Today’s meditation is on nourishing the brain. This healing is such an important aspect of not only our healing journey, but also balancing our brain chemistry, and creating the emotional and spiritual resilience that we are being called to do right now. Our overarching intention for this meditation is to marinate the brain in love because when our brain is nourished, our entire body, being and every cell is nourished.

Today, we continue our series on detoxing, nourishing, and activating. We will be balancing the nervous system with the brain detox meditation. Interestingly enough, I got home on Sunday from my trip to New Jersey and New York City, and Monday morning I was feeling really sluggish. The first oil I picked up was the brain detox, and then I realized I was set to talk about detoxing the brain this week. This formula was especially helpful coming from such a tangible energy of anxiety in this area that has experienced some of the worst of COVID and holds many waves of PTSD energy held from the trauma of this experience. So, our conversation about detoxing the brain is very timely from a perspective of clearing patterns and energy of fear, anxiety, stress and trauma.
