We are incredible divine beings of light, and the spark of divinity and sovereignty is within each of us. In this meditation we will call in these aspects and support from both the physical and non-physical realm because ultimately, the universe and all great beings of light that are held within it are conspiring to give us the best support, nurturance, and reminder that all we have to do is be open to receiving the goodness that is all around us in each moment.
When thinking of the juncture of time and space that we are presently in, this time of great shift on the planet, it is important to expand out of the third dimensional construct, which holds the maya or illusion of separation and isolation. Maintaining the illusion of separation and isolation not only keeps us separate, but also controlled and held in a position of disempowerment. When we expand into a multi-dimensional perspective, it gives us the ability to broaden our awareness and call in all levels of support physically in this world. This can be through friendships, resources, material abundance, or relationships that truly nurture us, where we feel completely and authentically seen, understood, and loved allowing us to shine in our biggest brightest way.
As with all of my meditations, I will highlight an aspect of plant medicine, from the essential oil realm, and an aspect of the crystal or mineral kingdom because they have such beautiful synergy in their vibrational pattern and resonance. These help us clear, repair, activate, and bring wholeness and awakening to all the different aspects of our being from the auric field, holographically through our cellular consciousness, and the DNA level of our mother and father bloodlines, which is the focus of my work. If you don’t have an essential oil or crystal that is ok because we will invoke the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of both alchemical interventions.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
The alchemy of Ginger Lily absolute is rich with alchemy. Its aroma connotes citrus, spice, a bit of mustiness intertwined with the complex layers of floral heaven. Ginger Lily is an oil of Eden. It activates the ancient memory and Divine plan for Heaven upon the Earth and paves the way for our highest potentials to unfold with the perfected blueprint for humankind. It is a powerful oil that really brings us deeply into our heart space, into that zero point field of limitless creative potential and then pulsates outward around us spherically, raising our vibration to anchor our I AM presence more fully in our day to day lives.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Emerald medicine is one of magic, mysticism and profound healing. Its alchemy brings quintessential healing to our heart (personal and cosmic). Its alchemy invites us to bring the light of compassion, forgiveness and understanding to the pains of our past, surrounding places of trauma with its beautiful light of transmutation. It is a gem of freedom in this regard, creating the conditions in our life to open our hearts once again to the beauty of life and love in its highest form. It brings healing to our core relationships so that we may move byond places of conflict. Emerald opens access points to our inter dimensional allies to remind us of how cared for and connected we are beyond this planetary experience.
MEDITATION
If you have an essential oil, please place one drop on the left palm of your hand, as the left palm receives a higher frequency. If you have a crystal you can anoint, hold, or place it nearby. Take a deep breath and invite in the clarity of your intention to intertwine with the aromatic molecules, knowing that as you're breathing in, your entire auric field, energy centers, and meridian points are opening. Your smaller vortexes and cellular consciousness open to receive the full gamut of this healing. Through the inhalation process we also connect deep into the brain for healing, specifically the amygdala and limbic system. You’re creating a new circuit of light and memory for this healing meditation that will be infused with the vibration and sense of sacred community and connection that we’re co-creating together.
On your next breath in, bring your attention down to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below the navel. Breathe into this beautiful sphere that is pulsating as the single note or frequency that holds you in the perfection of human form that you are. Let the breath ease in and out to your lower belly, soften, open, and relax. Let the stress and tension from the day and times dissipate and dissolve around you.
On your next breath, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the center of your dantien and down to your root chakra. It then moves down each leg and out through the soles of the feet, expanding and drinking in the light of connection with Mother Earth. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink. Moving down effortlessly layer by layer, as our consciousness sinks and connects more deeply into the safety and nurturance of Mother Earth. Your consciousness now rests at the very center of the earth, connecting deeply with the core crystal in this sacred chamber of light. This is the sacred chamber of Gaia, mother of all mothers, love of all life.
On your next breath in, envision a sacred chamber of emerald crystalline structures, all gradations of emerald color and crystal surrounding you. Deeply drink in the emerald rays of light that surround you physically. This Emerald light begins to pulsate with the primal rhythm of the heartbeat of Mother Earth. Breathe and open. Invite your heart to connect with Mother Earth: beating in synchronicity, awakening the latent coding within your DNA of the primal connection, alignment, and unification with our Earth mother. Ancient coding of vitality within your cellular conscience and DNA calibrates with this connection. As you continue to breathe, invite in the highest level of light quotient in accordance with your I AM presence now.
Breathe deeply as the rays of light emanating from this sacred chamber at the very center of the Earth begin to penetrate and permeate through your auric field layer by layer to your skin, deep into your cellular consciousness, and into mother and father bloodlines until emerald light begins to beam through your pores into the system of the body holographically.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and life force of Ginger Lily and Emerald, and we invoke the full gamut of your medicine, vibration, light, spirit, and magic through the totality of each cell, subatomic structures, and bloodline. Breathe deeply as your system recalibrates structure by structure. We open each of our overlighting devas of healing, ascension, and awakening each of our highest selves, I AM presences, spirit teachers, guides, guardians, and angels, the teams of highest light with which we work individually and collectively.
Breathe deeply into your heart space and open, expand, awaken. Call forth the DNA into the teams of light and those beings physical and non-physical that have contracted to support each of your individual blueprints, missions, and divine purpose. Support those beings of light. We call forth the higher counsel of light. Those members of our soul family (physical and non-physical), our allies of nature intelligence elementals from the kingdoms of life: plant, mineral and animal upon the sacred planet.
We call forth our allies: shine your light upon us, send your love to us and illuminate our pathways of the highest ultimate reality to be shown clearly before us. Open the resources and connect the relationships so we may be of greatest service to the most benevolent outcome for the Earth and all kingdoms of life for the evolution of consciousness and humanity and for the remembrance of unity, faith, trust, surrender, love, compassion, and forgiveness from within. You are loved and supported in each and every moment. In us, there are pathways of light, connection, and support. You are not alone all time, no time, all dimensions, and all realities.
Go ahead and breathe in any oil left on your hands to complete this circuit of light and bring yourself back to the present moment.
