Welcome to the first meditation in our High Vibrational Chakra Upgrade Series: Release and Reconnect. This is not your basic chakra balancing meditation. We are in this time of great evolution on the planet and we are constantly evolving just as mother earth is. We have an opportunity to completely up level our chakras and disconnect from any of the older frequency patternings, templates from the 3D kind of mechanism or matrix, so we can move into the multi-dimensional truth of who we are, which are creator beings and come into a new place of empowerment and create a life beyond any limitation.
This meditation journey will focus on the root center and physical embodiment. All it means to be in this body, in this life, in this family of origin at this juncture of time and space and everything from our tribal connections, our commitments to incarnating. And what it means to be fully here and fully stepping into our soul purpose, our soul mission and our soul path.
We will be releasing any of the old patterns and templates and connections that no longer serve us, not only from our own field, from our own soul to our cells, but also our lineage, that which has been carried throughout our DNA, but also held in the collective consciousness of the planet.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Vetiver medicine is rich and earthly. This aromatic supports a balanced emotional nature and a calm mind. Deeply grounding, vetiver reminds us of the nurturing strength and support of Mother Earth. It offers a smoky, woody aromatic profile and offers a rapid regulation of the nervous system. It is potent alchemy for stress and feelings of disconnection from the earth, ourselves and each other. Call upon vetiver medicine to ease anxiousness and to sink into the expansive and abundant nature of your earth connection.
Crystal Alchemy:
Septarian medicine is unique and deeply connective. This stone looks like a tortoise shell with colors ranging from cream to light and dark browns. Its medicine encourages us to journey deep into pristine pockets of the Earth where purity and perfect harmony are held sacred. Call upon its mystical alchemy to source a new level of connection with the Earth and your own perfected blueprint of creation for this life.
Visualization:
Place one drop of vetiver on the left palm of your hand. The left hand is your receptive hand and the palms are like these incredible vortexes or vacuums to absorb not only the biochemical aspect of the oil, but the vibration as well. Then rub your hands together and take a deep breath in and just invite your breath to center in the lower belly.
Invite in the clarity of your intention and know that as you're inhaling the aromatic, you are creating a new circuit of light within your brain, a new memory cell within your brain.
You're opening your auric field, your chakras, your meridian points, those tiny chakras.
The molecular nature and the lipid nature of the essential oils pass through the blood-brain barrier to offer the full gamut of this vibration and medicine to your body, your mind, your spirit, and also can penetrate through the cell wall to offer their phytonutrients to each and every one of the trillions of cells within your body.
These are the most potent forms of plant medicine.
We work with vetiver today because it is a deeply grounding aromatic, and it also is a very calming connecting aroma.
Inviting your breath now to deepen as we align for the most benevolent outcome for this meditation in sacred space, we call forth the highest frequency of light and love and our spiritual teachers, allies, guardians, guardian angels and our I AM presence to bless and protect us to illuminate our highest path of purpose.
On your next breath bring your awareness to the dantien point about an inch and a half below your navel to your energetic core.
Invite the breath to ease in and out of this area and invite any stress or tension from the day or from the week or from the times to dissipate and dissolve around you into light.
And on your next breath in, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantien down through your root, which begins to open and simultaneously down each leg, out through the soles of your feet, chakras open, and all three lines of light converging at the earth star chakra and sink.
Sinking effortlessly layer by layer, level by level, bringing your consciousness to rest at the very center of the earth.
Opening you a deeper state of relaxation.
Muscles soften, opening the mind, heart and body.
We call forth the presence of the angels of the four directions to stabilize and bless this sacred journey.
Rafael in the direction of east and the element of air, sacred sound, sacred thought, protection of our winged allies and eagles, welcome.
And the direction of south Archangel Micheal and your legions of light, the element of fire, sacred transformation and transfiguration, the energy of the Phoenix of rebirth. Welcome.
In the direction of west Archangel Gabriel and the element of water, sacred fluid bodies upon mother Gaia of deep emotional cleansing purification and tranquility, the sacred knowledge keepers of dolphin and whale. Welcome.
In the direction of north Archangel, Uriel and the element of the earth, the sacred ground beneath our feet, of structure, strength, protection, abundance and great nurturance, the energy of the elementals who reminds us to sing and dance and play. Welcome.
