This meditation is on Tending to Your Roots. We will journey to our own “secret gardens” for clearing and release. Any aspects of pain and trauma from this life affect not only our physical, emotional and mental aspects of life, but they also sink further down through our DNA and cement any places and patterns of distortion and dysfunction that are held there. The health and vibrancy of our roots is crucial for our sustainable vibrancy in relationships, career, our well being, our love life, and our prosperity. We will bring healing to our roots in this incarnation, as well as our mother and father bloodlines through our DNA.
Essential Oil Alchemy
Ginger is root medicine. The oil is produced from the rhizome and offers potent alchemy to warm frozen places of energy within us. It brings flow to aspects of sluggishness, from circulation to energy to stagnant emotions to “held” energy in the roots of our lineage and DNA. When we are feeling low and lacking the energy to move forward in life, invigorating ginger invites us to move forward and free any places of constriction and heaviness inside.
Crystal Alchemy
Quartz medicine is one of clearing and acceleration. Quartz is an exquisite representation of the mineral kingdom, its alchemy is versatile and potent. It enhances meditation and it accelerates the spiritual awakening process. Quartz is a wonderful receiver and transmitter of energy and thus a potent addition to your intentional creation practices. I like working with a grid of 6 single terminated quartz crystals in a Star of David formation for meditation and intentional work. For this meditation, we will be journeying with quartz as a vehicle for interdimensional travel and inviting its medicine to increase our vibration for purification at the personal and DNA level of our roots.
MEDITATION
If you have an essential oil, you can place one drop onto your left palm, rub your hands together and take a deep breath in. As you're breathing in, invite the clarity of your intention to intertwine through and around the aromatic molecules. Invite it into the brain, creating a new circuit of light. As you’re inhaling, your entire energy field is opening. Your chakras are opening. Your meridians are opening. Your cells are opening to receive the most benevolent experience of healing, of light, of love, and of unification.
On your next breath in, bring the focus of your intention to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. This is the single note that holds you in the perfection of embodiment. Let the breath ease in and out through your lower belly. Allow the stress and tension of the day, the morning, the evening, the week, the month, the times to dissipate and dissolve around you.
Now, from the very center of your dantien point, envision a golden line of life that drops down through your root, simultaneously down each leg, out through the soles of the feet. The energy centers at the soles of your feet expand now. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink. Sinking down effortlessly layer by layer into the deep nourishment and safety of the Earth. Connect to the core crystal of the earth, and invite your consciousness to rest at the center of the earth in a chamber of crystalline light.
You now encircle an enormous quartz crystal that is without imperfection. It emanates a frequency of purity, clarity, and activation. On your next breath in, take a step forward as you move with great ease into the very center of the crystal, which begins to expand in a 360 degrees capacity. Breathe deeply as you also feel this expansion within every chakra and meridian point. Each one of the trillions of cells within your body expands to drink in this light and frequency of the crystal cleansing, clearing, purifying, and activating. You may feel one or more than one chakra expanding, energy flow movement, clear and release. Trigger the light.
Breathe in the expansion of the light within you and all around you. Now, as the crystalline structures around you begin to slow their frequency, you begin to see a pathway form before you. Step out onto the path of moss, soft and inviting to each footstep. As you continue forward, your gaze expands around you to witness the most beautiful trees, flowers, and shrubs of every color and aroma. There are vines of beautiful pink and purple flowers that climb upward, as far as you can see. Do you notice an inviting, circular clearing? A secret garden, a sacred garden that has been carved out of the earth just for you. Come in, and sit in the warmth of this earth.
Now that you are seated, you begin to experience the connection between your being, your body, and this sacred fertile soil beneath you. Roots expanding downward, downward from your own root center, downward from your feet. Your root connection, representing all of your soul's desires, experiences, lessons, and potentials for you in this life. Each root from your foot represents your bloodline, the right to your father line, and the left to your mother line.
Through your breath, begin to bring your awareness to each of your roots. What is the nature of their health, vitality, strength, and vibrancy? Connect to your inner knowing for intelligence to come to you and through you about the nature of each of your sacred roots. Breathe deeply as this sacred wisdom is shared with you, from you, and through you.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of ginger and quartz. We invoke the fullness of your spirit, medicine, vibration, light, love, and frequency with reverence, in order to anchor and actualize holographically through and to our DNA and each cell, particle, and structure through each of the bloodlines at a potency of 10 mm NOW. Breathe deeply as these healing frequencies cleanse, clear, and activate. Notice if your roots feel of a similar size, length, width, strength, vibrancy. Notice if you feel a tugging anywhere in your body or any other chakra.
On your next breath in, invite the sacred healing from this secret garden that has been crafted and created perfectly for you. You are surrounded with each plant and mineral that is beneficial for your specific healing and awakening. Invite the entirety of your being to open and receive this alchemy. Invite this healing into each root, into your core root from the root chakra and hara. Invite the healing into the root of your father bloodline and all the generations before. Invite the healing into your mother bloodline and all the generations before. Cleansing, clearing, and activating.
It is through the understanding, experience, and expression for the reverence and love for yourself, for each other, for the divine, and for the Earth. It is through this love that your greatest gifts will emerge and flow with great ease and grace. Breathe deeply as your being recalibrates. To your roots, to your soul, to your personality aspects, to your bloodlines affirm, “I give myself permission for health and wholeness in my body, mind, and spirit. I invite and allow my biggest and brightest self and expression of self to emmenate. I allow all else to fall away back to the light.”
Feel your roots healing. Feel their vibrancy and strength. All levels and layers recalibrating, particles reorganizing, cells inviting wholeness. Offer a prayer of blessing and honor to your sacred garden, to the Earth, and all of the elementals, alchemical aspects, and devas. Move back down along the path, feeling renewed, revitalized, and reawakened. Step back into the quartz crystal, and then go back through the chamber of crystalline light at the center of the earth. Invite your consciousness to return to physicality.
Breathe in any oil left on your hands to close this new memory cell and to complete this circuit of light and healing. Bring your awareness back to the present moment. When you're ready, open your eyes.
