And bring your focus to the dantian point, about an inch and a half below the navel. That single, unique note that holds you into this physical form.
Envision now a golden line of light that drops down from the dantian.
Down through the root, down through the legs, out through the soles of the feet, where all three lines of golden light meet and merge at the earth crust chakra.
Gently sinking, deeper and deeper into the earth.
Breathe open. Allow, allow this golden light to move down to the core crystal, which is pulsating, the beautiful Amber life force of Mother Earth.
