Today’s meditation is on calling back your power. In this meditation, we are going to be working with the alchemy of lemon essential oil and gomed from the mineral kingdom. These are two very potent aspects of alchemy that will help us break up any patterns of disempowerment that are held through the auric field, cellular consciousness, as well as DNA. This allows us to fully express our soul purpose, divine light, highest truth, and bodily freedom that is our birthright as divine beings of light.
For those of you joining me for the first time, DNA level healing is a tremendous passion of mine because this is how we can experience quantum levels of healing and alchemy, to be able to transform not just this moment, but our entire past generation and everything we’ve carried through our heritage. Doing this allows us to create a brand new future for ourselves.
Essential Oil Alchemy
Lemon medicine is one of liberation. It is cleansing, invigorating and purifying. Lemon is wonderful to come into our energy consciousness and cellular consciousness to break up any calcifications of distorted energy and old patterns or templates of limitation and constriction. You can make a spray mist to clear the frequency at your home to ensure a high vibe environment. From a physiological perspective, it’s a wonderful oil for lymphatic drainage, circulation, digestion, clarity, and memory. It is a very versatile oil. If you don’t have the essential oil, you can always slice an organic and add it to your water or salad. There are many ways to incorporate this potent alchemy and vibration into your space.
Crystal Alchemy
Gomed is a crystal from the mineral kingdom. Gomed is an ally for our power center. It helps with clearing through the solar plexus, as this is an area that can tend to hold a tangled energy of power struggles. Any place or pattern of disempowerment does get imprinted in this energy vortex, and of course, holographically through the auric field and through the cellular consciousness and DNA.
Meditation
To get started, place a drop of any essential oil that you have on your left palm, as the left palm receives a higher frequency. Take a deep breath in, opening up your auric field, chakras, meridian points, and smaller vortexes through your body. Your cellular consciousness opens to receive the full gamut of healing from this meditation. You are opening a new circuit of light within the brain, as well as a new memory cell that will be filled with the vibration from this healing. You can anoint your crystal, have it in your hand, on or near you.
Allow your inhalation and exhalation to ease in and out of the lower belly. Invite the stress and tension of the day, week, and times to dissipate and dissolve around you into the light. On your next breath, bring the focus of your intention into the dantien point, about an inch and half below the navel. It’s that single note or frequency that holds you in the perfection of human form. Invite the dantien point to energize and pulsate with vitality and vibrancy as a golden line of light drops down from the very center of the dantien point, down through the root chakra, simultaneously down each leg, and out through the soles of your feet. Your foot chakras expand to drink in the beautiful connection to the earth. All three lines of light converge out of the earth star chakra and sink down through each layer of the earth, nourishing the protective healing frequency of Mother Earth, the mother of all mothers. Connect in with the earth and the core crystal at the very center of the earth.
Breathe in as you drink in the amber light and life force into your physical body and into each layer and level of the auric field. Amber light revitalizes each cell, blood, bone, marrow, and all the way through your entire body; the legs, belly, each chakra, cleansing, clearing and lifting the frequency up through the chest and neck. This light revitalizes your bones, organs, all systems, and glands. The amber light now moves up through the head, out through the crown chakra and up through the antahkarana. Amber light moves all the way up to the higher realms to the throne of divine consciousness source light.
As you breathe in, golden rays of light begin to rain back down upon your field with sacred geometric formations and sacred letters that are pulsating, coming down through each layer of the field and moving through the blood, bone, marrow, and deep within each cell. Golden light moves through the subatomic structures, DNA, and into the mother and father bloodlines. Golden rays of light with sacred geometric formations and sacred fire penetrate your field, activating latent codes held deep within the DNA. You may feel a light quickening in your cellular structures and a sense of lightness moving through your field.
On your next breath in, bring the focus of your attention to the solar plexus, inviting your consciousness to move into the very center of this chakra, where you seat your consciousness into a vibrant chamber of gomed crystalline structures in varying shades of yellow and gold. These powerful healing rays of light emanate from the crystal structures and begin to recalibrate. First, it recalibrates each level of the auric field, moving in through the blood, bone, and marrow. Call forth your I AM presence, highest self, spiritual teachers, guides, guardians, and angels to surround us in spheres of light, love, strength, and compassion.
Before you, seated upon a circular golden table, is a gomed crystal that is a little larger than your hand. Breathe in as you align your frequency with the gomed crystal. The crystal invites you to place any and all patterns of disempowerment, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, images, and any place within your being that holds a frequency of disempowerment through your DNA, bloodlines, and all aspects of your lineage. Breathe in as you invite all of these configurations that you are now ready to release to be placed into the crystal before you.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of lemon and gomed. We invite in the fullness of your medicine, magic, and vibration to dismantle any places and patterns that no longer serve the truth of who we are through the auric field, each cell, particle, structure, DNA, and bloodlines of all generations with past patterns of dishonor, disgrace, and lack. We invite your medicine into any places where we haven’t loved and forgiven ourselves along the journey: patterns of self abuse, self loathing, places where we have allowed our hearts to stay closed, and where we have seen ourselves as separate from the divine and each other.
We awaken to the fullness of our truths as powerful creators and transformers on this planet. Where do you feel your power? Where do you not feel your power? We invite the awakening of our infinite potential to be actualized in this life and moment. I am the pure light of the divine. I am that I am. With each frequency that you release into the crystal, your light beams with greater intensity and frequency. Feel the magnificent beauty and light that you are, that you carry, embody, and emanate. Lemon and gomed, we actualize the fullness of your vibration throughout the totality of our beings at a potency of 10 mm NOW.
Breathe as you expand. With each breath, empower each and every aspect of who you are and the fullness of your multidimensional nature. Breathe in the limitless nature of who you are and invite this to be the path of fulfillment for why you have come. Breathe deeply as your field continues to recalibrate, expand, and strengthen.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet, all life is sacred. May we awaken and actualize the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists within each of us and unites us as one. So be it.
Take a deep breath in, inhaling any oil left on your hand to complete this circuit of light and a new memory cell, which will forever be held in your consciousness, in your brain and body. The fullness of this medicine is, always was, and will always be yours. Thank the presence, alchemy, and great beings of light present for support. When you’re ready, you can bring yourself back to the present moment and open your eyes.
