There has been a lot more discussion about DNA level healing in recent years, more than in the past. When thinking about DNA level healing, I want you to consider the following: Bring your awareness to your physical body and think about all the cells your body is composed of. Each cell is imprinted with your DNA that holds the memory and imprint, energetically, of every experience you’ve had physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually since the moment of conception. It also carries the same for every experience your mother and father has had and so on down through your family lineage. All of these experiences, everything from the blessings and bounty to the challenges, adversity, and trauma, are all imprinted within our DNA.
We have this really wonderful potential, which is the power of our presence and intention while working with the energy from the alchemical interventions, particularly from plant and mineraly kingdoms. In this meditation we will use malachite and myrrh, but you can use whatever oil and crystal you have at your disposal. And if you don’t have any, we will be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both malachite and myrrh. These alchemical interventions bring the light of divine consciousness through all layers and levels of our being to bring healing through our DNA. The light of divine consciousness clears and purifies to transmute patterns that have happened in our past, as well as our family constellations. We are working on those aspects of psychodynamic health and self awareness, which allows us to bring in this intention through our cellular consciousness.
Once we’re able to bring that cleansing and clearing purification through to our DNA level, it opens such a beautiful connection to our quintessence, essence, core light, and unique gifts that we’ve come into this incarnation to bring forth. This connection helps with not only our own healing and family lineage healing, but it guides us towards the healing and evolution of the planetary consciousness. Focusing on the DNA healing and alchemy of what’s possible right now, gives us a smooth canvas for us to paint our soul’s dreams and deepest longings.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Myrrh medicine is sacred, ancient, and magical. It eases gracefully into places of trauma or frozen energy in our auric field and cellular consciousness. Myrrh alchemy can weave its way through the many levels of pain, psychic, emotional, or physical that are held within to dissipate and dissolve it. It is a healing balm of solace, and is particularly helpful for those holistic patterns that have been tricky to fully release, particularly chronic pain associated with past life and lineage connected energies.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Malachite medicine connects deep into the pure heart and essence of the earth, where the energy is pristine, pure. The striations in the stone, similar to a tree trunk remind us that we can call forth this profound nature of healing and fully transform our lives. This multidimensional stone connects our personal heart to the heart of the Earth and to that of the cosmos, dissolving limitations. Call upon Malachite when you are looking to quantum leap your understanding of your co-creative potential and move beyond the ego. Breathe its vibration deep into the center of your heart and throughout your DNA stranding and bloodlines to awaken your Divine truths.
MEDITATION
If you have an essential oil, place one drop on the left palm of your hand. Take a deep breath in as you invite the clarity of your intention to intertwine with the aromatic molecules, softening and opening the auric field. Cleanse yourself, your meridian points, and chakras as you open a new circuit of light in the body and brain, as well as the new memory cell filled with the vibration, frequency and the full gamut of this healing meditation. You can anoint your crystal, have it in your hand, on your body, or nearby.
Take a deep breath in, allowing the breath to come in and out with great ease through the lower belly. Allow any stress or tension of the day, evening, morning, or times to dissipate and dissolve around you. Let the frequency of higher light and resonance of divine consciousness surround and support you for this journey.
On your next breath, bring your attention to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below the navel. This is the single note or frequency that holds you in the perfection that you are. Move forward as you invite your earth connection to expand. A golden line of light drops down from the very center of your dantien point down through your root chakra. This light then goes down both legs and into the soles of the feet, expanding the light to have a deeper connection with the earth. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink. Moving effortlessly down each layer, sink into the safety and nurturing heart of Mother Earth.
Rest your consciousness at the very cent of Mother Gaia, and connect with the core crystal at the center of the Earth. Amber light begins to move through each layer and level of your auric field, amber light of regenerative life force. Vibrant life force moves through your skin and into your blood, bone, and marrow. Each one of your cells is renewed with vibrancy, and you feel a sense of peace, stillness, and safety through the entirety of your physical and non-physical being, energy centers, and chakras.
Breathe in as you feel a deep sense of nourishment, calm, and balance. Notice, if there’s any place in your physical body where you feel discomfort, dis-ease, or disconnection. Bring your consciousness into this part of your body, and into the cellular consciousness of this part of the body. Envision a brilliant green light beaming into this part of your physicality. It could be an emotional pattern, a construct of thought, a recurring image or dream, or a belief system. See, feel, allow, imagine any aspect of yourself coming to the surface for this healing.
On your next breath in, bring your consciousness to the very center of the earth to rest. You begin to see a chamber of malachite crystals, in varying shades of green, emanating the most soothing vibration. This vibration begins to penetrate every part of your body, emotional pattern, mental construct, image, or belief. Sacred geometric formations begin to surround you in this chamber of malachite. Diamond configurations of golden light and spheres of complex patterning begin to form around You. You are held in a sacred cocoon of divine light.
We call in the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of myrrh and malachite. We invoke the fullness of your spirit, medicine, and vibration to anchor and actualize through each level of our field, then holographically through each cell down to the subatomic level, DNA, and mother and father bloodlines with it’s full light at a potency of 10 mm NOW. The swirling frequency of the malachite chamber begins to move through your bone, blood, marrow, cells, strands of DNA through the bloodlines of your lineage. It cleanses, clears, and lifts the frequency of light, activating the perfected blueprint, Source light, and Creator mind. You may feel a quickening in your auric field or energy centers.
Breath deeply as your cellular consciousness reconfigures. The light and sacred geometric formations around you begin to pulsate, awakening divine truth and sovereignty. Each cell in your body has been waiting for your awakening to see the truth of who you are and why you have come. Your field continues to expand as you breathe. Your soul continues to anchor and expand as it reconfigures with each personality aspect and reconnects with each bloodline. The sacred geometric formations are now anchored into each cell. It activates and connects the frequency of divine consciousness through each generation of your lineage. Breathe deeply as each layer of your field recalibrates.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. All life is sacred. Take a deep breath, breathing in any oil left on your hands. This completes this circuit of light with the memory cell forever embedded within your consciousness. Whenever you feel ready, bring your consciousness back to this moment.
