Welcome to our last meditation journey in the High Vibrational Chakra Upgrade Series. We will focus on the crown center, Sahasrara. Our theme tonight is “Anchoring Our Highest Self”, and we are calling in the highest vibrational pattern that is available to us through the higher self. This allows for us to guide the vibrational pattern into our physiology - our cellular consciousness, DNA and to the earth. Cultivating this practice gains higher levels of alignment and co-creation to further embody our soul's longings, desires and intentions.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Cardamom medicine is one of great inspirations. Energizing to the spirit as well as the mind, this aromatic is spicy, fresh and warming.
This wonderful digestive can often be found in Indian cuisine including the ever popular chai tea. The alchemy of cardamom inspires new ideas, uplifts the mind and emotions. It invites us to open and expand our connection to the Divine to feel aligned, supported and invigorated.
Crystal Alchemy:
Stilbite medicine is one of energetic elongation and expansion. This zeolite mineral is often white or colorless, and sometimes other shades including red.
This mineral is excellent for meditation journeys that aim to access higher levels of consciousness and encourages us to elevate our emotions, vibration and mental outlook in life. Call upon this mineral to soar beyond the day-to-day challenges and see a new perspective.
Visualization:
Go ahead and place one drop of cardamom oil on the left palm of your hand and take a deep breath in. Know that as you're breathing in, you're making the connection between your olfactory senses to the brain, specifically the limbic center, where you're creating a brand new memory cell. In addition to that, you're opening the layers and levels of your auric field, your chakras, your meridian points: Those tiny chakras, as well as your cellular consciousness.
One of the beautiful aspects about the essential oils is that by the same nature of passing through your blood-brain barrier, they also pass through the cell wall. How amazing that the molecular size gives the ability for the phytonutrients, the plant medicine, to reach all throughout your body - both biochemically and vibrationally.
As we are connecting with the quintessence, the essence of the plant kingdom, we open to experience and express deeper levels of our own essence in the world, our own creative life force.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in. If you have a crystal, you can anoint it, you can hold it, you can keep it near you, if you are laying down, you can place it upon your body.
Invite your intention to anchor a higher level of your “I Am” presence, your divine nature.
We call forth a golden seal of protection to come down and surround each member of the group from the higher levels of the auric field to and through the crown, as well as the entirety of the sacred community of light, all of you that are present and all of you that will come in the future.
Invite the breath to ease in and out from your lower belly and invite all the stress and tension of the day, of the week and of the times to dissipate and dissolve around you into light.
We pull forth the sacred geometric formation of the tetragrammaton, which is an ancient, sacred symbol of divine protection and angelic support.
We call forth the presence of the angels of the four directions to stabilize this alchemical container of light.
Raphael in the direction of East and the element of air. Sacred sound, sacred thought. The protection of the eagles, welcome.
In the direction of the South, archangel Michael and allegiance of light, the element of fire. Sacred transformation and transfiguration. The energy of the phoenix of rebirth, welcome.
In the direction of West, archangel Gabriel and the element of water. Sacred fluid bodies upon mother Gaia. Deep emotional cleansing and purification. The sacred knowledge keepers are dolphins and whales, welcome.
Bathe us in your purified and rarified liquid light.
In the direction of the North, archangel Uriel and the element of earth. The sacred ground beneath our feet. Structure, strength, protection, grand abundance and nourishment. Presence of the elementals. Great fertility that is all around us through nature, welcome.
We call forth the angels of the zero point field to stabilize the access point to this dimension of limitless creation.
Take a deep breath into the dantian about an inch and a half below your navel to your energetic core.
Feeling a sense of strength and power here.
Finding your presence to rest in this part of your body and let the breath ease in and out in this deep sense of relaxation.
On your next breath envision a golden line of light coming down through the center of your dantian, down through the root, which opens, and simultaneously down each leg out through the soles of the feet which open and all three lines of light converge at the earth star chakra and sync.
Syncing, aligning, receiving the welcoming embrace of Mother Earth.
Coming into alignment and anchored connection with the core crystal at the center of the earth.
This enormous stilbite crystal, single terminated, which is glowing milky white rays of light that are emanating into this beautiful cavern in the center of the earth.
As you look around the cavern, you see walls covered in moss with beautiful green foliage and vines coming down the walls.
What sounds like a beautiful cacophony of exotic birds that are just beyond your vision.
Each cell in your body begins to fill with a sense of delight and the harmonic of profound peace.
