us is that we can reconfigure a boundary that is even healthier than the one that we've had in the past. And particularly for lightworkers and healers on the planet right now, this is so important because we all want to be able to embody more of who we truly are and to be able to emanate more light and to not have the interference of anything from outside of us to reorganize us on an emotional, mental, and of course cellular level.
The essential oil alchemy for this evening will be Palo Santo for letting go and purification. Many of you might be familiar with burning wood for purification. It is a very sacred oil that is currently over harvested. So if you do work with it, know your source and that it's procured in the right relationship for the planet. And of course used sparingly and with reverence.
It has such a profound effect at clearing very old and very deep layers of trauma, and energetically in the field, those templates can sometimes be a little bit difficult to break down. It's a great oil to not only clear blocks at the energetic level, of energy that's been calcified, but to break down the templates that are connected with them through the auric field, and then to move deeply into the cellular consciousness and through the DNA, because it has such a powerful ability of cleansing and purification.
Palo Santo is very masculine, so when we're talking about bringing healing to our own male aspect of our soul triad or bringing healing light through our male genetic line, our father bloodline, the Palo Santo is really powerful to do that. And then conversely, Ylang Ylang, which is a beautiful oil to support emotional release, letting go of all the emotions that we just don't need to carry around with us anymore.
This a time of quantum shifts that are available to us to really leap in such significant ways, along our own healing path and our healing spiral. The other great thing about Ylang Ylang is that it's helpful to clear imbalances within us and our own feminine line, and then in relationship with our mother.
So bringing the healing light of Ylang to the places within our consciousness and an emotional body, where we didn't get that love that we longed for, and we didn't get that presence, that nurturance.
For crystal alchemy, we will work with black tourmaline here, which is one of my new favorite friends, because it's so great for clearing out the old and in such a powerful way. It brings strength and fortitude for clearing out the old, for clearing down into the cellular consciousness of toxic debris, and clearing toxicity from an emotional perspective and from a thought perspective as well. From those negative patterns that we can run loops on.
If you have oils that you'd like to use, let's go ahead and just add a drop to the palm of your hand and take a deep breath in. This is how we're going to make the limbic connection and create a new memory cell that will hold all of the vibrational patterning for the healing and ceremony that we'll do today.
And then you can anoint your crystal with that, hold your crystals in your hand. And if not, if you don't have your crystals or your oils, that's okay. What you want to do is just invoke the cosmic consciousness and vital life force, which will bring the vibration into your field, into your home, into your cells, and into your hearts.
MEDITATION
On the next deep breath in, we're going to call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Ylang Ylang, Palo Santo, and black tourmaline.
We're going to invite that vibration to come down through the auric field and actualize itself at the cellular level. Now.
On the next breath in, bring your attention to your Dan tian point, that single note that holds you in physical form. That beautiful tone that is unique to you as a divine being of light in physicality, here and now.
From the very center of your dan tien, allow a golden line of light to drop down through your root chakra while simultaneously moving down each leg, each calf, out the soles of the feet.
And then merging together at the earth crust chakra and sinking effortlessly down into the core crystal of mother earth.
Letting all of the tension of the day, of the time, to sink down. Letting the tension of the day dissolve into the earth.
Inviting the highest vibrational patterning from the core of our earth mother to come back up and nourish, strengthen, and repair each level of the field.
Wanting to come back up to the Dan tian, till the Dan tian radiates and pulsates with this amber light.
You feel yourself sink even more deeply into the safety, the strength, and the love of and for the earth.
We invite the alchemy of the crystals and the oils to open our meridian points, our energy vortexes to receive more light. Breathe and bathe in this frequency.
You may feel yourself begin to sway, that the vibration of Mother Gaia as this recalibration shifts you at the cellular level.
Now allow this amber light to come up through the belly, the chest, up to and through the heart to the soul seat, where it begins to merge with an emerald light, an emerald ray of light. Activating the thymus gland. Expanding the high heart.
Moving up again now through the throat and neck, the head to the brain. And now up through the crown of the head, inviting the Hara Line to reconfigure and realign up through the higher realms to the cosmic throne of divine consciousness and the light of source.
A golden ray of light begins to emanate down through the higher realms, expanding, to encapsulate your entire field. It is filled with the energy of grace. As it cleanses and clears all the old energy away, it fills your entire being with the liquid light of grace. Grace to hold every part of you in love, your male, female, and child aspects all held in the love and light of grace.
Take a breath of gratitude for all that you are and the brilliant light you bring to the world.
