This week’s meditation is part two from last week’s meditation, Tending to Your Roots. We went into our roots from this incarnation and then into each of our mother and father bloodlines to clear the roots of any type of trauma distortion, or energy blockages. This clearing of roots was not only within our field, but through our DNA. The fact that this clearing reaches the DNA level, is what makes this work so beautifully potent, especially when we're working with the plant and mineral kingdoms, as well as very high vibrations. DNA work is so near and dear to my heart.
In this meditation we will be honoring our roots. Last week we were able to go in and do very deep clearing work in the secret and sacred gardens that were cultivated and created for each of us. Now we are going to really embody and honor our roots to be able to receive the blessing that comes through our DNA. One of the most beautiful aspects of this journey is that the more we clear, the more light we’re able to hold and emanate. The more that light opens the pathway in our energy fields, physical bodies, all the levels of our auric field, and into our cellular consciousness and into the DNA for that quintessence. We have the blessing of light and life force that flood through us, and it can be funneled and channeled into so many creative ways. We choose how we want to funnel or channel this energy to contribute and make the world a better place through making our lives a better place.
One of the reasons we work with oils and crystals together is because although they have slightly different vibrational patterns, they are aspects and interventions of alchemy from the natural world at our fingertips to help us heal, awaken, and repair those aspects of our auric field too. Bringing healing to and through our cellular consciousness, can penetrate the deepest aspects of who we are to allow us to bring the light of divine consciousness in deeply for expansion of our evolutionary process. It allows us to awaken deeper and expanded levels of our conscious awareness, so we can understand more about ourselves, path, purpose, and why we’ve had patterns of pain or struggle. We can then understand that those that are in our lives are here as guides, allies, and teachers. We can have more compassion in and through that understanding for our brothers and sisters on the planet.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Bakul is a beautiful, sacred essential oil from India that’s used for ceremonial purposes. It is used to heal deep places of trauma. One of the things I love most about it is that it brings us so deeply into the richness of our heart space, into the richness of ourselves, our light and love, and the world around us. It allows us to open our hearts and expand. We did beautiful work last week tending to our roots, clearing, and letting go of trauma, distortion, and energy blockages. This allows us to be able to receive the honor and blessing from our roots, lineage, and through our DNA. I highly recommend this oil if you’ve never experienced it because it is a truly magical aromatic.
Crystal Alchemy:
Rhodochrosite is a beautiful pink stone. It is a wonderful stone to help us connect our spiritual aspects of being with our physical aspects of being. When we’re talking about honoring our roots and receiving a blessing, the rhodochrosite helps us to not only open, but bridge those aspects of who we are. When we receive our honor and blessing, we can actually integrate these at higher frequencies. If you have a crystal at home you would like to use, you are welcome to. If you don’t have a crystal we will be working with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of rhodochrosite.
Meditation:
Take a deep breath in with whatever aromatic you have at home by placing one drop in your left palm. If you don’t have any oil that’s ok because we will invoke the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Bakul. Breathing in an essential oil opens up some of the deepest aspects of your being to receive this healing. It’s opening up your auric field, your energy centers, your nadis (those smaller energy vortices), and your cellular consciousness. It’s coming into and through your brain, your olfactory system, into your blood, cellular consciousness, and deep into the DNA.
On your next breath in, bring your awareness to the dantien point about an inch and a half below your navel, this is the single note or frequency that holds you in the perfection of human form that you are. Allow your breath to ease in through the inhalation and out through the exhalation, allowing any tension to dissipate and dissolve.
Breathe deeply and envision a gold line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien point, down through your root chakra, each of your legs, and simultaneously out through the soles of your feet. Then all three lines converge at the earth star chakra and sink. Sinking effortlessly down through each layer of the earth until you reach the center of Mother Gaia. Into a sacred chamber of pink crystalline light, let your awareness and consciousness rest here. This sacred chamber is filled with rhodochrosite. You see beautiful formations of pink crystal beaming out these pink rays of healing vibration to you. There is a gentleness yet a strength in this frequency. Breathe in this pink light that begins to penetrate through your skin, into your blood, bone, and marrow until you feel completely immersed in this beautiful vibration.
Each level of your field begins to expand with this pink light. We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of bakul and rhodochrosite. We invite the fullness and magnificence of your potency, spirit, vibration, and medicine. Breathe deeply into your heart space. We invite these frequencies to anchor and actualize throughout each cell, molecule, particle, subatomic structure, through the portal of your DNA and mother and father bloodlines at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe as you feel your heart open and expand. Your heart begins to vibrate at the same frequency as this sacred chamber of crystalline light as you feel a deepening and quickening within your heart space. Doors are opening. Walls dissolving and dissipating in your heart to receive the magnificence of your love, light, and quintessence. As your heart continues to expand, breathe deeply into the very center of your heart space, into the holy of holies. You begin to see a replication of the sacred crystalline chamber at the very center of the earth. It is now replicating itself in the very center of your heart. Pink light beams from rhodochrosite crystalline structures. You feel your field continue to expand with this light.
Breathe deeply as each of your lower chakras beneath the heart begin to reconfigure with this new level of light. The chakras above your heart recalibrate, reconfigure, and expand. Bring your consciousness into the very center of your heart, in this beautiful crystalline chamber of rhodochrosite and pink light. Before you unfolds a secret garden carved especially for you. You see the plants, minerals, flowers, herbs, and spices that resonate with your soul lineage appear before you in the most magnificent colors and aromas beaming their light, love, and healing to you.
You have prepared your soil. You have tended to the weeds. You have fertilized the sacred earth all around you. Elemental aspects of nature are communing with you at your soul level. See, feel, allow, and imagine your roots coming down your own root chakra, configured with your life purpose, blueprint, and experiences with the growth of your soul in this incarnation. Connect deeply with the earth and your sacred garden now. From your father bloodline, coming through your right foot, rooting down into the Earth beneath you. From your left foot, your mother bloodline, coming down and rooting with the Earth beneath you.
With the sacredness and spirit upon our breath, we honor each and every step we have taken on our journey and path that has led us perfectly here and now. Honor your courage, light, beauty, strength, grace, wisdom, and the DNA seeded within you through the bloodlines of your mother and father lineage. We call forth an activation and expansion within our own DNA and bloodlines to receive the blessings that have been waiting for this very moment to be unlocked, honored, and received. Honor the golden light of your quintessence and all the blessings that are coming now, rushing forward through your DNA, mother bloodline, and father bloodline, blessing you in a golden light and bearing gifts beyond imagination.
Breathe deeply and continue to expand in your reception of the grace and these blessings. When you are ready, offer a prayer of honor and blessing from your heart, soul, and personality aspects to the earth and all of the elemental cells and aspects of the natural world for supporting us. Offer a breath, prayer, blessing, and honor to all of your lineage, all those who came before you and the ancestors from each bloodline. Honor and bless yourself for the magnificence that you are in each moment. Bless the higher realms as above as so below.
Go back to and through the sacred chamber of rhodochrosite in your heart and in the Earth. Recalibration continues to take place, your root chakra now expanding in a new connection to the earth, yourself, your love, and your light.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. All life is sacred. May we fully remember and be awakened to the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists with each of us and unites all of us as one.
Breathe in any of the oils left on your hands to complete this circuit of light or memory cell that is now and forever embedded within your consciousness and within your cells, brain, and being. When you're ready, you can bring your conscious awareness back to the present moment.
