Welcome to the Life Pulse Series: Stasis meditation. We have moved through the phases of the life pulse that are found, not only within us, but also throughout nature: the cosmos, through the earth, in particular through our breath.
Consider how we can presence ourselves through our breath, even after we leave our meditation group and go back to our day to day life.
When we think of expansion, which was one of the first meditations that we did, where we're not only expanding our frequency, our life force beyond what is known, but we're also bringing in the prana and the life force and the oxygen right through the inhalation.
Through the exhalation, we find contraction. The integration, bringing back in all of the new experiences, the new energy, the new intelligence, and grounding that into our core. In between each phase, there is stasis of assimilation.
Tonight's exploration is one of stasis, stillness and quietude. Stasis is so critical because it is where we are able to assimilate. When we're able to assimilate all of the experiences, the newness, not only of this moment, but of everything that we've experienced up to this moment in time, that assimilation allows us to lift to the next level, it's critical to our evolutionary path of self-mastery.
I invite you to this beautiful place of quietude of stillness.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Our essential oil for this evening is going to be clary sage. For those of you that are new to this oil, it is a beautiful oil for so many things, but it has this almost hypnotic quality about it. To bring us into the pause right into the quietude, into a sense of stillness.
It's also an incredible oil, not just for the nervous system for relaxation and balancing, but also for hormonal balancing and to activate that deeper connection with the wise one within us, in particular, through our feminine archetype and feminine aspects that we all have, whether we are male or female. it's a wonderful aromatic to bring that energy of honoring back to the divine feminine within us.
Crystal Alchemy:
For our crystal tonight, we're going to be working with shungite. To me, when I work with shungite, it takes me immediately to a Tibetan temple of meditation and a great profound resonance of stillness, that profound space, where everything exists. You can envision yourself working with shungite, even if you don't have the stone with you.
Visualization:
Add one drop of clary sage essential oil to the left palm of your hand, and go ahead and take a deep breath in, inviting the totality of your being to be here now to simply invite in the presence of ease, grace, and flow.
On your next breath in, invite in the clarity of your intention-perhaps it is to deepen the stillness, the quietude within your being and within each cell, perhaps it is a quantum shift of assimilation for everything that you experienced to this moment in time, perhaps it is something completely and entirely different.
Invite in your intention and invite it to wrap around and through the aromatic molecules, making a connection in the brain, opening a new circuit of light and new cell of memory, flooding your system, your cells, your brain, your blood, with a fullness of vibration, of light, of healing.
Inviting the breath now to sink into your dantien about an inch and a half below your navel, to your energetic core.
And let's invite a golden line of light to drop down from the very center of your dantien.
Moving down through the root, which opens like a beautiful lotus flower and invites the beloved presence of Mother Earth to rise up and meet you as you sink in connection.
Golden lines of light also drop down through the legs out through the soles of the feet, which open and expand and your entire physicality softens, opens.
All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sink down layer by layer level by level to the core of mother earth, connecting into the core crystal at the center of the earth.
And allow your system to recalibrate to the vast resource of support, of nurturance, of strength, of abundance and fertility that is felt here.
It's now through your breath, inviting this energy to move back up through your hara, your line of intentionality.
And inviting now to move back up through the earth, into your auric field and physicality, this revitalizing strength from mother earth.
You are held in the great embrace of Mother Earth, mother of all mothers.
Mother, from which all mothers upon this planet have come from.
All the mothers through your lineage, through both bloodlines offering blessing, honoring.
And now in the very center of the group appears a triangular formation of shungite, a great mineral of strength, protection, and profound peace.
As you bring your awareness to this stone, it begins to expand, to completely hold the group within it.
Presencing your focus on the breath, expanding through your inhalation and contracting through the exhalation and feel who stillness within stasis.
Breathe in, finding the point of stillness and breathe out.
As you continue to follow the waves of your breath, expansion, on the breath in: pulling reaching through the cosmos, pulling the pinna and life force back down and to your cells in the contraction.
Grounding into the earth.
This enormous formation of shungite begins to lift and move and it feels most natural.
You begin to move through the atmosphere, with great grace, moving above the continents and we come to oscillate and vibrate all over the continent of Asia.
High in the Himalayas to the etheric retreat of Maitreya, great cosmic being and teacher of light.
We begin to connect in with the frequency of this etheric lodge of light and great spiritual teaching and as you move through each wave of your breath, your field begins to calibrate to the sacred teachings and flame of great wisdom that is held here.
Although we are held within the shungite stone, there is an enormous white flame held at the center of your group, white light begins to emanate to, and from each of the trillions of cells within your body.
Higher energy centers begin to activate and re-align within your field of white light.
Breathe, open, allow. Your breath will assist the recalibration of these frequencies within your cellular consciousness and DNA now.
And you are plunged into the perfect stillness and quietude of this temple of light.
You may feel your heart expand in the great remembrance of who you truly are and the infinite potential held within you.
As your heart continues to open and expand this sacred white flame of wisdom is re-ignited within you. This flame expands to encompass your physical and non-physical body and dissolves through transmutation all that you are ready to let go.
You will now carry this flame within you. Through your love, through your heart, through your presence, through the new openness of your mind, you will activate others in their own remembrance of the One, of the All and of everything moving through the waves of expansion, contraction, then the profound presence of stillness. All potential is held within the stasis, it is here that we find another door to the zero point field of limitless creation. All of creation is held within your heart.
It is here that all wisdom from lineage, bloodlines, soul, assimilates and expands its connection to, and through your soul family and then to, and through the well of humanity and we all lift.
We elevate, we evolve. Deep places of remembrance are awakened within you.
Doors of universal wisdom and knowledge are opening to you once again.
Breathe fully into each cell, breath fully igniting the flame of wisdom and purity, on your next breath in offer, a breath of gratitude to thIs sacred retreat to which you can return to the great members of the Council of Light. To Maitreya who offers continued connection to you and our shungite travels back to this moment here in time. This reality, this point of earth time.
We bow in blessing and gratitude to each and every member of our group, those here now, those that shall come in the future. Those that have come in the past, we bless you all in the name of the one.
Take a deep breath and any oil left on your hand to complete this memory cell. This circle of light, this vibrational sequence of activation and we offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this blessed planet, we call home, plant, mineral, animal, human, all moving to the life pulse of remembrance to wholeness.
So be it.
