My mission is to awaken the aspects of divinity and sovereignty throughout this reality: within ourselves, within each other, and within all kingdoms of life on the planet, ultimately for the elevation of our consciousness and for the healing of our world. To be able to create heaven on earth in this world.
How do we begin to invite freedom into our lives in deeper ways? The first aspect is acknowledging that we are all sovereign beings of light, divine beings of light, and freedom is our birthright. This is the first level of understanding to bring into our fields, into our hearts, and into our beings. From here it becomes a conversation with the self and an inner exploration of how to find the places of constriction and limitation and take them and transmute them into places of the fullest expression of who we are. This is ultimate freedom! When we can go inward and observe all of the patterns of limitation that exist within and then invite Divine consciousness and the template of freedom from a cosmic perspective, we become the embodiment of freedom. This is what we’ll be invoking tonight.
One of my favorite aspects of my work is invoking the cosmic templates for specific intentions, awakening and healing. They come from the perspective of purity, and so when we can invoke those templates into our being and start to dismantle all of the old patterning, we can anchor those templates and actualize them, not just in our auric field, but in our cellular consciousness and DNA.
My invitation for this meditation is to look at an aspect of freedom within yourself and an area that you'd like to expand your freedom, whether it's the freedom to be your biggest and brightest self, freedom to be healthy and whole for all levels of your being, freedom to express and experience the highest potential of your divine nature and blueprint, financial freedom, or freedom in your relationships. When we open up to this invitation, to the frequency of sovereignty, we have to look at all places, patterns, belief systems, constructs, emotions, and images that limit our ability to feel free, to be free.
As with all of my meditations, I am going to talk about an essential oil and a crystal to start this journey. If you don't have an essential oil or crystal at home to use in the meditation, that’s ok because we will work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both the plant and mineral.
ALCHEMICAL INTERVENTIONS
Lemon medicine is one of liberation. It is cleansing, invigorating and purifying. Lemon is wonderful to come into our energy consciousness and cellular consciousness to break up any calcifications of distorted energy and old patterns or templates of limitation and constriction. You can make a spray mist to clear the frequency at your home to ensure a high vibe environment. From a physiological perspective, it’s a wonderful oil for lymphatic drainage, circulation, digestion, clarity, and memory. It is a very versatile oil. If you don’t have the essential oil, you can always slice an organic and add it to your water or salad. There are many ways to incorporate this potent alchemy and vibration into your space.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Diamond has an incredible capacity for transmutation. In this regard, it is unparalleled. If you do not have physical diamonds to work with, you can invoke the cosmic consciousness and vital life force to come into your auric field, your cellular consciousness and DNA to transmute any frequencies of limitation and lack. Invite this frequency to free any belief systems, thoughts, feelings, patterns and images that hold you as separate than a creator of Divine light and empowerment. If you have the physical gem, wearing it will assist in keeping our auric field clear. Be sure to cleanse your stones at least once a month. Diamond is also a merkaba.
MEDITATION
If you have an essential oil, place a drop in your left palm, rub your hands together and breathe in for about 30 seconds. Essential oils are ultimately the most potent aspect of plant medicine as they contain the quintessence of the aromatic plant and all of the biochemical activity, as well as all of the vibration.
When we inhale the aroma, we are connecting a sense of smell with the brain, specifically the amygdala and the limbic system, which regulates mood, memory, emotion, and consciousness. We are creating a new circuit of light in our energy field. We open our auric field, chakras, meridians, and cellular consciousness. We open the mind and body to unfold, soften and experience the full gamut of miracle potential that's available now in this moment.
Take a deep breath into the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. Allow the breath to come in and out with great ease. Invite in gentleness and loving compassion for yourself. Invite all of yourself, all of the perfect imperfection, to be held, seen, honored. Letting the energy expand into your lower belly, and all of the stress and tension to dissipate and dissolve as you breathe in the light.
Breathe in as you open a coning and call forth the overlighting devas of healing, ascension, and freedom for yourself, your loved ones, globally, and all kingdoms of life. Invite your I AM presence, highest self, the energy of the divine mother, higher council of light, and karmic council. Invite in your oversouls, soul group, all lineages of light that you are connected to, and call forth your spiritual teachers, guides, and guardian angels. Call forth the DNA infinity teams of light and the clearing teams of diamond light to come be with us. Call forth the angels of the four directions: In the direction of East, the element of air and the sacred thought sound, Archangel Raphael, we welcome you in a good way. In the direction of South, the element of fire, sacred transformation and transfiguration, the energy of the Phoenix, Archangel Michael, we welcome thee now. In the direction of West, the element of water, with sacred fluid qualities upon Mother Gaia of deep cleansing and purification, Archangel Gabriel, we welcome thee now. In the direction of North, the element of earth and the sacred ground beneath our feet with structure, nourishment, great abundance, and vibrancy, Archangel Uriel, we invite thee now. We invite the overlighting deva for the plant, mineral, and animal kingdoms. We invite all the devas and nature intelligence here to support our most benevolent healing. We invite and honor thee now.
Breathe in and see a diamond light that appears at your chest and begins to pulsate with light, dance, and expand until it surrounds every layer of your field. Encapsulated diamond light beams rays of perfect clarity. Allow your frequency to recalibrate and activate diamond light, now pouring into your field, blood, bone, marrow, the entirety of your cellular consciousness, and through your DNA and Mother and Father bloodlines. Diamond light restores the original blueprint, perfected by source light from the Creator.
Breathe in the frequency, which cleanses and calms you. We call for the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of lemon, and we invite your frequency and cosmic consciousness and vital life force of diamond. We invite the full spectrum of your medicine, vibration, and spirit. We invite your activation down through each layer, level, cell, subatomic structure, and through the DNA at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe as the merkaba that is this diamond will travel into your consciousness and lift, lift, lift and trigger the light. You see the throne of divine consciousness source light as you bathe in the pristine frequency of the undifferentiated source. Call forth the template of freedom to activate the latent coding within your DNA, the freedom code. Awaken to the truth of your sovereignty.
Breathe deeply as you release the old patterns of limitation, constriction, maya, and illusionment that came into this life to transmute so you may remember the truth of who you are deeply. There is an accelerated clearing through your bloodlines, cells, bone, blood, organs, glands, and field at each layer and level. Bless every part of your path, self, aspect of your journey, and each step that you’ve taken to arrive perfectly here and now.
With a deeper understanding of your truth, light, and empowerment, breathe. All the stories of disempowerment and dishonor are now a story of the past. Freedom is your birthright. We are not free until we are all free. Breathe the illumination in as these strands of DNA awaken and your whole field expands with light. Each energy center realigns each layer of the field and reconfigures. Breathe in and allow your hara to elongate, strengthen, and realign.
Breathe deeply as each of the trillions of cells within your body begins to gleam like a diamond in all directions. What have you come to set free within yourself? The diamond merkaba begins to take its lead from the throne of divine consciousness and travels back to the present time and space.
Breathe in a moment and a blessing, a prayer of deep gratitude of all beings of light and love that have guided this journey. In gratitude to the angelic beings, the elements, and light beings who supported us into this moment and all moments. We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet, each breath is sacred, each step is sacred, and each being is sacred.
Breathe in any oil left on your hands, completing this new circuit of light and new memory cell embedded throughout your being. When you’re ready, open your eyes.
