This Seeds of the Spirit meditation is part of the DNA series, with a focus on adrenal activation. In recent blogs we have cleansed and nourished this all important system of the body in preparation for the activation of our sovereign lifeforce and the expansion of our earth connection to regenerative energy. We’ll be working with the alchemies of geranium essential oil from the plant kingdom and red coral from the mineral kingdom. This meditation can be used with my new book Detox.Nourish. We can view the adrenal system as these two temples atop the kidneys, which store our life force and connect us deeply to the dantien point, and renewable, regenerative life force from the core of the earth. The adrenals are also concentric points for the source of our sovereignty and freedom. They’ve been imprinted through every experience we’ve ever had and generational, where humanity has felt locked into living life in survival mode. The activation ignites ownership and self-responsibility for our sovereign nature as divine beings of light on this planet, so we may harness the power of our life force and actuate our soul purpose.
To presence a deeper understanding of the benefits of the detox, nourish, activate system of healing, Imagine that you are about to embark to your favorite health food store. You have an infinite amount of resources to purchase, all of the highest nutritional caliber that you know will serve your optimum level of health. You select the best food, drinks, supplements, and self care products. Upon returning home, you open the fridge and see that it is jam packed with food that is rotting, molding and for the most part inedible. Not only is there no room for all of the glorious foods you have purchased, the food that is currently breaking down from a bacteria perspective will decrease the shelf life of your new fruits and vegetables. The solution? Clean out the fridge. Consider similarly any places of clutter in your home. Clutter is indicative of an overcrowding of thoughts and emotions that hinder our clarity and healthy mood.
When our outer environment is clear we can easily allow nourishment, nutritional or otherwise into our bodies, minds and spirits. We are able to be fully nourished because we’ve let go of everything that no longer serves the truth of who we are, the highest nature of who we are. This could be cleaning out our home, getting rid of the clutter, letting go of old emotions, patterns, belief systems, thought processes, or anything that stops us from fully expressing our magnificent and highest light and essence.
These are all aspects inside of us that are calling for our attention and intention to let go. When we can nourish, we can have a beautifully tilled, fertile soil that we can now plant our seeds in and nourish with water, sunlight, and fertilizer. This allows the plants to grow and flourish on their own. Similarly, the nourishment phase is how we care for ourselves: self love, compassion, forgiveness, accepting and embracing our imperfections as opportunities for healing. When we create a consistent relationship of self care that wholly honors who we are, we transform in profound ways.
After we nourish, we then move to the activation phase. Consider a garden analogy, after weeding and tending to and enriching the soil, we are ready to activate the seeds of our desire. They can now grow and flourish into the bounty we have prepared for.
In this meditation, we will enter the activate phase for the adrenal system, activating our sovereignty, freedoms, and ability to engage in the fullness of our life force. How do you want to harness your life force and your intention into conscious creation?
The Potent Alchemy of Essential Oils
Inhalation of essential oils allows you to harness a powerful connection between olfaction and the brain, specifically the amygdala and limbic center, which regulates so much of our physiology, specifically mood, memory, and emotion. By breathing this oil, you are creating a new circuit of light and healing along with a new memory cell. This also helps to open the auric field, heart, mind, and on a cellular and DNA level. Because of the very minute particle nature of essential oils, inhaling the oils allows them to pass through the blood-brain barrier, offering the full gamut of their phytonutrients. These oils are both biochemically and vibrationally active and offer their medicine to our brain and bloodstream, along with every layer of our energy fields. We further enhance the beneficial effect by working with a crystal that has a synergistic vibrational pattern. When we’re working with the vibrational pattern of both oils and crystals, it helps us, at a very profound level, to be able to heal, release, activate, integrate, and even repair the cells as well as the auric field. This is deeply profound medicine that the natural world offers us at our fingertips.
Essential Oil Alchemy
Geranium medicine connects us deeply to the reservoir of creativity and wisdom within. It supports emotional, hormonal and energetic balance. Whenever we’re looking at each one of the systems, it’s important to know that each system melds into another. As we’re moving into the activation phase, we’re coming from the nourish phase. Geranium oil is deeply nutritive. It’s full, nourishing aroma brings its vibration, specifically through the female bloodline, deep down into the cellular consciousness and DNA level to activate our intentions for quantum healing. Geranium reminds us of the fullness and beauty of life, encouraging us to sink deeply both within ourselves and the earth to activate our vital life force for intentional creation.
