When thinking about DNA level healing, I want you to consider the following: Bring your awareness to your physical body and think about all the cells your body is composed of. Let's take a deep breath in.
And bring your focus to the dantian point, about an inch and a half below the navel. That single, unique note that holds you into this physical form.
Envision now a golden line of light that drops down from the dantian.
Down through the root, down through the legs, out through the soles of the feet, where all three lines of golden light meet and merge at the earth crust chakra.
Gently sinking, deeper and deeper into the earth.
