Welcome to the Seeds of the Spirit group and the Psychic Development series. In this meditation we will focus on increasing our intuition as a form of high sense perception.
Our meditation will center on Manipura, which is the Sanskrit name for the solar plexus chakra. Oftentimes, people don’t make a connection to the solar plexus for psychic development and psychic awareness. Yet it's a very important chakra because it connects into the high sense perception of intuition in the form of a vague sense of knowing.
The solar plexus chakra is the gateway to the mental body. Of course, it makes sense that this aspect of our field relates to intuition. It is important to note that this is different from the HSP of direct knowing, where you “just know” which is associated with the crown chakra. HSP from the solar plexus is more an experience of being guided to go or do something but you are not sure why, maybe a book, a call to someone you have not spoken to in awhile or the sense you need stop off at this coffee shop on the way to the office or what have you.
Then we get there and something else happens synchronistically and you have that AHA moment of connection. So this is a direct connection to the intuitive sense of high sense perception as it comes through the solar plexus.
The more that we clear and open through the layers, the more we're able to embody the higher light frequencies and our authentic truth. We're able to embody more of our essence and our soul's light through our being and, for the solar plexus, when we're talking about intuition, the more that we clear, the more that we're open, we open to these levels of intuitive knowing intuitive connection.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Lemon medicine clarifies, purifies, invigorates and activates multiple facets of body-mind with its bright, fresh citrus aroma. It offers great benefit to the digestive system, stimulating digestive function and secretions imperative to healthy nutrient assimilation and elimination. It has a similar effect energetically, clearing pathways for energy, thought and emotion to flow freely. Lemon alchemy is both inspirational and functional. Inspiring positive outlook and also mental focus and acuity, this oil is a must have for your aromatic arsenal.
With an affinity for the solar plexus center, lemon clears and strengthens the mental body, creating the conditions for intuitive connection. Other benefits include lymphatic drainage, circulation. Massage oils with lemon are very effective for cellulite reduction as well.
Crystal Alchemy:
Honey Calcite medicine supports the transmutation of outdated energetic patterns and mental constructs with its gentle and loving energy. Its alchemy helps to soften places of rigid thinking and negative self judgements imprinted in earlier life, opening our ability to perceive energy and intelligence beyond ourselves.
Honey calcite invites our awareness into unresolved child consciousness held in the solar plexus center. The gentle strength of honey calcite offers a healing balm. By softening the tangled energy in the solar plexus, this stone invites new possibilities for integration and empowerment.
The other stone, relatively unheard of, is called Gomed. This is a stone that comes from India. I don't happen to have it with me, but that's okay because we're going to work with the cosmic consciousness and vital life force. Gomed is a powerhouse of a crystal to clear the solar plexus, where we often carry a lot of the heavier energies and belief systems that are held through our bloodlines and DNA.
Gomed becomes a potent form of crystal alchemy to be able to transmute these denser frequencies from the field, aura, chakras, cellular consciousness, and through the DNAs.
Visualization:
Go ahead and place a drop of oil on the left palm, which receives a higher frequency. Take a nice deep breath in through your nose as you invite in the clarity of your intention.
We align with an overarching intention to open to deeper connections with our own high sense perception, intuitively, and to release any frequencies from the solar plexus, chakra, and Manipura that no longer serve the truth of who we are.
Know that as you're inhaling the aroma, a new circuit of light is being opened within your being, a new memory cell is being opened within your brain.
As you continue to breathe in, envision a warm and inviting lemon yellow orb of light that begins to pulsate right in front of your solar plexus, so beautifully bright.
This orb begins to pulsate at a higher frequency, and begins to expand until it fully encapsulates your physical body and each and every level of your auric field.
Begin to breathe in this lemon yellow color. Even if you haven't inhaled the lemon before this session, you'll begin to sense the freshest, brightest aroma of lemon, as if there are hundreds of lemons that surround you.
Fresh, clean, invigorating, and uplifting.
On your next breath in, you begin to notice that at the very center of our group, is a sandy path.
Now, you begin to notice a large body of water in front of you, beautiful azure in color, calm, and clear.
As you approach the water’s edge, the warmth of the sand invites you to sit and lay down upon it.
The warmth of the sun begins to beam down upon your body and directed upon the solar plexus as if these bright, beautiful, warm rays of sunshine are beaming directly to and through the solar plexus.
You may feel a sense of warmth moving through your body, you may feel energies moving in the solar plexus.
We invite you to allow all frequencies that are no longer in alignment with your truth, the light and wisdom of your soul, and the sacred contract of your soul mission in this life to be released.
Invite these frequencies, rays of healing and clearing light into all of the organs of the digestive system in particular the liver and stomach.
Old emotional patterns of anger and injustice that have been turned inward can be let go now.
Any lower frequencies of discord and disharmony within your relationships may also be transmuted by these rays of light as you are ready to release them.
Envision these beautiful, healing waves of water coming in, to carry out all frequencies of cognitive dissonance to sea.
The waves wash away any lack of trust in yourself, lack of trust in your power, in your light, and in your ability to know what is true for you.
Breathe, open, release.
Invite the frequency to move through and bring great clarity to all organs within the digestive system to clear and transmute any patterns of disharmony in relationship.
Lemon, gomed, honey calcite.
We invite your cosmic consciousness, your vital life force to move through each cell particle and structure to and through the portal of our DNA, through each bloodline, motherline, fatherline, and the opening of your innate mystical gifts and intuition at a potency of 10 mm, now.
Golden rays of light from the sun transmute all energies you are ready to release from the center. New levels of opening and awakening are unfolding within each cell.
Feel the solar plexus open and expand. Allow your mental body to reconfigure and restructure lines of light within that layer of your field.
Feel the harmonic resonance of frequency and light.
Breathe deeply as you begin to feel as if there is a bright and beautiful sun within your solar plexus.
A frequency on the great central sun is lifting your vibration to the light.
Breathe as you recalibrate and become the rays of sunlight, beaming as if each cell is a microcosm of the great central sun.
Breathe deeply as this newfound sense of strength floods your being, empowering and illuminating your path as you receive new levels of intuition and guidance of your highest path.
You have so many allies of light.
Benevolent forces of light await your call, communion, and invitation.
Invite them to shine the great light upon you, aligning with the great flow of synchronistic connections, each one, a stepping stone for the next.
All through your invitation and vibrational alignment are magnetized by the brilliant, magnificent light within you.
Align yourself, open yourself, receive and claim your light and your magnificent nature of being from this moment forward in a new and brighter way.
Breathe and dance in the delight of who you truly are in all of your strength, magnificence, perfect imperfections, and all of your glory.
Continue to release any last frequencies to the sea, allowing the rays of sunlight to recalibrate each and every layer of your being.
Invite your soul to speak to you.
A warm and gentle wind begins to move through your field, lifting any last layers to the light of the heavens above.
When you are ready, stand up upon the soft sands and stand in the victory and triumph of your light.
Offer a blessing to waters, the sun above, and the sand below.
When you're ready, go ahead and inhale any oil left on your hands, completing this circuit of light, the new memory cells, sealing the solar plexus with this bright yellow sphere, which protects and enlivens the strength and light within you.