Crystal Alchemy
Coral medicine is a really beautiful mineral that comes from the sea. When we’re working with the adrenal system, it requires the water and fire elements to be fully activated. This mineral, coming from the water element, has a very strong and powerful nature, from the perspective of our cellular consciousness, circulation, and the activation of our intentional practices.
Meditation
If you have an oil, go ahead and place one drop into the left palm of your hand, and rub your hands together. It’s okay if you don’t have geranium or coral because we will be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both alchemies. Inhale the oil for about 30-45 seconds as you align and invite in the clarity of your intention for this healing and the activation of the adrenal system.
On your next breath in, bring the focus of your awareness to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel, to that single note that holds you in the perfection of form you are. As your breath eases in and out of your lower belly, let the stress and tension of the day, week, and times dissipate and dissolve around you into the light. Allow yourself to be seated in your dantien point.
On your next breath in, invite a golden line of light to drop down from the center of your dantien point, down through the root chakra, simultaneously down each leg and calf, and through the soles of the feet. The foot chakra expands from there, strengthening your connection and communion with the earth. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink layer by layer, effortlessly moving down to the very core of the earth, connecting in with the molten core crystal. Invite a deeper layer of ease to permeate your body, in each cell and each breath.
You are now seated at the very center of a sacred chamber. In this chamber, you feel a sense of safety. Golden light infuses into your body, through your skin, and into the blood, bone and marrow. This golden light activates, restores, and regenerates. It lifts any heaviness or density you’ve been carrying in this life and many generations past.
Breathe as your consciousness is recalibrated with this new level of light. Feel yourself bathing in this golden light and life force from the center of the earth. Take a few more breaths and allow your auric field to recalibrate. Clouds of lower frequency energy are lifted and transmuted. Imagine each resonance now, made of these golden filaments of light.
On your next breath, envision each adrenal gland pulsating with sacred geometric formations, diamonds and tetrahedrons. Bring the focus now to your right adrenal gland, seated at the top of your right kidney, connecting to your male bloodline through the portal of your DNA. Now, the gold and diamond sacred geometric formations begin to move through your male bloodline, cleansing, clearing, lifting, and activating the freedom code. You may feel a tingling sensation on the side of your body, back, or through your energy channel. As the energy quickens, you may feel heat increasing in your body with this activation, the freedom code latent within your DNA bloodlines now activating.
Breathe deeply as you focus your attention to your left adrenal gland, seated at the top of your left kidney, connecting to your mother bloodline through the portal of your DNA. The pulsating diamond and sacred geometric formation now begins to move through your female bloodline, cleansing, clearing, quickening, and activating the freedom code later within your DNA. In this juncture of time and space upon this sacred planet, you are being called to honor and claim your sovereignty, freedom, truth, and life force. Call it and claim it here and now.
Breathe deeply as this activation moves throughout your DNA strands. You are surrounded by the golden flower of life geometric formation. Notice that just outside your protective bubble is the most glorious, pristine representation of the sea. The element of water is teeming with life all around you. Invite in this sacred nature of the water element, and this pristine blueprint perfected from the Creator mind source. Invite the deepest levels of nourishment and hydration throughout the totality of your being, cells, molecules, particles, each gland, and the adrenals.
You now begin to see the most abundant red coral, with the life force of all the sea. We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of red coral. We invite the fullness of your medicine, spirit, and vibration through the totality of our being, through the body, blood, marrow, bone, cells, particles, DNA, and the mother and father bloodlines with the freedom code at a potency of 10 MM now.
Breathe as you feel this new life force coming into the adrenal system, with a deeper level of trust than you have ever experienced before.You have come to fully live and thrive in your life’s purpose in great strength, vibrancy, connection, and community Bless this sacred circle, all kingdoms of life, ourselves, and each other. Bless our governments, each country, our leaders, decision makers, schools, farms, and all that happens above and below the earth and everything in between. In the name of the one, so be it.
You can take a deep breath of the oils left on your hands. You complete this circle of light and this new memory cell that you can always come back to with the same aroma. All of the energy, healing, and community is forever a part of who you are from this moment on.
