When we can be in the now, in this present moment, the conscious now, right here, it is ripe with infinite potential and possibility. It is the greatest gift for healing that we can give to ourselves, each other and the planet.
Harnessing and bringing the power of the present moment with all of our love, acceptance, humility, and light is what can change, not only this moment, but all of the moments that have come before us and all of the moments that will continue to unfold.
With every meditation I guide, we explore one essential oil alchemical intervention from the plant kingdom and one crystal alchemical intervention from the mineral kingdom. This is powerful synergy because they both have complimentary frequencies that can open and access deep layers of our DNA or cellular consciousness and repair the auric levels of our field, activating places of our latent remembrance of our light, unity, and divine nature.
In particular essential oils are incredibly potent because of the powerful connection between scent and the brain and the limbic center. When we inhale an essential oil, we're creating a new circuit of light in our being, our brains and our memory. The new circuit and cell is going to be filled with all of the energy, frequency, medicine, and communion from this meditation. If you don't have an essential oil or crystal at home, that is always ok because we invoke the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of each.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Sandalwood is an incredible oil of both expansion and grounding. It’s medicine activates remembrance of our spiritual connection, as well as our desire to fully actualize our divine nature into our human form and then deep into the earth. It’s alchemy expands our earth connection in great presence and reverence. If you do have sandalwood or another oil, take a deep breath, intertwining your intention around an in-between, the aromatic molecules, opening your field, opening your shock, rows, your meridians, yourselves, opening your mind, your body.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Garnet is a wonderfully grounding gem. With regard to being in the present moment, grounding our focus is what allows that to be possible. Garnet helps with purifying density from the energy field and transmuting it into the earth, as well as lifting out debris and toxins in our cellular consciousness.
MEDITATION
On your next breath in, bring the focus of your attention and intention to your dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. This is the single note that holds you in the perfection that you are in this human physical form. Allow your breath to ease in and out through the lower belly, letting any tension and stress from the day, week and the times to dissolve around you. On the next breath in, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien, down through your root chakra, down through each leg, out through the soles of the feet, and all three lines of light converging at the earth star chakra and sink. Moving effortlessly down layer by layer, connecting into the very sacred center of Mother Earth.
Invite your consciousness to drop down and rest at the center of the earth. As you begin to gaze around you, you see a beautiful crystalline chamber of garnet stone, emanating rich colors of ruby red. Breathe as the healing frequencies begin to permeate through your skin, into your blood, bone and marrow. Cleansing, purifying and lifting distortion, distraction, disharmony, and disease through each layer of your field, each cell in your body, down to each particle and structure through the portal of your DNA, and into each of your mother and father bloodlines. Expanding this light to your body throughout each organ, gland, system, and structure.
Garnet rays of healing light clearing the cognitive dissonance and any confusion from the overactive mind. Sinking more deeply into connection. Consecrating your alignment with above and below. Consecrating your connection to spirit and soul. Breathe and feel the expansion of your light, of your soul’s beauty, wisdom and knowing. The true miracle is in this moment. You are a walking miracle of generations: past, present and future. All is held here and now to heal, awaken and remember the truth of who you are and your infinite light and potential.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life was of sandalwood and Garnett. We invite and invoke the full spectrum of your spirit, medicine and grace to imprint and actualize throughout the totality of our being down through the cells, DNA and through our bloodlines at a potency of 10 mm NOW. Breathe deeply as each layer, level and cell reconfigure and realign. Bring all of your love, all of your light right here right now, and see how it changes everything.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. To the plants, minerals and animals, may you remember the full spectrum of your life force, your medicine and your magic. To the human kingdom, may we remember the spark of divinity and sovereignty that unites us as a kingdom of life and unites us all together as kingdoms of life. All life is sacred.
Breathe a breath of gratitude in this present moment. If you have oil on your hand, inhale it once again deeply, completing this circuit of light and memory. When you're ready, you can bring yourself back to this conscious moment.
