Welcome to the High Vibrational Chakra Upgrade Series. In this meditation journey, we will be working with the heart center, Anahata.
The heart is our center for all human relationships and our relational cords connect to our primary lifegivers, our mother and our father.
So all of our early childhood dynamics and teachings that were imprinted within us in our early childhood are held here in our heart.
This is also a wonderful opportunity for us to come into deep places of release, letting go of all of the old patterns of heartbreak, heartache, grief, loss, and betrayal.
We can let go of anything that is holding us back from living with our hearts as our true north.
We come into our heart center as the source of all creation and as our inner GPS and guiding force in our life, it is also the access point to the zero point field, the dimension of limitless creation and so this is incredibly important as we are elevating our consciousness.
We are evolving collectively and from the planetary perspective as well that we can come into the heart space from the perspective of intentional creation to create a life beyond limitation and so that will be of course, one of the beautiful invitations and intentions.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Rose medicine is one of unconditional love. It draws us deeply into our sacred human hearts to offer its accepting embrace.
Opening us to new understandings of forgiveness, and compassion with such gentleness, true rose otto is one of the most remarkable heart medicines.

Crystal Alchemy:
Emerald medicine invites us to create life from the energy of effortless intention. Raw emeralds can be quite affordable and still hold the frequency of the high heart.
This gem draws us deep into our heart space and stabilizes the access points around the zero-point field, the dimension of limitless creation. It aligns us with the cosmic heart of The One, and the very heart of Mother Earth, Goddess Gaia.
Visualization:
Place one drop of rose otto on the left palm of your hand, which receives higher frequency, and take a deep breath in and know that as you're inhaling it, you are making a new connection in the brain.
You're creating a new memory cell within the brain. You're opening the auric field. You're opening your chakras and your meridian points as well.
So breathe in and invite in the clarity of your intention to intertwine around the aromatic molecules. Inviting your heart to open, to receive, to release, to embrace, to accept, to honor and hold a space of compassion for the entirety of your journey thus far.
We work with emerald tonight because it is an incredibly multidimensional gem of heart-centered expansion and it aligns us not only within the very center of our sacred human heart, but with the heart of the cosmos and the heart of mother earth.
So just inviting your breath to ease in and out from the lower belly, just allow any stress or tension from the day, from the week, from this moment in time to dissipate and dissolve around you into light.
And bring your awareness on your next breath to the dantian point about an inch and a half below the navel to your energetic core, allowing your breath to center into this part of your body.
Now envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantian down through the root.
Opening and expanding simultaneously down each leg out through the souls of the feet, which open and expand as all three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink.
Moving down effortlessly layer by layer, down to the very center of Mother Earth.
Connecting in with the core crystal at this center of the earth, vibrant levels of amber life force begin to move back up through your heart line, back up through the earth.
Through the earth star chakra back up through the legs, the root to the dantian, which begins to pulsate now with this revitalization strengthening each and every one of the trillions of cells within your body. Each begins to enliven and glow in this amber light, each cell strengthening in fortification from this renewed frequency from Gaia, our earth mother, the sacred sanctuary that is our home.
As this amber life force moves up through the torso, energizing the digestive organs, diaphragm, moving up into the chest. Through the neck, mouth, sinuses, amber life force revitalizing for blood, bone, marrow and through the eyes, the brain, all systems of the brain nourished by this amber light.
Amber light now moves up through the crown of the head, beaming all the way up through the higher levels, through the throne of divine consciousness, which begins to rain down bold, sacred geometric formations. Pulsating spheres of gold light begin to encapsulate your auric field.
Feel a sense of elongation within your spine and vertical power current. These golden rays of illumination of grace, of divine communion begin to permeate through your skin, into the blood and all systems and organs of the body, blessing the entirety of your physical and nonphysical bodies with this rarefied frequency of golden divine light.
Illumination comes in through each cell into the very center, into and through the portal of your DNA and blood lines, mother line, father line, divine blessings of golden light, and grace.
