The Heart.
We invite in the intention to deepen our connection into our own sacred human heart, into that zero point field of limitless creation, where we can expand our heart centers. And by doing that, expand our conscious connection to everyone around us.
It’s so important to be grounded and to be protected and to be clear, and it's also important to be able to come into that sacred place within our hearts because in that dimension, we know that there is divine perfection. When we can radiate that frequency in our homes and our families and our communities, that has a very potent ripple effect on the world as a whole. It always comes back to love, being that primary alchemy to transform anything and everything.

Rose quartz.
Rose quartz has such a beautiful affinity to come into the heart. Come into our human heart. But what it also does is it connects us with the cosmic heart, the heart of the universe, and then the heart at the center of the Earth. And so it really gives us such a template to connect into from a frequency of unconditional love. Even if you don't have any Rose quartz, we're going to be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force.
You might start feeling your heart open or tingle a little bit, which is a reminder that your heart can be your guide, your guiding force.
Essential Oil Alchemy.
This is a Rose Otto that comes from Turkey. It's absolutely divine. It's very rare and has such a pure vibration, and ability to help us not only connect with our hearts, but regenerate as well. It regenerates at the level of spirit. It helps to breed spirit back into our bodies, into ourselves, into our hearts. It helps us to remember that we have two choices: We can either exist with our heart closed or we can open it, despite everything that we've experienced while being human and throughout our lives. Every moment we have the choice to open our hearts and when we do it changes everything. Every dynamic, every way that we love ourselves and are able to give and receive love to another, and to be able to emanate that out into the world.
We will also work with Neroli oil, which is beautiful as well. It comes from the orange blossom. It's great for bringing it’s vibration and aromatic molecules into the emotional body and those places where we feel inflamed, whether it's an emotion of anger or grief or any type of extreme emotion, it helps to clear this heavier energy in the auric field and also to carry it’s love frequency into our cellular level and into our DNA.
MEDITATION
Take a deep breath and bring your focus, your intention down to the dantien point. Let's drop our golden lines of light down through the root, down through the legs, all three meeting at the Earth Core Chakra and sinking down into the earth.
As we connect in with the core crystal at the center of the earth, we're going to sink and relax a little more deeply.
As we let all the stress of the day dissolve, we call for the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Rose quartz. Lighting the beauty of your vibration and resonance of unconditional love to rain down upon our energy for you into our cellular consciousness.
As that energy anchors and recalibrates the field, we call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life forces, Rose and Neroli (Orange Blossom). We invite that frequency to come down through every layer of the field, anointing it in love. Breathe it in through your heart space.
Now we're going to allow all three of these frequencies to align at a 10 MM potency now, actualizing at the cellular level. Breathe and bathe as each and every one of your cells recalibrates with this frequency, trillions and trillions of cells in the body.
And on your next breath, bring your attention to a ray of light beaming into your heart.
It's beaming in the frequency of the Mahatma, the Mahatma and love is the source of unconditional love.
Breathe into the very center of your heart, into the Holy of Holies. Envision yourself seated in the very center of your heart, bathing in a pool of light.
Cleansing away the dross and the density of the lower frequencies on the planet right now. Purifying your light bodies for this reconfiguration.

Think of others you wish to bestow this love upon. And emanate it to them: your communities, your schools, your leadership, your government.
Continue to let your love expand outward until the entire planet is surrounded in this loving grace.
Put forth your intentions for humankind for all kingdoms of light upon this planet, may we rejoice in the remembrance of our divinity, our unity, and our light.
Send your love everywhere it is called right now. And now focus your love all the way through your cellular consciousness, through your DNA, into both the mother and father bloodline.
Liquid light of love, unconditional love; streaming, healing, clearing, illuminating. Feel the brightness of your essence and light blessing every generation back and every generation forward.
