Our meditation journey today is a continuation of our psychic development series and we're going to be working with clairvoyance, inner and outer vision.
This center relates to the chakra on both the front and the back. It is also the gateway to the celestial body, where we connect with our spiritual teachers, guides, guardians, and the realms of the angelic kingdom all through this particular energetic gateway.
There is more to simply opening the third eye to access deeper levels of our clairvoyance, it's balancing and healing this center where we've experienced many different lifetimes of witnessing things that became too much to bear.
For those that have a very highly developed third eye, sometimes it's easy to get stuck in fantasy, exploring a myriad of visions and possible realities yet missing the critical piece of grounding into the physical reality, which is paramount.
The beautiful balance and sweet spot is when we can expand our vision, our clairvoyance, our ability to connect with greater cosmic and universal constructs, and then be able to ground them into this physical reality.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Galbanum medicine is both expansive and yet deeply rooted in the Earth. Its woodsy, earthly aroma is reminiscent of ancient incense filled temples destined to awaken the holy treasure: the Divine source that dwells within us.
Deeply penetrating galbanum draws us into communion with our own source and center of Divine light and anchors our energy, ideas and soul’s light into the Earth.
Crystal Alchemy:
Fulgurite medicine is one of great activation. It carries an affinity for the brain, nervous system and the Ajna chakra. Remarkably, it is created from the impact of lightning on the sand. Its potent alchemy is one of awakening, acceleration and magnetizing intentions. This frequency of pure power lends fulgurite to a host of unique properties. Call upon fulgurite to enhance clarity and laser focus in your sacred intentional practices including enhancing your clairvoyance.
Visualization:
Go ahead and just place one drop of galbanum essential oil on the left palm of your hand, and then take a few deep breaths in through your nose. Know that as you're inhaling the essential oil, it's making the connection between your olfactory senses to your brain and specifically the limbic and amygdala, systems that regulate much of our physiology, specifically mood, memory, emotion, and consciousness.
As you're inhaling and inviting in the clarity of your intention, which could be about opening and balancing the psychic center of clairvoyance, high sense perception, or it could be something completely different.
Take a deep breath in, allowing the breath to ease in and out through your lower belly, inviting any tension, any stress, and heaviness from the day, from the week, from the times to dissipate and dissolve around you into light.
Invite your muscles to relax.
Invite your breath to deepen and bring your awareness to the dantian, your energetic core, about an inch and a half below your navel to that single note or frequency that holds you in the perfection of form that you are.
Make deep contact with your body, making sure that your arms and legs are uncrossed.
Invite in the elongation of your spine.
On your next breath, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the dantian down through your root chakra, which begins to open.
Welcome communion with Mother Earth.
Simultaneously, golden lines of light move down the center of each leg, down through the soles of the feet, which begin to open.
They expand and welcome communion with the earth. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sync.
Move down effortlessly, layer by layer, until you reach the core crystal at the very center of mother earth.
Continue to deepen your breath, open your being to receive the welcome.
We embrace the nourishment of Mother Gaia, mother of all mothers.
She welcomes you to settle in the embrace of this beautiful, crystalline chamber at the very center of the Earth that is surrounded by beautiful moss, crystals of deep green, as water trickles down the walls made of both plants and minerals.
You notice as you deepen your own breath, the air is fresh and full, almost intoxicating.
Each chakra opens to drink this beautiful communion with the elements of Mother Nature.
You feel a deep sense of safety, protection, and comfort.
Breathe, open, allow.
Allow this nutrient rich air to oxygenate each cell within your body.
Feel yourself seated upon the mossy, cool, but comfortable floor of this chamber.
Although the floor is cool, the air has an almost tropical, fragrant warmth that brings great ease into your muscles, blood, and marrow.
An indigo, violet orb of light begins to pulsate in front of your third eye center, ajna.
You may feel energy tingling in your head.
You may begin to see sacred, geometric formations dancing around your body and auric field. Some of these forms may be familiar and some may be curious. All of the forms are pulsating and vibrating, almost dancing, with invitation to you.
See, feel, and imagine one of these forms that you are most attracted to, Allow that form to expand and encapsulate the entirety of your field.
Waves of indigo, purple, and pink light begin to move through the third eye, front to back, and harmonize the energy of celestial blessing.
These colors may deepen, quicken, or morph into your own sacred geometric formation.
We call forth your I Am presence, your highest self, the highest vibrational patterning available in this moment.
We call forth your spiritual teachers, guides, guardians, allies, angels, and blessed ancestors.
What is it that you are called to see in your life right now?
What is it that you can see that is beyond your life?
What is it that you do not want to see?
Invite the blessed presence of your allies of benevolent love and light to hold you as you release levels of illusion, disconnection, of not wanting to see, and pain of seeing that you have carried through lifetimes.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of fulgurite and galbanum to support this release, transmutation, and activation of tru and divine vision.
We invoke the fullness of your light, love, and spirit through each cell, neuron, structure, blood, bone, marrow in accordance with our I Am presence at a potency of 10 mm, now.
You are called to remember the great beauty, the grand tapestry, the voluminous palette of this blessed planet.
The beauty of seeing the light and love through and beyond the pain of your loved ones, friends, family, strangers, of each and every human.
You are called to see the truth beyond illusion.
Breathe, open, and recalibrate as these frequencies are moving, lifting, clearing, and activating through the ajna center, structures of the brain, nervous system.
Expand while simultaneously rounding the energy through your system, your auric field, each layer and level, and each chakra.
Bring that frequency down and clear the lower centers from this blessed communion of celestial spirits who are shining their love and light upon you in blessing and opening to see the truth that is held within you.
There is no limitation to your love and light. Your sight is limitless.
To truly see the truth of another, we must see the truth within us.
Breathe deeply as these frequencies move through each cell, portal of your DNA, and bloodline and lift all density and lower, distorted frequencies of sight, abuse of sight, manipulation by sight, and the gift of sight.
Waves of indigo, purple, violet, and pink light continue to move through the third eye and structure of the brain, lifting, balancing, harmonizing, and loving.
The gift of sight is your birthright.
Honor this gift as if you were to honor a most glorious gem that was handed to you.
You may feel energies continue to move through your head, auric field, as these energies continue to heal, expand, and activate.
Pathways of sight are opening within and for you.
See the truth with utmost clarity.
You may invite in an opening of the seal of vision to commune directly with the celestial realm.
Before you, there is a small, palm-sized pool of sacred water that beckons your touch to cup and anoint your forehead and crown.
Scoop this water, place it upon your head, crown, and back of head in blessed anointing, consecrating this divine connection and expansion throughout your being.
When you are ready, offer a blessed breath of gratitude to mother earth and your guides, teachers, allies, guardians, angels, ancestors, and fathers and mothers through the cosmos. Thank them for their loving support.
Invite your consciousness to come back to this moment. Breathe in any oil left on your hands to complete the circuit of light, healing, blessing, and consecration.