On your next breath in, the golden spheres that surround you begin to spin more rapidly. Three main spheres of light encompass you, one sphere around the upper part of your auric field and torso to the head.
One sphere from here, from the torso down the left side, left leg encompassing the auric field as well and one sphere from the torso down the right leg and each level of the field.
These golden spheres begin to spin more rapidly and you may feel yourself swirling as if you are in the center of an enormous vortex of golden light.
This vortex and spheres now begin to shift in color to emerald green, carrying the vibrational patterning of emerald and their speed begins to spin again, more rapidly.
Breathe, open, allow the vibrational frequency of emerald to ease and deepen your sense of receptivity as we call forth each individual I AM presence, highest self or spiritual teachers, guides, guardians. All benevolent, cosmic and earthly allies are of multidimensional allies in form and beyond.
We call for the angels of the zero point field to stabilize the access point to the dimension of limitless creation. Breathe into the very center of your heart space and through the opening of your heart.
We cross through the threshold of the Beloved, the Holy of Holies.
In the center of your heart space, this emerald crystalline chamber of such exquisite beauty, love, warmth, familiarity, home, continue to breathe into your heart space as your soul begins to open and expand.
What is it that you have come into this life to understand about love and relationships?
In what ways have you withheld your love? Your compassion, your care from yourselves and from each other?
Drink in the rays of light into all of these places deep within you, held from your soul to your cells and through your bloodlines.
Through the auspices of the I AM that I AM and of the Mahatma, the source of unconditional love from the cosmic perspective, we invite the highest level of vibrational patterning to restore the original blueprint that we have come Into and through creation to embody here in this life.
Where can you offer yourself and another forgiveness and release?
Through the I AM that I AM, you may call forth any individual that you long to heal the hurt between your heart and their heart.
They may be family members, ancestors, friends, children, spouses, colleagues, and perhaps even strangers that come before you now for this relational healing. To call forth the frequency of the Mahatma and pink and platinum light, to run between each individual as they come before you for healing and release forgiveness and acceptance, love, and compassion, understanding and fullness.
You may feel movement in the center of your heart or auric field as each healing becomes complete. The cording may reposition, recalibrate, or may release completely, fully, not from a cord that has been cut, still pulling energy from each individual. When the karma is complete, you may call forth for the release of all karmic entanglements and for the full assimilation of the soul level teaching that is here for you.
Breathe deeply as these rays of light continue to activate throughout your field and cellular consciousness.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness. Invite a life force of roles and we invite the fullness of your medicine, your light, your love, your frequency into and through our hearts, to and through the entirety of our beings to, and through all time and no time, all dimensions, all realities.
Through each bloodline, bathing each lineage in unconditional love and forgiveness. We actuate this at a potency of 10 mm now. Feel your field expand. Soul expands. Heart expands.
The entirety of this planet of humanity can be held within your sacred human heart. This is the source of all creation.
Breathe and recalibrate as each cell begins to shine like a brilliant emerald, your heart like an emerald palace.
Awaiting your sacred seeds of intention. What is it that you would like to plant within your heart and soul here and now?
Breathe deeply and listen. What is it that your heart speaks to you?
How can you invite more grace and gentleness within all your relationships?
Your love heals, transforms, creates, and nourishes. Everything.
Where are you called to shine this love right now?
Bring your awareness back to the emerald chamber within the center of your heart, offering a prayer of gratitude to all those relationships, all those souls that have come today for healing.
Invite a prayer of gratitude to yourself for your courage to stand tall with an open heart. This is the way forward.
Offer a breath of gratitude to all the beams of light present, blessing all the energies that have transformed and transmuted in the process.
When you are ready, take a deep breath of any oil left upon your hands to complete this circuit of light of healing. To close this memory cell forever held within your being, your heart, place your hands upon your heart as an honoring of the beauty, the blessedness, the grace, the gifts, the love that you have found within.
