Welcome to the Kinesthetic meditation of the Psychic Development series. Each week explore and recalibrate the seven major chakras and connect in with the high sense perception from that particular energy center. Some of these may be new or a little bit different from some of the standard teachings, at least from the Brennan school.
The kinesthetic sense is expressed by feeling in our physical body and relates to the root chakra. Whether we are working with a client or a space intentionally in a healing capacity, or perhaps coming into general contact personally or spatially, kinesthetic HSP allows us to feel a sense of what's happening with that person or space through our own physical body. We have the opportunity and ability to develop these skills and awareness so we can become more attuned.
For me, this development was a focus early in my own process of awakening when I was studying with the Rosicrucian organization. I was so intrigued because we would have practices to develop some of these very basic aspects of psychic awareness or high sense perception as it's referred to in the Brennan school.
Right now, as we're going through this incredible awakening and unfoldment of consciousness on the planet, we're all being called to develop and get in touch with these senses that exist innately within us as. They can be such a guiding force to illuminate our highest path and also, to reflect on and determine what is true and authentic for us as individuals with our own unique path and our own unique expression of our quintessence, and our light and our gifts.
The Gift and Challenges of the Empath
When we consider the kinesthetic sense and our ability to feel things in our physical body, I think this is a really important distinction that with a kinesthetic sense, boundaries are imperative. When we experience someone (or a space) they have either an acute or chronic physical or emotional issue and we feel that for a moment, we don't want to carry that with us. We also do not want to feel the need to fix or take away that energy from a person.
That was one of the reasons why we focused on preparing, strengthening, and sealing our container around the entirety of our auric field last week. That seal and energetic configuration of protection is so valuable as we're opening our psychic awareness because we don't want too much to come at us at once and we also do not want to carry energy that is not our own. That does not serve anyone involved. One of my first spiritual teachers guided me to see that one need not feel sorry for another for the plight or experience of their own journey, that carries the energy of disempowerment and projects it upon the person. Instead, we are all capable of transforming our lives and elevating our life perspectives.
One of the first collections I brought to the mass market was a line of Chakra Balancing blends in about 2009, quite a few years ago.
As I was reformulating these from my own healing practice to sell for the mass market, I had to go through quite a few iterations. I had one friend that was very psychic and I can remember him saying at one time, “Adora, this formula is really great. It's really awesome, but here's the problem. I used it and then I was driving and I passed a cemetery and I was seeing everything, all of the spirits that were moving through there.” And so he said, “You really need to reel it back.”
This is a great story about having that presence of protection, boundary, and discernment. We don't need to inundate ourselves with psychic information. Protecting our energy, sifting and discerning the information that comes through is a skill of self mastery.
Crystal Alchemy:
Merlinite medicine dances in the delight of the Earth and the magic available to us at our fingertips. For generations, we have been discouraged to connect, heal and remember one of the most primal, natural and beautiful expressions of co-creation with the elements. The time has come to awaken to the magic that exists within and all around us, calling back our communion with the earth and all kingdoms of life in wholesome power.
The stone has some very interesting iridescent threads going through it. This is a stone that helps us to remember and awaken not only the sense of magic within us but the adoration of the earth and all of the aspects of nature intelligence.
Essential Oil Alchemy:
Patchouli medicine is filled with the deep delight in the pleasure of our physicality and our connection to the Earth. Even the aroma is reminiscent of the beautiful soil and decaying leaves on a warm fall day. Patchouli alchemy reminds us that there is tremendous richness within the Earth and our connection to it offers great abundance and pleasure.
Visualization:
Place a drop on the left palm of your hand, and take a deep breath in. As you breathe in, invite in the clarity of your intention for this evening and sacred space.
We are held in the overarching intention of awakening and expanding our kinesthetic sense of psychic awareness and high sense perception.
Breathe, open, allow.
As above, so below.
Feel the strength in your intention as you intend something in the moment, your energy flows and creates.
Sync into the sweet security, inviting the welcoming presence of Mother Earth, Lady Gaia.
Our mother, Our home.
Feel yourself open to drinking this expansive connection and communion of Mother Earth.
The entirety of our group, in a circular fashion, in sacred community, those present here now and those that will come in the future.
We rest at the center of the Earth and you begin to notice a warm, mossy, deep green earth connection beneath your feet.
Our group stays connected and yet expands, in the very center, we sense the presence of Goddess Pele.
The beautiful volcanic form, emanating strength and protection.
The sacred element of fire is the most potent form of transmutation upon the Earth.
Goddess Pele begins to beat a large drum along with the warmth emanating from the volcano, it begins to mesmerize you.
Your breath becomes more rhythmic.
Your body softens.
Feel the sense of protection from your connection to the earth.
Feel the harmonic of Goddess Pele as she beats the drum and your heartbeat begins to beat with the beat of the drum.
Many of you have carried the dross and density of this evolving planet for many, many lifetimes.
You may feel a deep sense of fatigue, disappointment, and disconnection. You may feel. devalued and abandoned.
You are now invited to let go of these frequencies.
Each energetic configuration has been brought forth through your own intention and desire to transmute the heaviness and lift the frequency of the Earth and all kingdoms of life through your personal commitment.
You no longer have to bear that burden and heavy load as we are learning to fly once again.
Breathe, open, allow.
Into the volcano, pour all the heaviness, sadness, pain, struggle, survival, all that you are ready to release, and all that longer serves your highest truth.
You will see the volcano activate in its transmutational alchemy.
Lava pools from the volcano, and yet, we will be held at bay by all the merlinite that is before your feet, creating a barrier of protection, creating a boundary for the safety of your light, expanding and evolving for the safety of your physical and nonphysical being.
Breathe, open, expand, and delight.
Delight in your connection to this beautiful Earth.
Delight in the remembrance of magic within you.
Delight in your beautiful, physical embodiment of light and co-creation.
Delight in the remembrance of who you truly are and the great pleasure you take in singing and dancing the song of your soul.
Breathe deeply into the remembrance of this truth reaches your heart and expands in infinite love.
Cells and connections within your physicality reawakening, energy flowing, alignment created.
Feel the delight of the many expressions of nature intelligence that have come to sing with you and to you in remembrance of your truth.
Offer a breath of gratitude to Goddess Pele. All these beautiful aspects of nature intelligence, the volcano itself, yourself, the blessed communion with Mother Earth and each other.
Take in a deep breath of any oil left on your hands, completing the circuit of light and healing, completing the memory cell within your brain and body.
So be it.
