Welcome to today’s meditation from the DNA Healing Series: Activate the Heart. After cleansing and nourishing our heart centers, we are now ready to activate our life force, align with our soul purpose and thrive into new arenas of passion and purpose.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Hyssop medicine is strengthening and empowering. It helps us to sift through, from the perspective of discernment, and let go of any old energies or relationships that no longer serve us. Hyssop is always in my aromatic arsenal, especially in winter months as we move into needing more respiratory support. It also assists from an emotional and energetic perspective around strengthening our heart, so we can activate the internal guidance center to be able to lead our lives from a place of extreme clarity and having solid boundaries. It assists in having the discernment for what is aligned for our highest path and for what isn’t.
I found hyssop for the first time very early in my experiences with plant medicine back in the mid nineties. I used to get bronchitis twice a year from allergies severely and I would often miss school for weeks and weeks. When I left home for the first time, I didn’t have health insurance or a lot of money. Somewhere I heard something about herbal medicine, and I went and bought a book and five different herbs, including hyssop. The tea I made with these herbs healed my lungs faster than anytime I had used mainstream medicine. This profound experience drew me into a deeper relationship with plant medicine both with herbs and essential oils, too. I have not had bronchitis since.
Crystal Alchemy:
Ruby medicine is wonderful for not only recalibrating and expanding the heart chakra, but it is also beneficial for the soul and high heart. It helps us expand both of these areas and open up to receive the energy of the Holy of Holies, allowing us to commune with our sacred human heart.
Meditation:
If you have an essential oil at home to use, you may place a drop in your left hand, which receives a higher frequency. Take a deep breath in, inhaling the aroma and inviting in the clarity of your intention for this meditation. If you have a crystal handy, you can hold it or place it near you. If you don’t have an essential oil or crystal that’s ok because we’ll be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both hyssop and ruby.
Today in particular, as we activate our hearts and high heart, aligning with our connection to the cosmic heart of the multiverse, we’re going to call in sacred space. And we’ll align with our connection to the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
Breathe deeply. We call forth the angels of the zero point field to stabilize our sacred container, our alchemical container of light. We open a column of Light, calling forth our overlighting devas of healing, our highest selves, I AM presence, spiritual teachers, guides, and the guardian angels of the four directions. In the direction of the east, we call forth Archangel Raphael and the element of sacred sound, welcome. In the direction of the south, we call forth Archangel Michael and the element of fire, sacred transformation, and transfiguration, welcome. In particular today, we call forth the alchemy of the Phoenix of rebirth. In the direction of the west, we call forth Archangel Gabriel and the element of water, sacred fluid bodies on Mother Gaia, welcome. We ask for deep cleansing and purification as we continue to purge what no longer serves the highest truth of who we are. In the direction of the north, we call forth Archangel Uriel and the element of earth, the sacred ground beneath our feet, welcome.
Breathe as we open our connection to the earth to drink in the vital life force of Mother Gaia. Bring your awareness to the dantien point, inviting it to align and open to a new possibility of life, connection, resource, strength, safety, and of great abundance. You may feel a sense of warming in your body as you connect with Mother Gaia in this new way. Each cell in your body opens to receive this vital life force. Continue to open, expand, and drink in this connection throughout the meditation.
On your next breath in, envision a beautiful sphere of ruby light pulsating right in front of your heart space. See, feel, allow, imagine this sphere of ruby light expanding to encapsulate the entirety of your being. Deep ruby red light begins to energize each cell and molecule, down to the subatomic structures, with the activation of passion, love, and openness.
Breathe deeply as you move into the center of your heart space, into the Holy of Holies. You are in a sacred chamber with crystalline structures of rubies, all shapes, sizes, and gradations of ruby red light. This chamber generates the most inviting, warm, and faint aroma of spice, hyssop, the earthy aroma of spikenard, and the sweet floral aroma of ylang ylang. Your heart begins to soften and expand. In the very center of this chamber, is a large golden healing table encrusted with emerald, opal, and tourmalines of green, pink, and black.
Breathe as you lay down upon the table. It feels like you sink perfectly into this golden cocoon. As you relax more deeply, you begin to notice that a sacred geometric formation begins to move down through a higher realm. It is an elongated, vertical infinity symbol pulsating golden light. It moves down and begins to vibrate more quickly. Just as it touches the outer layer of your field, the symbol then splits into two sacred geometric formations. One infinity symbol that is horizontal and another that is vertical.
On your next breath, these symbols sink directly into the center of your heart, where each concentric point overlays the very center of your heart. Breathe as this form begins to recalibrate and expand your entire field. As your field expands, your heart opens. A small ruby appears at the very center of your heart, held at the concentric points of the infinity symbols. This ruby begins to spin.
Breathe as we call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of hyssop and ruby. We anchor and actualize the fullness of your frequency, spirit, light, medicine, healing, and the activation of the code of love, which has been held within your DNA for generations, just waiting for this moment and juncture of time, space, and planetary evolution for your remembering. We activate the fullness of all DNA strands at a potency of 10 MM now.
Breathe as your soul seat center expands, and this frequency downloads into your being holographically. You may feel waves of old emotion release and energies lift. You may sense your hara line reconfiguring and reaching a primary point of connection. You may even sense that your sacred chamber is expanding. Drink in the light. Drink in the remembrance of your soul. You have come to remember the fullness, greatness, and grand magnificence of who you truly are.
Breathe deeply in as your radiance begins to pour through your cells, your aura, and your skin with such beauty, divinity, and the radiance of love beaming through your DNA and every cell within your being, to every layer of your body. Hold this remembrance of your soul in this human form with exquisite perfection, formed of matter and of light.
Breathe deeply as the great rapture of remembrance is enlivened throughout the totality of your being. Breathe and recalibrate as each level of your field is realigning. As above, so below. Connect as you breathe and expand your earth connection, anchoring to higher light and the fullness of your love in your heart center. Activate your heart. This is your true north, your guiding light of leadership and knowing. Every kingdom of life connects with you first here. Resoundingly, the voice of your soul’s speakers to you here. All potential for life and creation is held here.
Take a deep breath of gratitude for yourself and courage to have come into this life as a light bearer, to hold the torch and the remembrance of the code of love. We thank all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet for this healing. We bless in gratitude all of the factions of light and love beheld onto us today.
Take a deep breath of any oil left on your hands to complete this circuit of light and memory. When you’re ready, bring yourself back to the present moment.
