Our intention is to bring healing to our family relationship patterns. We all carry patterns that have been imprinted through our early childhood experiences and family dynamics. By bringing light to any of the distorted patterns, we can come to a deeper understanding of ourselves and our pathway of healing, so we can uncover our soul purpose on this planet. The time is now to claim our biggest and brightest selves.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Mandarin medicine is wonderful for working with frozen aspects of child consciousness. It brings its gentle strength to any place where energy is held, stuck, and from where that stuckness keeps perpetuating distorted patterns that don't serve us anymore. I love mandarin because it has a vibrant citrus note, and layers of complexity that include a spiciness too. There is an aromatic note of mystery, yet it is something that is enticing, endearing, and softening. Mandarin tends to be a little bit more gentle than some of the other citrus oils, and its aroma is very appealing for children. Mandarin also has a lovely nervine aspect, making it very calming and soothing. For those of us that are looking to come into a deeper place of feeling centered, grounded, and accepted, mandarin offers its alchemy. It can be especially good for accepting any and all of those places of ourselves we hold in judgement and a false program of perfection. We are constantly evolving aspects of the Divine in form, our imperfection is only a momentary perspective of our separation from Source.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Calcite medicine illuminates the path of self love and acceptance. Its alchemy assists us in transmuting dysfunctional dynamics that were imprinted in our early childhood environment. Our most pivotal trigger points become activated when any unresolved family relational patterns are mirrored through relationships. The closer the relationship, the more easily we can become triggered. We often miss that this is a great service to our development and transformation. When we can move through the emotional reaction to the soft pain of the past, we can release it and move into a deeper state of wholeness. This is the gift of seeing our pain and distortion mirrored by another. It is through this healing we can transform the unresolved energy and childhood consciousness to one of wisdom, freedom and empowerment. Call upon calcite to liberate those places within you beckoning to be heard, seen and held with compassion.
MEDITATION
Feel free to grab any essential oil and crystal that you want to use. It doesn’t have to be mandarin or calcite because we will be invoking the cosmic consciousness of both. Take a drop of whatever oil you have, and place a drop in your left hand and take a deep breath in. As you breathe this essential oil in, invite the clarity of your intention for this healing to come into any place within your family relationship patterns that are held and still projecting into your current reality in ways that you don’t love or want them to. Invite that frequency to come in for healing, release, transmutation, and ultimately for freedom. You feel so free you can be the biggest, brightest, and best aspects of yourself.
Take a deep breath inas we invite in the overlighting intention and template for wholeness. Invite in the permission for yourself to be whole in body, mind, and spirit. This gives ourselves the permission to be calm and the embodiment of our brightest, biggest, and best selves.
On your next breath in, bring the focus of your attention to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. This is the single note and frequency that holds you in the perfection of human form and the perfection. You are perfectly imperfect and glorified in that right as a divine being of light upon this sacred planet. Let the breaths ease in and out through the lower belly, and invite any stress or tension to dissipate and dissolve around you,
Breathe in as you envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien point, down through the root chakra, each leg, and simultaneously out through the soles of the feet. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink, moving down effortlessly layer by layer into the earth until you connect at the very center of the core crystal of the earth.
Breathe a breath to connect with the core crystal of the earth. Receive the amber light and life force that moves back up each layer and level, through the earth core chakra. Amber light and life comes into the physical body regenerating, revitalizing, and lifting any heaviness, density, or distorted energies from the field and physical body.
Invite your breath to deepen into the lower belly, inviting in a sense of calm balance. Invite your consciousness to now rest in the spaces between your inhalation and exhalation. Feel the sense of stillness. Let that stillness and tranquility come deeply into your cellular consciousness, into each organ, each gland, and into each system of the body.
Breathe in as we call in our overlighting devas for healing and wholeness. Invite in the presence of your highest selves, your I AM presence, spiritual teachers, guides, guardians, and angels to surround you and the group. We invite the presence of the higher counsel of light. We invite in the presence of the mother-father god and source light.
Breathe very deeply. We call for the presence of each of our soul families and soul groups to surround and support us . Spheres of light beings are continuing to appear and surround the group. They call for the presence of the angels of the four directions and their legions of light to stabilize the group field for this healing. Archangel Raphael is in the east, he is the element of air. Archangel Michael is in the south, he is the element of fire. Archangel Gabriel is in the west, he is the element of water. Archangel Uriel is in the north, and he is the element of earth. We call for the presence of the elemental nature intelligence from each kingdom upon the planet.
Envision an enormous orange calcite crystal. We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of mandarin and calcite. We invite in the fullness of your medicine, magic, life, and your healing. Permeate, penetrate, and actualize through the entirety of your being, field, and into your cellular consciousness, down to the subatomic particle level, and in through the portal of our DNA mother and father bloodlines. We invite your medicine in through all that we have carried through our lineage, through the generations, and all that has been imprinted within our earlier days and development. We actualize the potency and frequency of your life force at the frequency of 10 MM now. Breathe deeply and feel the gentleness of the energy from mandarin and calcite waves, moving through your body, bone, blood, marrow, organ systems, glands, and DNA. You may feel or see waves of orange light moving through you meeting each chakra and meridian.
Breathe and open. In accordance with you I AM presence and all of your teams of light, place into the orange calcite crystal any patterns, energies, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, images, and points that were imprinted early on that are no longer congruent to the truth or magnitude that you are. You have a divine line and you are a powerful co-creator on this planet. You are a bearer of light and healing. Place them into the calcite crystal at the center of our group, where they are held in compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and unity. Place all patterns of self-destruction, self abuse, self betrayal, self consternation, separation, isolation, victimization, disappointment, expectation of hurt, abuse, loss, patterns of dishonor, inequality, violence, addiction, poverty, persecution, and any patterns you are ready to release into the crystal before you.
Breathe deeply as these old frozen places from within, come to the surface for release. Open your heart, and invite your love to melt away all these places of frozen and locked energy. Bring this deeply into every cell and bloodline. Your love melts away the pains of the past for all that you have carried in this life and all that you carry through your DNA from generations past.You are a bearer of light and healing. Your love has no limitations, it is not bound to time or space. It knows no separation. The remembrance of this Divine truth sets you free. Feel the presence of your angel guides, guardians, teachers, and all the members of your soul family, who are sending you light and healing. Feel all of the places within that have released energy into the crystal, now infusing those areas with love, support, and divine light, shining throughout your physical and metaphysical self. It goes through your auric field and cellular consciousness, allowing the wisdom and divine love to arise from these old patterns for the expansion of your soul and each of your soul level lessons.
This allows you to bring the light of divine consciousness through to a greater understanding of yourself, your path, purpose, and quintessence. From these places throughout your being, the golden light of wisdom expands your consciousness and imprints to your soul family. This collectively expands in consciousness and to the wealth of life for the entire planet and all of humanity. Breathe in as your being continues to expand now, golden light moving through your DNA, bloodlines, yourself, marrow, each system and gland, your organs, and skin. Gold light and your quintessence now expanding throughout your field.
Breathe in. We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. May we remember and actualize the spark of divinity and sovereignty that is within each of us and unites us as one. Thank you to all the energies, beings of light, and all kingdoms of life that leant energy and love to this day. So be it.
