This is a meditation on faith, trust, and surrender from our Soul Institute global monthly meditation group. When working with the energy of faith, trust, and surrender, we’re aligning with the etheric template, which is the template for the divine, through the throat chakra. The throat chakra and the etheric template are able to clear the throat chakra, so we may resonate with the energy field, which is that of divine will. In this resonance field, we can open, align, and surrender to move into the energy of faith, trust, and letting go of everything that no longer serves us.
As with all of the meditations I guide, we will be using both an essential oil and crystal to work with their synergistic, harmonic frequencies and vibrations for our healing journey. These resonant frequencies work their way through our energy fields, cellular consciousness, and down to our DNA and bloodlines to clear, activate, and transmute in the way that nature intended. From this perspective, the natural world has so much potency and power.
Essential Oil Alchemy
German Chamomile medicine cools, softens, opens and allows our natural flow of energy to come into alignment with ease and grace. It calms extremes of energy and emotion, particularly manic patterns, anger and overwhelm. German Chamomile medicine assists us in opening to deeper places of surrender and trust in the Divine plan, allowing release from creating life experiences from force and willfulness.
Crystal Alchemy
Lapis medicine is a potent actuator of shift, breaking down aspects of our ego and distorted projections of our will to allow our authenticity and Divine light to shine through. This stone awakens ancient aspects of sacred mysticism and connects to past life memories of ancient cultures, like the Sumerian and Egyptian. Lapis is closely associated with Goddess Isis and wonderful for invoking her healing energies of awakening and alchemy.
Meditation
Place one drop of essential oil on the left palm of your hand, which receives a higher frequency. Take a deep breath in and invite in the clarity of your intention. You can grab any crystal that you have and anoint it or place it near you. It’s perfectly ok if you don’t have an oil or crystal because we’ll be invoking the cosmic consciousness of both german chamomile and. These frequencies allow us to open our nadis and smaller meridian and chakra points, and we open a new circuit of light and memory cell.
Invite your breath to come in through your lower belly at the dantien point, about an inch and a half below the navel. This is the single note that holds you in the perfection of the physical form that you are. This is often referred to as the power point in martial arts. Invite your breath to ease in and out, letting the stress and tension of the day, week, and times dissipate and dissolve around you. Feel this lift into the light as all of your muscles relax.
We’re going to open our sacred alchemical container in order to heal deeply and invoke the presence of your highest self and your I AM presence. I AM that I AM. And we’re going to invite in our trinity. This planetary and universal configuration is one of a triad. Breathe in as you envision a period of light that pulsates a beautiful emerald green color. Envision the emerald green pyramid surrounding you. At one point of the pyramid, we invite in the presence of our child consciousness, lighting up any places that are frozen and held in separation to be embraced with the sacredness of this life.
Continue to invite the emerald light in as we invite in the presence of the female and male qualities, which are also our direct portal to our mother and father bloodline, carried generationally in our beings, auric field, and holographically within our DNA. Surround yourself in this sacred, emerald green pyramid, and envision a lapis blue sphere of light that encircles your pyramid. Align for the most benevolent outcome for this meditation and healing.
To stabilize this configuration, we invite the angels of the four directions and the elements. From the direction of east, we invite the presence of Archangel Raphael and the element of sacred sound and sacred thought, the winged creatures and the protection of the Eagle. We honor and welcome thee now.
In the direction of the south, we call forth the presence of Archangel Micahel and your allegiance of light, the element of fire, sacred transformation and transfiguration. We invite the energy of the phoenix and the energy of rebirth. We honor and welcome thee now.
In the direction of the west, we call forth Archangel Gabriel, the allegiance of light, the element of water, sacred fluid bodies upon Mother Gaia of deep emotional cleansing, purification and release. May this beautiful element of water assist us today in letting go of all that no longer serves the truth of who we are as great divine beings of light. We call forth the sacred knowledge keepers of the dolphin and the whale. We welcome and honor thee now.
In the direction of north, we call forth Archangel Uriel, the element of Earth, the sacred ground beneath your feet, of connection, belonging, and safety, nourishment, and great vitality. We call forth the elementals and the devas and all the aspects of nature intelligence. We invite you to support us in this configuration of light.
As you breathe in deeply, the green pyramid that surrounds you begins to pulsate and increase its vibration. Breathe until your resonance fluctuates in harmony. The green pyramid surrounded by a lapis sphere of light, which holds the frequency of ancient mysticism, divine knowledge, and universal light, pulsates as we invite the presence of Goddess Isis.
Goddess Isis has come to lend her healing light and appears before you. In her right hand, a large piece of lapis lazuli pulsates as she invites you to let go. She holds this crystal in front of your throat and invites you to release all levels of constriction, limitations, lack, and disbelief that are ready to be released into the piece of lapis crystal in her hand. You may feel a sense of heaviness being lifted from your body and being pulled up through the neck and throat chakra.
As you breathe in, you may feel colorations of light, strands of light, darker bands of light, coming out through the throat or the mouth. Use your intention to send them into the crystal for transmutation of any place where you have not been able to acknowledge your divinity and power. These memories, thoughts, and emotions move into the crystal. Let go of all memories of persecution, slavery, heartbreak, distrust, dissappointment, lonliness, and abandoment, even from the divine. Memories betrayal, even in the name of religion and spirituality. Allow yourself to birth a new and allow thy will to be done. My will is thy will.
Breathe in as you let go of whatever you have held with white knuckles, a relationship, love, career, an amount of money in the bank, whatever you have been holding so tight, Let go and allow the golden light of divine consciousness to rain down upon you. Envision your lapis crystal here and your emerald green pyramid being permeated with golden rays of light, which hold sacred geometric formations. The golden light penetrates and permeates through your skin into each of the trillions of cells of your body down to the DNA level through the mother and father bloodline. This golden light simultaneously infuses each aspect of your individual trinity, male, female, and child consciousness. Bathe in the golden light of divine consciousness, unifying your core.
Breathe as you align with the divine light from the heavens above and the earth light from the core of Mother Gaia. Have faith in yourself and all you have come here to be. Have faith in the divine around you to guide you on your high path of mastery. Have faith in the earth beneath you to ground you and provide you with great abundance, nourishment, and protection. Surrender your ego. Have faith in the reality of miracles. Have faith in your multidimensional perspectives, creating a life beyond limitation. Surrender to the truth of who you are. You have come to claim your greatness and to pave a path of light for others to find their way to do the same.
Breathe as each layer of your field expands and recalibrates each chakra and cell. We calibrate with this new level of life. We offer this for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred plet. All life is sacred. May you remember the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists within each of us and unites us as one.
Go ahead and breathe in any oil left on your hands to complete this circuit of light and to complete this new memory cell forever held in your consciousness. We give thanks to the beings of light who helped with this energy and configuration. When you are ready, you can bring your awareness back to the present moment. So be it.
