Welcome to the High Vibrational Chakra Upgrade series. Today we journey into the Manipura center, our solar plexus, and this meditational journey is all about embracing new levels of our empowerment. And so, as we know that the solar plexus is not only the gateway to the mental body, it is directly connected to our digestive organs - to not only our immunity and our intuition, but also to mental clarity, focus and memory. When we're working with our solar plexus, it's not just about digestion of food or even ideas, but also the assimilation. So we can take either the nutrients or the wisdom from the experience and incorporate it into the fullness of who we are.
And the solar plexus is also where we hold all of the energies of past power struggles, especially from our early family, early childhood dynamics. Those power struggles between our primary caregivers, mother and father, and ways that we didn't feel that we could fully be our biggest and brightest selves.
And that is what is called for right now, from each and every one of us. So we can evolve into the full potential that we are, that is held deep within our beings, from our soul to ourselves and our DNA.
So today, when we’re working within the solar plexus, we're going to be doing a lot of relational cord work, a lot of dismantling of old energetic configurations and templates where we've either experienced power struggles or we've shrunk back into ourselves and dimmed our light.
Can anyone relate to that? Dimming your light, dimming the magnitude of your brightness, your brilliance, your magnificence. That you have unique energy, essence, and light that only you can bring to the world, to your own healing journey, and ultimately through that what you can bring in support of the greater good of all.
So tonight we'll be carving out new, beautiful, bright aspects of who we are and bringing them to the surface through the support of the great central sun and all of our benevolent allies, cosmic and earthly.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Palo santo medicine purifies, protects and blesses. Known as ‘holy wood’ in South America, this aromatic is one of potent transmutation. Permeating core patterns of distortion and dysfunction, palo santo invites us to clear tangled relational cords and heavy emotions of the past. Call upon its alchemy when you are ready to purge the old ways of staying small in life and to open and bless your path forward.
Crystal Alchemy:
Amber medicine is deeply mystical. It is also one of transmutation. Similar to how amber often forms with insects or plant matter, this resin has the ability to act similarly to encapsulate, and then transmute these energies that no longer serve us as we come into a deeper place of surrender to our own sovereign and divine light. Call upon amber alchemy to remind you of your innate mystical gifts and the brightness of your light.
Visualization:
Place one drop of Palo Santo on the left palm of your hand which receives higher energies and then take a deep breath in. As we're inhaling, we're making the nose and the olfaction to the brain, amygdala, limbic connection. We’re creating a new circle of light. We're creating a new memory cell. The essential oils pass through the blood brain barrier to offer the fullness of their vibration, their vibrational pattern, their essence, their quintessence, as well as their chemicals into our system from a medicinal perspective.
We’re also opening the auric field. So you can envision not only your field opening and your cells opening, but that solar plexus area opening as well with the invitation. What is your invitation for this meditation journey? In what areas of your life do you long to come into new levels of empowerment? How do you long to carve out your niche in the world?
So go ahead and take a deep breath in, inviting your breath to deepen and ease out of the lower belly. Bringing your awareness to the dantian point about an inch and a half below your navel to your energetic core.
Sometimes referred to as a power point in martial arts, just envisioning a sphere of light at the dantian and this sphere and the frequency that it emits is unique to you.
So as you’re inviting a breath to ease in and out of this part of your body, it's allowing any stress or tension from the day, from the week, from this life to dissipate and dissolve into light around you.
You can anoint your crystal and you can hold it. If you're laying down, you can place it on your body, in the area of the solar plexus or manipura and you may even begin to feel energy moving in this part of your body.
Invite the breath into this part of your body, bringing a sense of ease to your digestive system and bringing some love into these organs of your body, that work so diligently throughout each day, each moment of your life since you entered it.
And on the next breath envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of the dantian down through your roots. Opening and expanding simultaneously down each leg out through the souls of the feet, which open and expand in turn.
Expanding to drink in the light and connection of Mother Earth.
Now all three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink, this laser golden line of light shooting down effortlessly through each layer and level of the earth.
As you, deep in your relaxation and receptivity, receive the nurturing support of mother Gaia, mother of all mothers.
Sinking into the sanctuary that is our home. Body further relaxes, the mind and heart open. Nervous system regulates and connects with the core crystal of the earth.
And we come in to bring our consciousness to rest here into this beautiful amber chamber of crystalline light that emanates rich and warm golden rays of light.
And you feel every cell in your body, deep in its state of receptivity.
Our group encircles a warm, inviting fire. Filled with sacred wood of palo santo, sweet smoke fills the chamber and an amber orb of light begins to encircle our group as a sphere.
This amber sphere begins to elevate the group far above the sacred fire until you feel the slightest warming sensation at the souls of your feet. Like a gentle, warm caress.
