Welcome to the High Vibrational Chakra Upgrade: Activate Your Authentic Voice. In this meditation series, we are bringing a lot of new high level light codes and even chakra reconfiguration. We are collectively experiencing many shifts and changes as we evolve on our personal and collective path of self mastery.
We bring our intention to the throat for authentic self-expression and speaking our truth. We long to be able to speak and express ourselves with strength and also grace. We long for the grace of being able to listen and truly hear. There is certainly potency in being a clear orator, but that's not the same as being in communion and deep communication with another. Communication is not just the speaking, the outward flow of energy, but it's the receiving and the listening too.
Consider too that the throat is also the channeling center. What do we have to do to be able to access the voice of truth within us, our higher power and/or our spiritual allies? To hear, we need to be able to listen fully, deeply.
What song have you come into this life to sing from the very depths of your soul?
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Forest mint medicine is invigorating and inspiring. Peppermint is an incredible aroma to encourage us to feel the freedom to speak our truth and come into deeper, authentic expression. It re-awakens the strength and force of light inside to liberate the places where we have stayed silent, small and in the dark. There is both a sense of power and playfulness in this plant, reminding us that strength doesn't always have to manifest in force. We can carry both strength and grace within us and our voice.
This aromatic also carries the frequency of earth magic. Imagine entering a pristine forest of fairies and elementals and all sorts of spirits that sing and delight in the presence of nature.
Crystal Alchemy:
Azumar medicine is fluid, dreamy and creative. It's a wonderful stone for accessing the dream states of intentional creation. Its easeful and high vibrational pattern encourages us to move beyond past patterns of limitation to see, hear and allow our authentic truth to emerge gracefully from deep within our soul. It invites us to hear and dance with that song that only we can sing. Azumar alchemy also connects us to the ancient knowledge keepers of the dolphin and whale to tap into higher planetary wisdom.
Visualization:
Place one drop of forest peppermint on the left palm of your hand, receive a higher frequency and take a deep breath in as you invite the clarity of your intention to intertwine around and through the aromatic molecules. Anchoring them through your brain and being, the fullness of your auric field. Inviting in the deepening of activation of your authentic voice. Inviting the breath to ease in and out of your lower belly, allowing any stress or tension from the day, the week, the times to dissipate and dissolve around you into light. Making sure your legs and arms are uncrossed, allowing your spine to be as straight as possible.
Bring your awareness to the dantian point about an inch and a half below your navel to your energetic core.
This is that single note that holds you in the perfection of form that you are. On your next breath in, envision a golden line of light that drops down from the very center of your dantian, down through your root, which opens and expands simultaneously down each leg. Down through the souls of the feet, which open and expand.
Opening your earth connections to bring in the sacred communion with mother Gaia, mother of all mothers who offers us her nurture’s embrace, fertile abundance and her strength and support in each and every moment. All three lines of light now converge at the earth star chakra and sink.
Laser line of light, moving down effortlessly and quickly through each layer, down to the very center of the earth, connecting in with the core crystal and feeling a sense, a sense of elongation.
In the lower part of your body and hair line, your line of effortless intention and revitalizing life force from mother earth and all deep shades of emerald begin to rush back up, energizing and enlivening each layer and level of your field in through the feet.
Each cell activating with the primal life force and fertility of mother earth, you may feel tingling in your auric field or in the lower parts of your body as this energy lesses and consecrates each cell, your blood, bone marrow with its rich green variations of light. Almost as if the most vibrant enormous and yet soft and gentle leaves and vines begin to encase your energy field, creating a forestry cocoon around you.
Breathe, open, receive this nurturing, revitalizing energy within each cell as simultaneously, this forestry cocoon begins to expand around your auric field.
And as you bring your awareness to this greenery around you, you see that an entire forest opens before you. The air is fresh, invigorating and livening, revitalizing and uplifting.
The green ray of light continues to move through each cell system, organ and energy center of the body. Lifting your vibration, cleansing, clearing, rebalancing. Every matrix into and through each cell particle, cell atomic structure into and through the portal of your DNA and each bloodline, mother line, father line.
Reconfiguring with this vibrational pattern from the very center of our cells, generations of density and draws are lifting and transmuting through this frequency.
You step forward now from your cocoon into this sacred ancient forest. A path made of azumar begins to glow below and before you with each step upon this path. Deeper into the forest, you feel such a sense of peace and familiarity.
There are greater levels of oxygen in the air. As you breathe and recalibrate, each step on the path of stones illuminates your field in this glowing light. The air is so fresh with each step forward and each breath you take, you are invited to release and let go of any place, pattern, thought, feeling, belief of constriction. The rare fight molecules in the air will lift the vibration and transmute these energies into nutrients to feed your soul.
Each experience you carry of memory, pattern, or image of being silenced, perceived or actual, each instant of feeling misaligned, misunderstood, misspoken will be transmuted into the greater wisdom of your soul expansion.
Each moment where you felt you could not truly express your authentic self may also be released and said energetically.
Breathe deeply as you feel your throat center expand. You may feel the desire to stretch, move your neck, open your jaw. You may feel your ears pop like when you are on a plane.
Breathe, open, expand.
Call forth the template of freedom in all its glory. Sovereignty is your birthright.
As you continue to walk ahead, there is a clearing in the forest and a great sea is before you. The aroma of the forest begins to mix with the saltiness in the air and your senses and cells are further in life and reinvigorated. Each cell expands to drink in this beautiful energy.
As you come closer to the shore, you see that very large pieces of azumar glowing in blue appear along the sand and a group of dolphins begins to come closer, beckoning you into the beautiful, warm, inviting sea.
Water is so clear, blessing your throat further, purifying and cleansing. All aspects of the past that no longer serve you, your past and all that you have carried through your lineage sets free for these blessed waters and frequencies into and through your cells, particles into and through your DNA and each bloodline frequency, continuing to lift.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of forest, and the cosmic pristine template of freedom. We invite the fullness of your medicine, your vibration, or pattern in your spirit and your light to anchor and actualize throughout the totality of our being through each and every cell molecule particle through our DNA and bloodlines. At a potency of 10 MM now.
Breathe, open, and continue to expand as you activate your communication and creative expression center.
Fully immersing yourself in this sea of sacred water, dolphins swimming around you, singing to you in invitation and activation.
What symphony has your soul come to sing in this life?
Multiple harmonics are simultaneously activating higher levels of light code throughout your being now.
You may feel a restructuring of your throat center, reconfiguring, recalibrating, elevating your frequency field. Expanding soul, expanding each energy center, expanding with this new level of light. Be in these beautiful frequencies with your dolphin.
All awakening the great joy of creativity within your spirit and your essence. The essence of divine spirit is encoded upon your breath. It comes through every articulation of your voice and light, your soul and the grace of spirit that moves through you to soar in ways that delight your heart, your soul.
Your song can be sung by no other.

As you come back to this time and space, when you're ready, take a deep breath of the aromatic left on your hands. Completing this circuit of light of healing of memory forever held within you. You can access it at any time by inhaling the same aroma.
