This is the first meditation from the Element Series, inspired by one of the members of our Seeds of the Spirit group. In each session, we will first bring healing to our holistic being and our relationship to that element. Then we will focus our group hara on lifting the frequency of that element on a planetary level.
Water medicine is deeply cleansing and purifying, especially for our emotional body. Over half of our physical bodies are composed of water. As we bring greater healing and light to our bodies, we are able to emanate those higher frequencies into the world around us through our intention and focus. We can then generate these new levels of consciousness to all of the bodies of water on the planet through harmonic induction and holographic healing.
For each meditation I will incorporate an alchemical intervention from the plant and mineral kingdoms because even though they differ in their vibrational patterning, they work beautifully and synergistically to heal, repair, activate, nourish, and balance all of the different aspects first in our auric field and then holographically down through our cellular consciousness and our DNA.
Essential oils by their very nature and through the process of inhalation, activate connectivity between the nose and the brain, specifically the limbic center that regulates so much of our physiology mood, memory, emotion, and consciousness. Since essential oils are liquid soluble, they have the uncanny and rare ability to pass through the blood-brain barrier and bring the full range of their chemical constituents and phytonutrients to heal the brain, nourish the blood, and activate all of the different aspects of our neurons. Through inhalation, essential oils expand the energy field to receive the full gamut and range of vibration from meditation, and they open the chakras, meridians and cellular consciousness for the depth of healing.
When working with minerals, they are breathing their own frequency, spirit and medicine for healing. I love how the mineral kingdom helps us to activate ancient memories of our own wisdom and our own places of empowerment, truth and connectivity to the natural world.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Seaweed is one of the most nutrient rich and dense plants available to us. It is revered for benefits for beauty, hair and skin with its versatile range of vitamins and minerals. It delivers oxygen, promotes cell regeneration and is detoxifying. This oil also encapsulates the rich potency of the magic and mystery of the sea. It evokes the mystic nature of the mermaid and of the unknown, and activates a wild fluidity within our beings.
Put a drop on your left hand, as the left hand receives higher frequency. Take a deep breath in, inviting the clarity of your intention.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Pearl medicine brings deep levels of nourishment and healing into our female aspects, and whether or not we're male or female, we all have a female aspect. Pearl brings healing through the female, the mother bloodline through our DNA and brings rich levels of nourishment to our womb. The womb is not just about creating life in the physical sense of a child. The womb is also connected to creating projects and any energies that we decide to birth and create. Pearl deepens our connection to the sea and offers its potent nature of fluidity to any patterns of rigidity we may carry.
MEDITATION
Take a deep breath in, bringing your intention and attention to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. Gently allow the inhalation and exhalation of your breath to flow with ease and grace. Invite all tension of the day, the week and the times to dissipate and dissolve.
Envision a golden line of light from the very center of your dantien, dropping down through your root chakra, simultaneously down each leg, out through the soles of your feet, and all three lines of light converging at the earth star chakra and SINK.
Moving layer by layer effortlessly down to the very center of the earth, to the core crystal. Invite your consciousness to sink and rest here. In front of you is an enormous and perfectly clear quartz crystal. As you gaze upwards, It seems as if the crystal goes on and on and never ends.
Breathe in as beautiful emanations of clear crystal light begin to permeate your auric field, skin, blood, bone, and marrow as it lifts and quickens your frequency and vibration. The level of light increases within each cell, particle and structure, swirling in crystal clear liquid light, lifting the density and dross from your field and from each vortex of light within the body.
On your next breath in, you take one step forward into the enormous quartz crystal. You find yourself gently sliding downward, supported safely within the crystalline hara and merkaba of light. You continue to slide down until you begin to feel you are suspended gently right above a beautiful and expansive pool of platinum light. Varying shades of blue from light aqua to cobalt begin beaming rays of light to you: welcoming you, recalibrating your frequency and aligning your vibration.
You sink gently now into this sacred pool of liquid platinum light, of welcoming waters that begin to bathe and bless you on every level of your being. Purifying your physical body, cellular consciousness, the portal of your DNA, and your mother and father bloodlines. These liquid platinum light waters nourish each cell of your body, purifying and lifting the frequency of the blood. Bathing each organ and gland with this sacred liquid light, these sacred waters that exist in the very center of our planet...pure, pristine, crystalline in nature.
As you begin to feel yourself open to receive the depth and fullness of this healing, your consciousness begins to explore the surrounding area of glorious green flora, mountains filled with sacred woods and flowers with the most aromatic delight. Breathe deeply and bathe in this purity. Invite each cell to be imprinted with this perfected blueprint of water. Sacred fluid bodies upon Mother Gaia, deep within her and deep within us.
We call for the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of pearl and seaweed. We invite the full spectrum of your medicine, vibration and magic to imprint and actualize upon each cell, particle, subatomic structure through our DNA, through our bloodlines and then holographically to every aspect of our being physical and non physical, through all time and no time, through all aspects, all dimensions, all realities at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe deeply as the light rises within you. Through your exhale, let go of all that no longer serves the truth of who you are. Drink in these blessed waters of life, of life eternal of purity. As the restoration of the perfected blueprint for the element of water, perfected from Creator, recalibrates within you, breathe and receive this great blessing of life. The waters of life bring great renewal, rejuvenation and regeneration nourishing every layer and level of your being, through to your personality aspects, bloodlines and through the power and potency of now. Cleansing, clearing and purifying generations back and forward.
As you begin to rise from this sacred pool of platinum liquid light, feel the full restoration of the waters within you. Bless them with your love, grace and light. From this place of empowerment and recognition of your divine light and sovereignty, beam these layers of purification and higher level light to each body of water upon this sacred planet, Gaia. Cleansing, clearing and lifting the frequency. Restoring the original blueprint for this element, this deeply healing and nourishing element. Every body of water within and upon the planet, every creature and life within these sacred waters, may they be restored to this perfected blueprint, awakened to their own light, divinity and place within our world. With great reverence: the dolphin and whale, the sacred knowledge keepers, keepers of sacred wisdom. May the pollutants, manipulation and control be brought back to wholeness through your love, light and the purity of this moment. The purity that is held within you, that connects each of us to each other and to the earth, touching each body of water, lifting the frequency and restoring heaven upon earth.
See each body of light lift its frequency, shine its emanation in varying degrees of color. Fresh water, salt water, all of the creatures held within and in between. Restoration of the original blueprint for the sacred element of water that is imperative for all life. May all life upon the sacred planet have water that is fresh, clean, wholesome, and healing. For all beings upon this sacred planet.
We offer this healing for earth in all kingdoms of life: plant, mineral, animal, human. May we remember and awaken the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists within each of us and unite us as one.
Take a deep breath in with any oil you have left on your hands, offering a prayer of great gratitude to yourself, to the element of water, to all of the elements, to all of the great beings of light and life that support and surround us in this moment and each moment. In great gratitude, in great reverence, in great unity.
When you're ready, bring your consciousness back to the present moment here and now.