Now your line of sight appears to overlook a beautiful green valley, waterfalls in the distance and yet you are perfectly and comfortably suspended in this amber sphere of light. Gaze upward now as an enormous bald eagle comes to sit at the top of the amber sphere, holding your fields in great protection, great wisdom and great strength.
Breathe and take a moment to invite the warmth of the smoke from the sacred fire to permeate the soles of your feet as the light of purification from palo santo moves up through your field, blood, bone and marrow.
Simultaneously opening the crown and higher centers to receive the blessing, protection, strength and wisdom of this beautiful eagle, you may feel tingling at the top of your head, moving down through your skull.
Each center, each cell, each article bathing in the blessed presence of plant kingdom, mineral kingdom, animal kingdom.
Breathe, open, invite this blessed presence into the totality of your being, field and centers, recalibrating spine and vertical power current elongating and hara line reconfiguring.
And from high to the realms, we open a new level of alignment with the great central sun.
Breathe as the purification from the sacred fire moves up through your field and soles of your feet throughout your body, nurturing warm light of the amber crystalline sphere and livening each cell.
Within your sacred being, equal blessings pour down through your crown and each layer of your field in preparation for these frequencies, from the great central sun and source light.
Moving down through your solar plexus. Front center, back center, into the very center of your vertical power, current and bathing all the organs in your digestive system with this light.
Now before an amber sphere about the size of your fist begins to oscillate in the front of your solar plexus, you feel the loving presence of your highest self, your I Am presence, your spiritual teachers guide, your new guides, guardians, angels, and allies.
All the cosmic and earthly benevolent forces of light surrounding you, inspiring you and encouraging you to let go of all the old ways of being small, of having to fight for your place in the world from the schoolyard to the dinner table, to the board room, to the known and unknown establishment. It is time to lay down the sword of war, power over and under, the distortions within your field, your family, your core, those distortions and struggles of power within your DNA, your lineage you are called to emerge and clear as you stand in the strength of your brightest biggest, most brilliant self. All else may be offered into this amber sphere, oscillating in front of your solar plexus, where it will be encased and blessed and transmuted by the sacred fires of palo santo.
You may see that as you release these energies, these old images, these old constructs patterning thoughts, emotions, beliefs, the brightness of your essence, your quintessence that the gold that is within you begins to emerge and rush forward with such strength, magnificence.
You may envision yourself larger than life as if your physicality is a many storied building. Invite your light to expand as big, as bright as it longs to.
You may feel emotion come to the surface that too can be placed into the amber for transmutation. There is no limit to what you may release.
It is you that is stepping forward into the infinite truth of who you are. Feel your organs bathing in this amber light, all heaviness being transmuted and vast amounts of space being open and activated within you for your creations.
What is it that you have come to create in a powerful way? Power that is balanced emanates integrity and purpose. Continuing to invite these depths within you to open and allow your light to shine, you will begin to glow from the inside out and your glow, your light, your brilliance, your empowerment will inspire all those around you.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of amber and palo santo and we invite the fullness of your medicine, your spiritual vibrational pattern, your light, your love to move through our power center. Actualizing through each and every cell down to and through the particle level, through the portal of our DNA and each bloodline - mother line and father line.
Returning to balanced power. All else transmuting at a potency of 10 MM now.
Breathe into the solar plexus. You may feel energy, quickening and moving. You may feel tingling. You may feel an area where the energy moves very quickly and an area where it is a little more slow. It is all perfect. You’re liberating your light and your power within your sacred promise of balance, integrity, clarity and strength. Your entire physicality is a scepter of brilliant golden light.
You are the might and the power of divine love, light and wholeness. As you finish sending frequencies into the orb of amber, before your solar plexus, an orb now descends beneath you and is offered into the sacred fire of transmutation. Sweet smoke of palo santo, swirling and twirling around you and the amber sphere that holds your group, the sacred bald eagle now brings its gaze directly to you.
And in this one moment, all is understood. You may feel tingling in your torso as your energy centers are recalibrating with this new level of light. Blessed eagle goes back to the unmanifest and the amber sphere begins to descend back to the ground within the sacred chamber of amber crystal, taking a few deep breaths to recalibrate to these new energies.
Acknowledging yourself as a scepter of divine light and sovereignty, the entirety of your being. Offer a great breath of gratitude to the blessed, beautiful, and bright being that you are, thanking all the allies present with us.
The presence of the animal, mineral, plant kingdoms, and we offer this healing to all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet.
When you're ready, take a deep breath of any oil left on your hand to complete the circuit of light healing. This new memory is held forever within you, bringing your consciousness back to the present moment.
