The brightness of Spring. The reawakening of life. Not only does the earth come alive again in the northern hemisphere, but so do we.
Spring to me is time for ceremony, time for play, time to invoke the goddess energy and of course, time to spring clean and shed the heaviness of the last season of life.
We clear energy of the past from our souls to our cells, (macrocosm to microcosm), our homes and offices (infinitely interconnected). Making room for all our new growth -- the greenery that grows, so to say. All colors and varieties of abundant flora sprout as you begin to map out your intentional garden and your physical garden.
Spring is a time for planting seeds of intention. Fresh, clean energy within and all around us invites the clarity for our soul’s desires to surface with new and wholesome perspectives.
An intentional garden is, at minimum, equal to our physical planting of flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables. An intentional garden is a sacred mapping of your dreams and desires that becomes magnetized by your love, your lifeforce, and your quintessence. It is how you spiritze matter and add form, actualizing and manifesting your dreams into reality. This is part of the Adora Frequency Sequence to materialize your soul's path and purpose.
In this fertile time of new beginnings, it's time to set an intention for the new seeds for your soul growth. How would you like to grow and flourish in this new season of your life?
I discuss how to cultivate your garden in my DNA book and how to prepare, visualize and alchemize. Now is a time to dig into what roots or weeds you need to clear out of the garden? Ponder what you need to let go of to have your seeds (these intentions) begin to flourish. What are you still holding on to that's going to hinder those seedlings from surfacing through the earth? Examine your soil quality. How can you nurture and nourish your body, mind, and emotions? An intentional garden invites you to question yourself, "What do I need to do to prepare the soil for planting and ensure it has the ideal nutrients and sun and water"? This authentic self discovery and intentional presence is how we care for our land. They are also how we care for ourselves. We are both the garden and the gardener. The alchemy and the alchemist. The gift of our lives is to create the conditions to heal, rise and flourish, thriving in all ways of living.
Here is one of my favorite blends to use as you Clear to Create your own Intentional Garden this Spring! Lemon verbena is an essential oil of purification and awakening potential. Its aroma is bright, fresh and clean.
Lemon Verbena Energy Clearing Spray
7 drops of organic Lemon verbena (Aloysia citrodora) essential oil
4 drops of organic Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) essential oil
3 drops of organic Juniper (Juniperus communis) essential oil
2 drops of organic Sage (Salvia officinalis) essential oil
8 drops of organic Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil
Blend all essential oils into 60 ml of distilled water and infuse with your intention to cleanse and purify the energy around you as well as your home, office and vehicle. Shake well before use.
The Spring Equinox is a time of new beginnings and the renewing of our hope for the future and the vibrancy of our present.
May the glory and commitment to your soul path be renewed at this sacred time of Equinox.
May the presence of the divine feminine and divine masculine rise in wholeness in each of us, in between us and may we dance together in the sacred light of united peace, harmony and light.
