Welcome to our continued Psychic Development Series, this meditation journey will focus on the HSP (High Sense Perception) of Clairaudience, which is being able to hear and truly listen from an intuitive perspective. We will invoke the cleansing and purifying energy of the water element to create new space for clarity to flow.
The evolution of clairaudience is communication in Divine flow also referred to as channeling. The throat chakra is the hub of this form of HSP and the back of the throat center is also known as the channeling chakra. For those of you that have explored this connection through automatic writing and various other expressions, our connection to Source, your higher self, your guardian angel and the like offers a wealth of insight and loving support in our day to day life.
There is a profound sense of wisdom, ancient wisdom, and divine knowledge that is held within us. We can open and tap into all of the beautiful aspects of the natural world and tune into the other kingdoms of life to hear them as well. This is one of the great reasons why I stress the importance of taking the time to build the intimate relationship with the plants and minerals, because it's through that, that you can actually hear their wisdom and sacred medicine.
Crystal Alchemy:
Aquamarine medicine is vast, fluid and expansive. It is deeply connected to the sea and the water element and invites us to wash away any density and constriction that we carry in this primary energy center and the center where we carry a lot of the trauma of not being able to speak, the trauma of not being able to listen at times, and the trauma of not being able to be aligned with our greater authenticity and our truth. the trauma of not being able to be aligned with our greater authenticity and our truth. Aquamarine encourages us to transmute these places of constriction and imbalance. Aquamarine alchemy also invites us to bring healing to the parts of ourselves where we feel unworthy and less than, to dissolve these untruths and free the voice of self expression within us.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Sage medicine is cleansing, purifying and strengthening. Salvia officinalis has been known, from ancient times, for its culinary use and for its medicinal use to help balance hormones to help us access the wisdom that's held within our feminine archetype. Gargles for sore throat and gum health as well as massage for hormonal balance are part of sage’s traditional medicine.
Call upon sage when you are ready to uplevel your communication, inviting this plant’s sacred medicine to create greater clarity and cohesion in your ability to speak and listen to truly hear. Sage will draw forth the innate wisdom held with you and encourage your communication to embody strength and also grace.
Visualization:
Go ahead and place one drop of Sage essential oil on the left palm of your hand, rub your hands together and take a deep breath in as you invite in the clarity of your intention and overarching intention to clear balance and activate the throat center to embody a greater experience of HSP in the clairaudient perspective and in and through the channeling chakra.
You can go ahead and anoint your crystal if you want and hold it with you, keep it close to your person.
Continue to breathe deeply, we are opening a sacred alchemical container of light and love and aligned for the most benevolent outcome for this journey to unfold with great ease, grace, faith, trust, and surrender.
Breathe into your dantian, energetic core.
On your next breath in, as these waves of frequency continue to move up through the totality of your being, you begin to notice a sky blue sphere of light pulsating right before your throat. Such clarity, beauty, and vibrancy in this sky blue color.
As these gentle waves come toward you, you feel a deeper sense of rhythmic relaxation.
Deeper levels of your being are opening and you feel yourself drawn to step forward into warm, inviting seas.
Feel a sense of safety, confort, and ease as you begin to swim forward gently and gracefully.
The waters feel like velvet upon your skin.
Continue to gently swim ahead, in the distance, you see a small sandbar.
As you approach, you see the sandbar is filled with all shapes and sizes of aquamarine, glistening with the light of the sun.
The closer you come to this sandbar of crystalline aquamarine, you feel a sense of coolness move through your throat, neck, mouth, sinuses, eustachian tubes, esophagus.
It is almost as if you are experiencing magnetic attraction to the sandbar. You swim ashore and find a large aquamarine crystal that has been perfectly sculpted to fit your body.
As you lay down upon it, you begin to feel this coolness move through your throat center, ears, and eardrums.
You may feel the desire to move your neck as the energy shifts.
You are invited in the great sanctity of this small, personal island to release all levels of constriction, limitation, silence, of being silenced, silencing yourself and others, and not being able to speak or hear the truth. All of the lifetimes where you hold in the memory of trauma, conscious or subconscious. Of any time or place you have felt suffocated, release them into the crystal.
It transmutes the energy and blesses and cleanses these places throughout your being and cells.
Any place or time where you have not felt free to sing the song of your soul, you no longer have to carry this karma, these energies, and pains of separation.
Breathe, open, release.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of sage, salvia officinalis, and aquamarine and we invite the fullness and strength of your healing light, your loving embrace, your powers of purification to anchor and actualize each and every cell, particle, down through the portal of our DNA, bloodline, motherline, fatherline, through our blood, bone, marrow, all systems, organs, glands, thyroid in particular. All density of the thyroid is to be released through the collective consciousness as we invoke the template of freedom at a potency of 10 mm, now.
You may feel energies lifting from your throat, neck, or ear as we align with the intention to open our clairaudient senses, our innate gifts of channeling, which is truly listening.
May we open the great pathways of listening to our soul speak.
Continue to release these energies into the aquamarine crystal.
What song has your soul coming to this life to sing?
Through the stillness, through the quietude, your voice of truth, divine self, and soul’s light will speak volumes through you and to you.
In the stillness, your truth will guide your highest, most benevolent path of light, love, healing, and purpose.
It is what is meant when said, “The kingdom of God resides within you.”
The truth of the angels is held inside of you.
Clear the way to commune and connect to listen to your inner wise one. Clearing that pathway will magnetize all of the bounty and abundance of experiences, opportunity, love, prosperity, support, and fulfillment that you long for.
Feel each cell recalibrate with these frequencies. Rest here for a moment.
The sea calls you back home now.
You may bless your aquamarine crystal with love.
Now, each step that you take back into these blessed, purifying waters recalibrates the energy in the throat center and expansion of your entire field.
Breathe, open, realign.
Gracefully swim forward, feel the joyful delight of the water upon your skin.
Float upon your back as the rays of the sun bless your throat.
Frequency lifts throughout your being, new pathways of communication and communion open and expand.
Go back to swimming gracefully, the shore is now within your sightline.
When you are ready, breathe in any oil that is left upon your hands to complete this circuit of life and healing.
