The alchemy of Release is all about embracing life. For most of us, it is effortless to enjoy life when we are feeling free and joyful, when we have something exciting to look forward to, or when new love is in the air. It is equally common that in seasons of unpleasant experiences and emotions, we find ourselves resisting, avoiding, talking down to, and turning away from what life is presenting. These moments of discomfort are too part of life in its fullness. Opportunities call out to us for self love, support, healing, kindness, and a compassionate, warm embrace so that we may return back to the inner sunny days. As we embrace the entirety of our experience for exactly what and how it is, the places that are held in pain, grief, or any amount of suffering have room to surface and release, paving the way for us to experience days filled with more freedom, joy, love, and harmony.
The alchemy of release invites us to hold life and all of our experiences and emotions together as one. To not separate with labels, good from bad or unwanted from wanted. To learn how to welcome and embrace the moments that bring discomfort as much as we do the moments that fill us with comfort. The true alchemy or change we are seeking in our lives can occur only when we embrace all of who we are. Then the sifting of what no longer serves allows us to garner the wisdom from the experiences of the past and to be born anew.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Cypress medicine is one of soothing release. When we consider the process of letting go, it cannot be forced. The alchemy of cypress eases its way into our cells and energy bodies and creates a new path of energy flow. It is through this new frequency, we can release anything that is not aligned with this new way of flow. It has an evergreen, uplifting aroma and it lifts our emotions and thoughts to a bright, new perspective. Cypress is one of the key ingredients in the Release synergy. I created this oil a couple of years ago when I was working through resistance around writing my DNA book. I couldn't get out of my own way. There are so many aspects that we're being called to release right now: mental/emotional patterns, belief systems, etc so that we can move into the higher frequencies, embody them, and continue to vibrate higher. We carry those frequencies within our own containers and our co-creative dynamics and relationships. We can also learn how to modulate and emanate these higher frequencies into everything and everyone that we touch and come into contact with.
Crystal Alchemy:
Black Tourmaline medicine is potent alchemy for releasing and transmuting lower frequencies. I always travel with one, especially when I'm staying in hotels, because it helps pick up those lower energies and transmute them. It also supports us at the cellular and DNA level as we let go of toxins and heavy energies. It's a beautifully multi-faceted and multi-dimensional stone.
Meditation:
If you have an essential oil at home that you’d like to work with for this meditation, place a drop or two in your left palm, inhale, and take a deep breath as you invite the clarity of your intention to intertwine with the aromatic molecules. Those molecules will support the anchoring and expansion of your intention through your auric field, and holographically through your cellular consciousness and DNA.
Take a deep breath in, and bring your focus to the dantien point—about an inch and a half below your navel, the single note or frequency that holds you in the perfection of human form that you are. Breathe as this sphere begins to pulsate. Invite the breath into the lower belly, easing in and out. Allow any stress or tension from the day to dissipate and dissolve around you into the light. Feel your body open. Relax and allow the energy current to flow, expand, and drink in the light.
On your next breath in, envision a golden line of light dropping from the center of your dantian down to the root chakra, which opens and expands. The golden line of light simultaneously drops down each leg and out through the soles of the feet, which open and expand. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink as they fall effortlessly into the inviting, warming, nurturing, protective energy of Mother Earth. As you settle into your connection with the core crystal at the heart of Mother Earth, invite your consciousness to rest here and marinate in this nurturing warmth and golden white light. This golden white light begins to swirl around your physicality, moving through each level of your auric field and creating a sense of lightness, ease, and being at home.
Today is the 11/11 portal. Planetary alignment opens the portals and configurations of star seed systems. This brings forth a configuration of light and sacred geometric formations which will anchor the new earth. Benevolent allies of light are beginning to form a circle, opening themselves to the higher realms. Allow the pouring down of new frequency into this sacred circle you have created. Within this circle are those who are present now, those who will connect and commune later, those who are present from other dimensions and realities, and those who are contracted to serve as guardians, bridges, teachers, and members of your soul family. The sacred alchemical container of light is also present in this circle.
We open the portal at the earth core crystal connection, and invite the presence of our highest selves, spiritual teachers, guides, guardians, and angels. We invite the angels of the four directions who will stabilize this field of light: Raphael, the direction of east, and the element of air; Michael, the direction of south, and the element of fire; Gabriel, the direction of west, and the element of water; Uriel, the direction of north, and the element of earth. We call forth the angels of the zero-point field to stabilize the access point of this dimension of limitless creation. We align with the great beings of nature intelligence and Mother Earth so we can be receptive to these new light codes and frequencies, harmonics, and the love code.
Breathe, open, allow.
Present now is a large black tourmaline crystal that resonates the heartbeat of Mother Earth. Breathe, as you open your heart to commune with this crystal and the heart of Mother earth. You have come here today to release all that no longer serves the truth of who you are from the personal perspective, and from the male, female, and child aspects. The trinity of the male father, female mother, and the child may be shown before you now holographically as a way to anchor your intention for clearing and purification. You have also come to release all that is held at the level of your DNA and bloodlines—struggle, strife, patterns of lack, abuse, violence, isolation, and separation. All that has been held through your lineage is invited to be released. The third layer of release is at the level of cosmic consciousness. We call to release generations of density and dross, layers of persecution, suffocation, oppression, greed, darkness, manipulation, and power. We release these through the column of light that is anchored at the center of the earth around the black tourmaline crystal. We release them up through the cosmic potential and the stargate configuration 11/11.
Breathe, allowing your energy to settle more deeply at the earth point. You are now invited to pour these frequencies, energies, attachments, and old templates of disempowerment into the crystal before you. This magnificent mineral will transmute these frequencies and invite the assimilation of wisdom into your soul level, soul family, and the web of life and humanity.
Breathe, open, allow. Call this release into the nooks and crannies that have held your shadow, your perceived darkness. We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Palo Santo, Rose, Cypress, Black Tourmaline, and the etheric alchemical formula of release. We invite the fullness of your medicine, spirit, vibration, alchemy, transmutation, and purification into each layer and level of our being. We invite it through our bone, blood, marrow, and each system, organ and gland. We invite it through each cell, molecule, particle, and through the portal of our DNA. We invite it through the collective consciousness of humanity at a potency of 10 MM now. Breathe, as these forces of light, love, and alchemy move through your being, lifting and lightening places where you have held resistance to your life, greatness, and truth. Invite the images and beliefs that are no longer congruent with your soul alignment to CLEAR.
Continue to breathe and recalibrate. We now call forth an activation from the alignment of the 11/11 gate of light. This activation will seed the new light code, and new levels of empowerment into each chakra. Anchoring this frequency deep into the earth, each of our cells, and our hearts. May our hearts remember this resonance, beating in unity and breathing in the light of unification. Breathe deeply as your field, soul light, cells, and DNA expand and illuminate. Let go of all of that you hold onto with white knuckles. Free your spirit to invite and expect the very best that life has to offer—enriching love, harmonious relationships, prosperity, abundance of nourishment and nurturing, and the resources to actualize your soul purpose.
Take a breath of gratitude, blessing all the light beings and frequencies of support. Blessing yourself and others, and this loving, sacred community and the beautiful light that you share within it.
In the light of the One, So be it.
You can inhale any of the oil left on your hands to complete this new memory cell, this circuit of light, healing, and activation. When you're ready, bring your consciousness back to the present moment.
