Recrafting your story is different from rewriting your story because we don't need to rewrite history. It was there for a purpose and as a teacher for us to gain greater life experience, discernment and to know about contrast so that we can take the wisdom and extrapolate that from all of the experience. This helps us evolve not only from the perspective of our consciousness, but also from our emotional bandwidth, emotional intelligence, and our ability to create from the perspective of effortless intention and zero point field in the center of our heart.
What parts of your story continue to hold you in a pattern of limitation and dysfunction? What gold is there for you to be able to dive in and transmute to a greater understanding of self? This is the invitation: one of recrafting your story to one of sheer brilliant empowerment. This is the overlighting intention for our meditation today.
When we think of our old story, which has aspects of limitation, it is really from a dualistic nature and of the third dimensional reality. We’ve been doing this work together for the past year to clear and open ourselves, so we can expand all of those aspects of our being that are ready. Those aspects that are calling out give us the opportunity to move into this more multifaceted or multi-dimensional experience of our reality, where we know that we are the co-creators and the sculptors of everything that we experience and long to create from our soul perspective.
ESSENTIAL OIL ALCHEMY
Blood orange medicine is incredibly beautiful and filled with uplifting life force and Joie de vivre. This is a wonderful oil to come into any places where there has been heaviness from our past and transmute them to places of joy and the expansion of our light. Once we allow ourselves to feel into the soft pain of the past we are able to open up and clear the energy or trauma block. Then that frozen energy, quintessence and life force bubbles to the surface and fills the entire auric field, holographically down through our cellular consciousness, and down through the level of the DNA. When we view ourselves as sculptors, we can re-craft those aspects of our old story and then sculpting them in a new way that's filled with joy, vibrancy, empowerment, and infinite possibility.
CRYSTAL ALCHEMY
Honey calcite medicine is potent healing for solar plexus chakra, which represents how we carve our niche in the world. Honey calcite healing for aspects of our child consciousness that are still frozen, that still want what they want when they want it. It is a great stone for working not only with the solar plexus but any of those aspects of the child within that is calling out for healing and the return to wholeness. As we move into a new phase of giving ourselves permission to be healthy and whole physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually throughout the totality of our being and to embody the biggest and brightest aspects of who we are, we bring those energies to the surface for transmutation. We then remember our truth as Divine beings of light and expand our perspective of freedom and self-expression from this new place of authenticity.
MEDITATION
If you’d like, you can grab whatever crystal and essential oil you have at home for this meditation. If you don’t have either, that’s ok because we’ll be invoking the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of blood orange and honey calcite. If you have an oil, place a drop on your left palm, rub your hands together, and take a deep breath as you invite in the clarity of your intention to intertwine with the alchemy of these aromatic molecules. Know that as you are inhaling, you are opening your field, chakras, meridian points, and your cellular consciousness to receive the fullness of this healing meditation. You are now creating a new circuit of light and memory cell in your brain from breathing in this oil, through the olfactory bulb, to your brain, and specifically, the limbic system and the amygdala that regulate our memory, mood, and emotion. If you have a crystal you can anoint it, hold it, place it on your body, or simply have it nearby.
Take another deep breath in and bring your attention to the dantien point, about an inch and a half below your navel. This is the single note or frequency that holds you in the beauty and perfection of the physical form that you are. Let your breath ease in and out. Invite all the tension and stress from the day, week, and time to dissipate and dissolve around you into the light.
On your next breath in, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien point, down through your root chakra, down both of your legs simultaneously, and out of the soles of your feet. Your foot chakra is expanding to connect more deeply with the Earth. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink. They move down effortlessly layer by layer of the earth with each breath, feeling a deeper sense of connection, safety, balance, and alignment. The lines of light reach the very center of the Earth, connecting with the core crystal, and inviting the amber light and life force of Mother Gaia. Pristine, pure, regenerative amber light moves back up the hara line, the earth star chakra, and then back up through the root chakra, feet, legs, and dantien, which begins to pulsate a renewable, regenerating vibrant amber light.
Breathe as this amber light begins to nourish your blood, bone marrow, and each of your trillions of cells in your body. Regenerating with this Amber life force, feel yourself seated in the very center of your body. Breathe as you feel a deep sense of connection to the earth. This nourishing life force moves up through your belly. Each energy vortex recalibrates with amber light and life force. Expand to drink in this light moving up each layer and level of the field and up through the solar plexus. The amber light nourishes every layer and level of your being, up through the throat, neck, skull, gland, and system of the body. It continues up through the third eye, out through the crown of the head, up through antahkarana, through the higher realms to the throne of the divine consciousness, which begins to pour down golden rays of light.
What seems like millions of rays of gold light that are coated with sacred geometric forms begin to rain upon your field activating the latent light codes held holographically. This light goes through the field down through the cellular consciousness, subatomic structures, and the portal of your DNA and mother and father bloodlines. Golden light rays cleanse, clear, lift, and activate.
Breathe deeply as your field continues to open energy centers. We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of blood orange and honey calcite. We invite and invoke the totality of your vibration, medicine, spirit, and alchemy into each layer of our field, down through our cells and into the mother and father bloodlines in accordance with your I AM Presence at a potency of 10 mm NOW. Breathe in the beautiful light and expand.
On your next breath, invite your attention to the very center of your heart space into the holy of holies. Breathe into this sacred chamber filled with honey light, orange calcite beaming different rays of the color spectrum from light yellow, to a vibrant orange, and drink in this healing light and joy that is palpable. Invite your consciousness to rest in the very center of your heart, in the zero point field of limitless creation. As you are seated in this beautiful chamber of calcite, you see rays of orange light with the most beautiful uplifting aroma of oranges. You are invited to become the sculpture of your story. The story of your past was meant to teach, awaken, and remind you that you are a divine being of light, a co-creator of your reality, and the sculptor of your past, present, and future. The clay is the story of the past. We invite you to look at any places of disempowerment that continue to play in your mind and reality to be the voices in your head that continue to hold you back from the grandest expression of your light, truth, freedom, wisdom, and beauty. The places that hold you back from enjoying your laughter, pleasure, abundance, and passion. In this sacred chamber, sculpt your story anew.
Breathe life into those places until they begin to sing with joy. These alchemies of blood orange and honey calcite are interventions of empowerment. Invite them into your clay and recraft your story anew. Feel the light continue to expand within you and emanate from you and all around you. You are the infinite light and potential woven and embedded throughout your story. In this moment, we shift the past and the future. Breathe deeply, filling your being with joy, feeling it bubble up, its effervescence. It bubbles up through your DNA, cells, bone, marrow, blood, organs, glands, systems, skin, and through each layer and level of the field until every cell is emanating this honey orange light.
Bless every moment of the past and every step you have taken here. Bless every moment of the future with your light, love, joy, and effervescence. Each moment is filled with infinite potential. We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. May we all awaken to the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists within each of us and unites us as one.
Go ahead and inhale any oil left on your hands completing this circuit of light and healing, completing this new memory cell embedded throughout your consciousness. You can come back to this moment at any time by inhaling this same aroma. When you're ready, bring yourself back to the present moment and open your eyes.
