Spring is filled with the energy of new beginnings. It is a time of renewal and the rising of Light. It is also a time of new love and the deepening of our current relationships. This meditation is an invitation to opening your heart to give and receive love more expansively, and to let go of any energies and frequencies that constrict your ability to do so.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Rose medicine is one of opening and regeneration on multiple levels: from our skin, to our liver, and all the way down to our cellular consciousness. Its alchemy is versatile and remarkable in both our physical and beauty perspectives. The psychospiritual benefits are equally as profound, supporting our heart and soul set to expand and let go of any old patterns that hinder our ability to give and receive love.
If you have an essential oil at home that you want to use, feel free to use that. You can place a drop of oil in your left hand and inhale for about 30 seconds, inviting in your intention for this meditation.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Ruby is a wonderful stone of activation and expansion. Ruby medicine penetrates deep into the level of our blood, bringing purification into our cellular consciousness, as well as activating latent light codes within our DNA. Ruby alchemy is excellent for meditation. Its potent multidimensional nature is helpful for breaking free of limitations at the level of the mind.
If you have any crystal at home, you can hold it or place it on your body. It’s ok if you don’t have a crystal or essential oil because we’ll work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of ruby and rose so you’ll receive those frequencies regardless.
MEDITATION
Bring the attention of your focus to the dantien, about an inch and a half below your navel. Allow the breath to ease in and out, letting go of all of the stress and tension of the day, the week and the times. Open your body, mind and heart
On your next breath in, envision a ruby red sphere of light, pulsating just beyond your dantien. As you bring your focus and intention to this ruby sphere, it begins to expand until it encapsulates each layer of your field with a rich and warm ruby light Breathe in this light.
Feel yourself sinking into the mossy earth. Before you now, you see a very long staircase that descends vertically deep into the earth. The aroma is rich with the scent of thousands of roses. As you continue to descend in the staircase, you begin to notice you are in a cave, a cavern filled with rubies of all shapes, polished facets, gradations of the color red: from a deep rose color to dark shades of crimson.
You see a platform, a landing before you, and you seat yourself upon a golden throne perfectly formed and fitted for your body. Feel each and every cell enliven, activate and expand as the rubies emanate their frequency of light and vibrational patterning through each layer of your field, your skin, permeating into your blood, your bone, your marrow, moving through your cellular consciousness down to each particle and subatomic particle, down through your DNA, and mother and father bloodlines. This frequency of light and vibration activates latent light codes, illuminates higher dimensions of your consciousness and clears and transmutes all past aspects of struggle, loss, betrayal, grief, disappointment, worry, isolation, loneliness, fear of being loved, fear of being abandoned, and fear of being alone.
Breathe deeply as this clearing continues holographically from the DNA and the cells, through the nervous system, each organ, gland and all layers and levels of your field. Lifting, lightening, enlivening, opening, expanding, activating. Feel your soul expand its light. On the next breath, bring the focus of your intention into the center of your heart space, into the Holy of Holies, into the sacred chamber of ruby crystal deep within your heart.
Call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of the rose and the ruby. Inviting the totality of their medicine, spirits and vibration to anchor and actualize holographically through your field, into the cells and DNA at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe deeply as you feel your heart begin to expand and open. You might feel tingling, a gentle pressure or a quickening of frequency in your heart space, in the dimension of the zero point field of limitless creation. You have come to create Heaven on Earth. It is your love that is the true driving force of all creation. The greatest gift is to love, to allow yourself to be loved and to receive love. Love without conditions, love without limitations, the divine love that is your birthright that surrounds you always in each and every moment.
Breathe it in, drink it in. Love heals everything. Invite in love and compassion for yourself, forgiveness and understanding of your path, and surround your pain with this infinite love. This love, compassion and forgiveness transforms everything. Opening your heart, soul and being to give and receive love from another person heals us at the deepest level. Invite in the highest experience and expression of love. Acknowledge yourself as a divine being of light, a co-creator of Heaven on Earth.
Let your love beam out of every cell, through your eyes, your word, your breath, and all that you touch. In each moment you can open, expand, experience, and express a deeper layer of love again and again and again. We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this loving sacred planet. We remember the truth that it is our love that paves the way for the most bountiful future. May we remember the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists within each of us. All matter, particles and molecules are patterned with the blueprint of love. It is our choosing to activate, expand and multiply this blueprint.
Breathe deeply as your cells continue to reorganize with this new level of light and love pulsating now throughout every layer and level of your being. Offer a prayer of gratitude to yourself, for your courage to walk this path and to be a light bearer for others along their journey. A breath of gratitude for all the beings of light and all the energies from the plant and mineral kingdoms here supporting us.
If you have any oil left on your hands, breathe them to complete this circuit of light and healing. All vibrations from this meditation are held within this new memory cell and are embedded within your own brain and the totality of your cellular consciousness. So be it.
