Welcome to the fourth meditation in our Survive to Thrive personal evolution triad series. The personal evolution triad is based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, then furthered by providing an understanding of how we can work with the aspects of the natural world—the alchemies of essential oils and crystals—and with affirmations and energy to anchor our intentions through the molecules of the aromatics into and throughout our bodies and beings. The triad focuses on not only a specific level of consciousness, but a system of the body and chakra as well, which allows us to really integrate and hone in our focus and intention to be able to create those quantum leaps along our pathway of self mastery.
Today, we connect to the remembrance of our love. The heart chakra is also the center in which we are able to give, receive, and embody love. For that reason, I like to refer to the heart as our true GPS. In today’s meditation we are going to work with the alchemical aspects of this system, the heart and also the lungs and issues of a respiratory nature are often related to emotional energies of grief that we've carried, not just in this lifetime, but through many lifetimes.
This meditation will be a wonderful opportunity to let go of any past heartaches, whether it's grief, betrayal, loss, or anything else that is holding us back from really opening our hearts and allowing the heart to be the guiding force of our lives. Not only is the heart our inner GPS, but it's where we open to access the zero-point field of limitless creative potential.
The heart opens to embody and hold those higher frequencies of light so we can move into that place of zero-point field with our intentions, and see them and accelerate their actualization. In order to do this, and to come into opening our hearts to receive deeper and greater levels of love, we must embrace the process of letting go.
Crystal Alchemy:
Emerald medicine is one of profound transformation. It invites us to create life from the energy of effortless intention. Raw emeralds can be quite affordable and still hold the frequency of the high heart. This gem draws us deep into our heart space and stabilizes the access points around the zero-point field, the dimension of limitless creation. It aligns us with the cosmic heart of The One, and the very heart of Mother Earth, Goddess Gaia.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Cistus medicine is ancient. It enriches, enlivens and awakens our beautiful hearts.
Also known as Rock Rose or Labdanum, cistus carries an ancient energy that awakens wisdom and aspects of self mastery that we hold at the soul level.
It has tremendous depth to it, and it is wonderful for healing deep layers of trauma that we have carried through lifetimes at the soul and the DNA level.
Meditation:
Place one drop of whichever essential oil you are using on the palm of your left hand, which receives higher energies, and take a deep breath in as you invite the clarity of your intention to intertwine around the aromatic molecules as they enter into the brain to organize a new memory cell, open this new circuit of light and healing, open your energy field, chakras, or Meridian points, and open your cells and DNA to receive the most benevolent outcome for this healing today, in accordance with your I Am presence.
Breathe deeply. Open, allow.
On your next breath in, bring your awareness to the dantian point about an inch and a half below your navel, your energetic core, that single note or frequency that holds you in the perfection of form that you are. Invite your breath to ease in and out of your lower belly. Allow any stress or tension from the day, from the week, or from the times to dissipate and dissolve around you into light.
On your next breath in, envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantian, down through the root, which expands. It drops simultaneously down each leg and out through the soles of the feet, foot chakras expound. All three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sync, moving effortlessly layer by layer down through the earth, down to the very center of the earth as we connect in, inviting our consciousness to rest here in this warm and inviting sacred chamber of Emerald crystalline light.
Radiant gradations of Emeralds encase this chamber. Immediately you feel your heart begin to open, expand, and receive. You receive this attunement from mother earth that holds the remembrance of your soul. Breathe, open, allow.
You begin to notice that the ground beneath you is covered in soft, sweet moss that invites you to lay down. You begin to feel yourself sinking into this mossy earth in the most warm, inviting, and welcoming of ways.
There is a sense of sweet innocence in the air. Emerald rays of healing light begin to permeate and penetrate through your skin and pores, into and through your blood, bone, and marrow with this familiar, enlivening, expansive energy.
These rays of light now move through your cells, particles, structures, down through the portal of your DNA and into each bloodline, mother line and father line, bringing the light and energy of opening through your lineage, through your life, and through your soul.
The time has come to open and remember the beauty of your connection to your sacred human heart, the power of your love to transform and heal everything, the potency of communion when the opening of your heart space allows for others to open as well. Breathe, open, allow.
What is it that you are ready to let go of?
What grief, loss, sorrow, betrayal, heartache have you carried that has become too heavy?
What have you carried throughout your lineage bloodlines that is too heavy to carry any longer?
Where are the patterns of being closed and disconnected from your own love and heart through your life and your lineage?
Where are these patterns coming to the surface in your life to be transmuted?
Bless them, and invite them—the beliefs, patterns, thoughts, emotions, dis-harmony, dysfunction, distortion, dis-ease—to sink into the earth around you, where they will transform as they transform within you.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of Emerald and Cistus. We invite the fullness of their medicine, light, vibration, and love to anchor, actualize, and restore throughout the totality of our beings through every layer, level, cell, molecule, and particle, through the stranding of our DNA and mother and father bloodlines, at the potency of 10MM, now.
Breathe, open, let go.
It is through the opening of this infinite portal of love that we remember our soul’s light, truth, and purpose. The heart opens like the many-thousand-petaled Pink Lotus.
“I am open to receive and give the highest expression, experience, and embodiment of love.”
For it is through the profound depth of receiving that we can truly, freely, and expansively give and remember the truth of our multidimensional nature.
Breathe deeply as your cells are recalibrating, your auric field is expanding, your chakras realigning. You may feel a quickening or a tingling in your heart center or throughout your body as it recalibrates with this new level of light that bathes the heart and lungs. All glandular systems and functions connected to this part of the body are blessed and rebalanced. Your earth connection opens and expands again.
Mother earth blesses you.
Moss dances upon your skin in great delight.
The joy of remembrance fills the entirety of your being and your bloodlines.
We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon this sacred planet. All life is sacred. We are all connected through our hearts. Our love heals all. So be it.
If you have any oil left on your hands, go ahead and inhale it deeply, completing this circuit of light, this new memory cell forever held within your being and brain.
Offer a breath of gratitude and blessing to yourself for carving out this space for your love to shine even more greatly.