Bring your awareness to this sacred chamber in the very center of the earth, all crafted from septarian stone that comes from deep within the earth. Varying colors of brown, gray, tortoise shell-like.
You may hear a very low resonance or hum or vibration that drops you deeper within.
Before you now steps forward one of your spiritual teachers, guides or guardians, this being may be incredibly familiar, open your heart to their loving connection and presence.
As you bring your awareness to your root, your earth connection center. This center is known as Muladhara in Sanskrit. Breathe into this center, as we invite the loving presence of your ancestors from each bloodline, mother line, father line. Those ancestors from your mother line will begin to come to your left side and those ancestors from your father's bloodline on your right.
Breathe, open, allow.
Your guide may start a dialogue or begin to show you places within your being, within your soul, within your past, within your bloodlines that you have come into this life to transmute and release for yourself, your lineage and for the evolution of humankind and Mother Earth.
You may feel energies begin to unravel, unwind in this area of your physicality.
Your ancestors are beginning to sway and send you love, strength and gratitude, for the courage and commitment of coming into this life and purpose unwinding places where you have felt bound, victimized. Where you have felt you haven't belonged, where you have carried this belief for lifetimes.
Imprints of violence or abuse, imprisonment, enslavement, injustice and insecurity about embodying the true brilliance that you are, the vast magnificent powerful being that you are.
Let these energies be released and absorbed by the stone and mineral of the septarian within this sacred chamber. As you feel your cells begin to open and energy being cleared through your bloodlines with the great blessing of your ancestors.
All of the tribes as sacred tribes that you have originated from in this life and beyond.
Let go and release to make way for the new earth, the new selves that we are birthing in this moment and the great abundance that is our birthright.
Claiming and commanding our sovereignty from this moment forward.
As you release, energies are transmuting, you may see your ancestors move back into the unmanifest.
As frequencies are clearing from your field and cellular consciousness, breathe, open, ignite the power within you to rise.
You may feel a reconfiguration or even a replacement of this energy center.
Your guide or a teacher or a guardian continues to work through your field and may still be communicating through imagery.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of vetiver and septarian and we invite the fullness of your light, migrational, patterning, your medicine. To anchor and actualize through each one of our cells down to and through the particle level, through the portal of our DNA and each bloodline mother line, fatherline.

Your breath expands. You may feel a sense of warmth or tingling in the lower part of your body.
Nervous system reconfiguring neuropathways realign. Bring your awareness back to your guide, guardian before you.
Who begins now to offer a blessing as this cycle of mentoring and support comes to close.
This being sends you so much love. Offer a breath of gratitude to them now for all of their gifts and blessings and protection up until this moment of your life.
And they step back into the unmanifest and a new individual or a group of guides come in, steps in front of you.
You may feel a new frequency move through the entirety of your field.
This individual or a group of beings may communicate with you telepathically through images, words, sound color sensations, and acknowledge the great work you have accomplished.
And the great work ahead.
Take a moment to open and calibrate your connection.
Perhaps pose a question or sentiment, invitation and align for your highest path and purpose to be illuminated, blessed and protected from this moment forward.
With great ease, great grace, great joy and great abundance, invite these beings and the universe at large to surprisingly delight you each day with signs, symbols, connections, messages, abundant blessings, and profound connection to Mother Earth for your communion and connection from this moment forward will deepen, will unfold in the most sacred of ways. Honor each step you take upon the earth our home, our sanctuary.
If you look, you can find beauty, magic and grace, everywhere.
Grace within the songbirds. Vibrancy and sweet aroma from the plants and trees.
Cool refreshing waters from the rains, the lakes and the seas.
Take the time to rest your body upon the earth and renew yourself, reawaken this light and truth within you.
The beauty of connection to the earth, to yourself and to each other.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. As all life is sacred, may the plant, mineral, animal and human kingdoms, all awaken and embody the spark of divinity and sovereignty that exists within us each and unites us as one. Always one, evolving, growing and becoming through our remembrance.
Take a deep breath of any oil left on your hands, completing the circuit of healing of life, completing this new memory self are you to come back to in the future by inhaling the same aromatic and we offer great gratitude to all of the beings. Teachers, angels, guides, our ancestors who survived so much so we could be here now and thrive together.
When you're ready, bring yourself back to the present moment.
