Our meditation this evening is on integration. This is our final meditation journey of the Life Pulse series.
The past few meditations have been incredibly potent. Today we will weave together all the new levels of learning and integrate the experiences of the past to elevate our magnetic point of vibration and attraction to higher levels of consciousness.
This is just a rare time on our planet, we have the tangible opportunity to harness the intangible forces of benevolence and quantum leap along our own spiral of healing and awakening.
Integration is a key element to bring coherence and cohesion to our life and energy systems. This is the path to uplevel and unlock our vantage point of human potential, personally and collectively.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Buddha wood medicine is one of profound peace. It creates an immediate shift in brain waves, relaxing our body-mind into a state of receptive calm.
Buddha wood invites us to a place of deep presence and tranquility drawing our energy inward at the dantian, our energetic core, strengthening our connection with our physicality, and with every dimension of who we are and what we're bringing to the world.
This Australian aromatic comes from the heartwood and bark of the tree and is exceptional for use in sacred intentions of rebirth and the reconciliation of soul and personality level dilemmas.
Buddha wood does smell somewhat similar to sandalwood, but it is a little bit more floral or smoky, a little bit more expansive where sandalwood is really about that alignment. Buddha wood really comes in an expansive way but then grounds us in a deeper place of tranquility.
Crystal Alchemy:
Fossil de Palenque medicine is ancient and deeply integrative. Through the intricacy of patterning within this mineral you can see a weaving together of more minute aspects. Through integration, we reconcile our past experience with our newfound realizations. Universal understanding opens within us at a core level energetically, and also personally. Just as Mother Earth is upgrading her frequency, we are collectively moving through our own phases of deeper awakening and elevation of consciousness.
We can have all of these wonderful spiritual awakenings and if we don't come into grounded transmutation and transformation, not only at the subconscious level of our patterning, but within harmonizing our personality aspects, how can we be that change that we long to see in our lives or in the lives around us?
Visualization:
Place a drop of buddha wood on the left palm of your hand, and take a deep breath in inviting the clarity of your intention to intertwine around and through these beautiful aromatic allies, molecules, and open a new circuit of light, a new memory cell, a new cell sphere of healing of frequency.
In your brain and your being, inviting the fullness and the rich medicine and spirit and vibration of the aromatic to fill you, bless you and harmonize each cell within your being.
We aligned for the most benevolent outcome for quantum integration, within the totality of our beingness.
We invoke our highest selves, our I am presences calling for our spiritual teachers, guides, guardians, our guardian angel, the angels of the four directions.
Raphael, Micheal, Gabriel and Uriel to stabilize this alchemical container of light and the highest vibrational patterning available to us right here right now.
We call forth the Angels of the zero point field to stabilize the access point to the Temple of the Beloved.
Take a deep breath into the dantian, about an inch and a half below your navel. This beautiful light and frequency that only you carry and bring in a breath to ease in and out through your energetic core.
Inviting the fullness of your breath, where expansion comes through each inhalation, each exhalation.
And we pause in stasis and exhalation, contraction and anchoring all of our light in a new way.
And then stasis, inviting the breath to become rhythmic and to deepen your relaxation and any tension to dissolve around you into light.
And on your next breath envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien down to the root that softens and opens simultaneously down each leg. Out through the soles of the feet which open and expand all three lines of light converging of the earth star chakra, and sink.
Opening your receptivity to receive the blessed communion, the presence of Mother Earth, rich fertility, nurturing, inviting this strength and rejuvenation to fill your being to revitalize each cell as you continue to sink. Ease into communion with the core crystal at the very center of Mother Earth. Bringing your consciousness to rest here.
And as you bring your awareness to your surroundings, you see yourself in a beautiful valley.
High mountains and cliffs made of this rare and unique stone of dark and light brown waterfalls reach from high in the sky.
Heights seemingly unimaginable and yet so familiar to you, exotic birds fill this valley, the warmth of the sun moves down upon you and you feel as if you are held in Mother Earth, they are very bright colors.
In a circle, this grew from a very high level in great, protective blessing. They invite your spirit to soar with them.
You gaze up at these cliffs of this structured rock, mineral formation, vibrant multicolored rays of light begin to gleam down upon you.
Breathe, open, allow.
Allow your soul to expand in the fullness of remembrance. Remembrance of what it is you have come into this life to do, to live, understand, create, express, embody.
Our gaze now is gone to the center of this sacred circle, where a fire is burning. Aromas of deep woods permeate.
Your senses invite your cells to open. This is a time of reconciliation and rebirth. Reconciling any places that have incongruence, conflict or disharmony, or disease within your multidimensional, multifaceted, holistic being.
The sound of the birds, the waterfall, the warmth of the sun, the calling within your soul.
The longing for cohesion within your personalities, male, female, child, your lineage level DNA healing that you have come into this life to transmute and unlock is all coming into a great coherence throughout your being.
Breathe into the knowing that you are part of everything that you are experiencing in this sacred valley, held at the center of the earth and also held within each cell of your body containing the code to recreate and co-create heaven upon earth.
Breathe in the great harmony and harmonic resonance of all of the elements here, the greenery, the plants, the water, the rarefied air, the minerals, the animal kingdom, all kingdoms present in harmony.
Breathe in the harmonic resonance of this into and through your field and throughout your cells, your blood, bone, marrow, organs, gland system.
And we open our hearts to this magnificent vision living here and now, bigger and part of you within each cell and you part of it, all parts of the continuum of life, unfolding in divine perfection before you.
A golden orb of light begins to come down from the higher realms into this blessed valley and begins to isolate. Just above the group golden rays of light begin to emanate, and as each ray comes into contact with your field, a higher level of alignment anchors deep within your core.
We call for the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Buddha wood and fossil de palenque.
And we invite the fullness of your activation, your light, your love, your frequency.
Your magnificence to anchor and actualize each cell, each molecule, each particle image structure down to and through to the quartile of our DNA and each bloodline, bringing this deep coherence to reconcile throughout.
Each layer, each level, each particle through all the time, you know, time, all aspects, all dimensions, all reality at a potency of 10mm now.
You may hear your allies and winged creatures cry out in celebration of this new level of re-birth.
Breathe, align, recalibrate.
You may feel the need to shift your physicality.
You may feel an expanse of weight lifting out from you and around you.
As these high levels of light move through each center, each meridian, each cell, root opens and expands to commune with earth and all kingdoms of life in this new recognition of who you truly are and why you have come most magnificently.
Perfectly with each and every step here and now, breathe and continue to recalibrate.
You may feel vertebrae fall into place with this new level of alignment, integration, and soul level reconciliation.
When you’re ready, leave an energetic offering, blessing of gratitude to the sacred fire and carry the vision of its glorious earthy beauty and harmony and coherence deep within your heart.
When you're ready, take a deep breath in of any oil left on your hands to complete this circuit of light of healing, to close this new memory cell forever held within the macrocosm of great, great love.