Within this sacred chamber of Mother Earth, we call forth our highest selves, our “I Am” presences, our spiritual teachers, guides, guardians, angel allies, guardian angels, all cosmic and earthly forces of benevolence, of love, of light, of unity to surround bless, protect, illuminate, elevate our frequency and group harmonic.
A doorway in this enormous crystal appears before you and you are invited to step inside and your frequency lifts, energy bodies lift.
The group is elevating to a very high mountaintop. It is here that the sky is filled with these wondrous, exotic birds, all different colors of the rainbow against a sky blue backdrop.
The air is invigorating and incredibly refreshing.
The group is standing in circular formation atop this mountain peak. In the very center of the group an opening and circular pathway begins to illuminate in gold in light.
As you walk upon this path in spiral formation, these higher frequencies of light quotient begin to penetrate and permeate through your skin, blood, bone and marrow into and through each cell in your body down to the particle level, into the stranding of your DNA and mother and father bloodlines.
Spiral light moves through the crown chakra, through each layer and level of the field. Through each cell, through each particle, through each strand of your DNA, activating latent light codes of consciousness.
Breathe, open, expand.
Now you come to a landing filled with exotic flora and fauna, and there is one path before you.
Each step forward, you sink deeper into relaxation.
Up ahead, you see an enormous waterfall.
Even with the grand height of this waterfall, there is a gentleness to the flow and movement of each drop.
As you prepare to enter the pool of water you are beckoned to release all belief systems of separation. Separation from source, separation from divine consciousness in male, female form, god, goddess.
Release separation of the illusion that you are powerless, that you have ever been powerless, that you have ever been less than what you truly are. A magnificent emanation of divine light and love, a powerful creator of realities, a powerful transformer of energy, emotion, thought and matter.
Release the idea that there is anything small about you. You are an emanation of the drop of infinite creation that is held throughout your body, in each cell within your body.
When you are ready, stand underneath this powerful, yet graceful waterfall so it bathes every level of your field, the higher energy centers above the crown, as well as the crown and all the way through your vertical power current.
You feel each energy center open and expand to receive this great purification and blessing.
Feel the heaviness lift from your field, from each cell and through your bloodlines, all maya and illusion of separation. It is from this illusion of separation that all this disease is created.
We call forth a cosmic consciousness and vital life force of cardamom and stilbite. We invite the fullness of your medicine, your vibration, your frequency, your healing as we come into deeper remembrance of our divinity, of our sovereignty, and the infinite strength and resilience that exists within each and every one of us.
We anchor this through each layer of the field, each cell, each molecule, each particle down to and through the DNA and each bloodline, through our lineage at a potency of 10 MM now.
Breathe, bathe, clear.
Trigger the light.
Feel the higher levels of your field recalibrate, open and expand to drinking this new level of divine communion and connection.
Call forth the highest level of your, “I Am” presence to anchor and actualize throughout the totality of your being, every cell molecule electron through the DNA through all time and no time, all dimensions, all realities now.
You may feel a sense of tingling, of shifting, of opening, of expanding, of movement within your field or body as the higher frequency anchors into your physical structures.
Bring it all the way down through each chakra, which recalibrates.
You may feel the presence of your ancestors or spiritual teachers in great celebration and blessing, great reverence for all you have achieved throughout this life.
So many lifetimes clearing and assimilating in this one life, this blessed life.
Breathe as your soul expands in great joy that you have called yourself fully home here, now.
Reverberations of this rarified frequency emanate out from each cell within your body, with each member of the group, with the entirety of the group. High frequencies of light ripple outward around us through us and beyond us.
Breathe deeply as each cell within your body recalibrates and reconnects.
You may hear bells off in the distance, blessing this sacred community of light, blessing each one of your souls, blessing each one of your pathways of healing, awakening, and transformation. Blessing in acknowledgement of all the benevolent support that surrounds you in each and every moment, blessing this sacred divine communion of light.
When you feel complete, step out from underneath the waterfall, out of this beautiful pool of sacred water giving thanks, walking back along the pathway to the spiral path back up to the top of the mountain.
Warmth of the sun blessing, sealing your field in protective light.
Step back into the stilbite crystal, coming back gently to the center of the earth, where we bless all of the energies present to give thanks.
When you’re ready, take a breath of any oil left upon your hands, closing the circuit of light, this new memory cell held within your body, honoring the great level of expansion and healing that you received here today.
